Imagine your otp arguing about something serious/stupid and Person B accidentally physically hurt (very badly)  Person A and Person A falls onto the floor unconsciously and B is very worried and mad at themselves. They try to wake Person A but no luck. They lay their crying watching their love one slowly dying.
