Person A being ambushed by people who want to kill B and A tells them to leave B alone so the people kill A. B hears the gunshots and rushes to look for A. When B finds A, B is too late, but A tells B that it wasn't their fault and that they didn't know before dying in their arms. B is in agony and is enraged so B almost kills the person who killed A, but B swears they can hear A in the back of their head telling them not to.
