Chapter Two
Glimmer walked out of the meeting room a few minutes after Hordak had left. Most everyone was still inside the room, talking amongst each other about the meeting and other activities. She paid no mind to what they were saying and ignored any looks towards her.
Once she had made it out of the room, she moved no further, simply leaning against the wall by the meeting room's grand doors. The queen let out a sigh and crossed her arms, shutting her eyes as she let her thoughts cloud her brain. 'Maybe... maybe he's not trying to do anything bad.' She reasoned, half opening her eyes to stare at the hallway wall across from her. 'Maybe...'
Glimmer turned to the doors beside her, her train of thought interrupted as someone exited the room. It was Bow. She let a smile creep out on her features, and uncrossed her arms. "Hey." She greeted Bow, clearly glad to see him.
"Hey there your majesty." Bow waved back, giving his usual smile. "You feeling alright?"
Glimmer's grin widened a bit. She always did love that about Bow, how he always jumped right into helping others. "Yeah, thanks. I'm just... processing the meeting." Glimmer sighed again, but this sigh was more content than tired. "Ah, I see." Bow nodded, moving next to her and leaning against the wall with his hands on his hips.
A moment of silence passed, but it wasn't awkward. It seemed Bow was letting her process her thoughts as she said.
"... You come to a conclusion yet?" Bow asked, raising a brow at the queen. If you didn't know him, you'd think he was still nonchalant. But Glimmer knew him well and detected the slight nervousness in his voice and demeanor. "Honestly?" Glimmer turned her head to look into Bow's eyes. "I have no idea. I-I want to believe he's really changed, I do, but I just... don't trust him."
Bow nodded along, being as understanding as always. "That's not a bad thing. I mean, we never liked Catra at the beginning, but now she's our friend! Just like Perfuma said, remember? You just need time is all." Bow had laid a hand on her shoulder, giving his reassuring smile.
Glimmer smiled, as she had been, and leaned into him. "You're right. Thanks." The queen sighed, not saying anything more.

You'd think out of all the princesses attending the meeting, Mermista would be the most chill. And she was, but she was still suspicious of Hordak. He destroyed her home, she wasn't going to let him go with a simple: 'I'm sorry'. Which, he didn't even say.
Mermista was able to distract Seahawk by having him talk to Swift wind, giving her time to think about the meeting. She had her eyes on Hordak the whole meeting, and he seemed genuine. But so did the true villain in one of her Mermysteries books.
She was a bit taken aback when Double Trouble shapeshifted into Entrapta, though. Hordak's reaction seemed VERY genuine there. It made her wonder if the green shapeshifter had done this before. They had worked for the horde for a bit, after all.
So, Mermista approached them. They were just sitting in their chair, looking about silently until the water princess came forward. "Why hello." They greeted, a smile spread across their lips. "Hey. So, I saw your little show with geek princess." Mermista crossed her arms, watching the shapeshifter with hidden interest.
"Who didn't?" Double Trouble responded in their usual cool fashion. Mermista rolled her eyes. "What I mean is that it looked like you've done your little act there with Hordak before." Mermista re-phrased, a bit of attitude seeping through her tone.
Double Trouble raised their eyebrows, smiling. "A connoisseur of acting, I see." They chuckled, leaning back in their chair and crossing their legs. "You're correct, I have, but I only changed my hair then." They shut their eyes as if remembering the scene.
Mermista waited for them to continue, but seeing they wouldn't she spoke instead. "And...?" she pressed, raising a brow. Double Trouble opened one eye. "And what? Oh. You mean how he reacted?" Mermista nodded in response to their statement. Double Trouble chuckled. "Such a detective, as usual. Well, I suppose I could tell you, but what's the fun in that?" The shapeshifter opened their other eye, giving Mermista a mischievously smug look.
Mermista let out a sigh, making it clear that she wasn't up for fun and games. Double Trouble still smiled. "Relax, I'm just gonna ask you one question. When You give me your answer, I'll give you mine." Double Trouble watched the sea princess for a reaction, only getting another eye-roll and a stance shift.
Uncrossing her arms and shifting her weight, Mermista sighed. "Fine, what's the question green ears." She said it as a statement more than a question, still not in the mood for their evasion of her question.
"Tell me what you think Hordak's reaction was." Double Trouble smirked, themself even knowing that Mermista didn't have an answer for that.
Mermista really didn't have an answer. "I... I don't know. Did he like... ugh I don't know, yell?" Mermista scraped the bottom of the barrel for an answer and hoped it would be enough. She honestly didn't know how to answer. As she said, Hordak had seemed genuine, but that seed of doubt was still strong.
Double Trouble shook their head. "Not good enough sweetie, try again later, mmk?" The shapeshifter then turned away from Mermista, shutting their eyes once more.
Mermista took that as a signal to end their conversation. "Fine." She let out, annoyed. Why were they like this? Why couldn't she just get an answer? Although... they did have a point. What was she even expecting to hear if they did answer?
Walking away, she moved herself next to Seahawk, letting her thoughts drift away for the moment.

Catra was conflicted. While she was conflicted about multiple things, currently she was focusing her thoughts on Hordak.
Hordak and Entrapta.
Entrapta and Hordak.
She couldn't help but think that he really cared about the tiny-food loving technician. Both of them were pretty annoying, but she couldn't doubt that at the very least, they liked being annoying together.
Catra turned her head to Adora, who was currently pushing away Swift Wind from both of them. She watched her blonde hair flip from side to side as she attempted to move her companion away.
Catra let herself smile a little bit.
Maybe Hordak really was gonna be okay out here. Just maybe.

Frosta didn't really care about the relationship between Hordak and Entrapta. She just wanted to fight something. After the war ended- which she was grateful for, don't get her wrong- she was aching to punch something. Anything. Anyone. And if Hordak slipped up... Well, let's just say her fists would be ready.

...
"Did somebody say SWIFT WIND?"
...
Swift Wind didn't really care about Hordak since the war ended. He was good now, whatever. Did anyone say his name is what really mattered. Duh.

Perfuma believed in Scorpia, and she believed in Hordak and Entrapta. Scorpia was there at the Fright Zone during their meeting. She would know their relationship better.
But... even she had her doubts. Hordak never seemed the loving type around any of them. Or at least any bit caring. He only showed good emotion when defying his brother. But Perfuma wonders if it really was for Entrapta's sake.
She was just worried for her friend...
Hopefully, everything turned out fine.

Love was love! Seahawk believed that wholeheartedly. If the ex-hord lord harbored feeling for Entrapta of Dryl, so what? Let them be free! He's changed enough to love, which was enough for this sea-shantying boat-burner.
(I hope you liked chapter two! I wanted to give most everyone else's perspectives on Hordak. Not everyone's, I know, but hey. Well, tell me what you thought in the comments and until next time, bye!)
