ONE WEEK

"Are you out of your mind. I'm not doing that." I yelled at Clarke as she told me what Lexa told her what they had planned out.

"It's the only way." Clarke said to me making me scoff.

"No. Absolutely not. Don't you remember the last time we trusted her." I said trying to convince her about lexa.

"I rather die." I said to her.

"Madison think about it. Please." Clarke said to me making me shake my head.

"Okay." I said to her.

"Thinking." I said before rolling my eyes.

"I'm thinking no!" I said to her angrily.

"Go to lexa. Tell her i said no and to get the hell out of here." I said to Clarke angrily not wanting to argue with her at this point.

"There's hosting summit with skaikru at sundown." Clarke told me.

"So.... What does that had to do with me?" I said crossing my arms.

"We can go back to our people." Clarke said to me making me scoff.

"And you believed her?" I asked her raising my eyebrows as she looked at me and didn't say anything.

"She went to all that trouble just to capture us and now she's going to let us go?" I asked her before I heard the door open.

"I went to all that trouble to save you." Lexa said walking towards us making me scoff.

"You know when I could've used saving?" I said to her as I came walking towards her.

"When you abandoned me and my people at the Mount Weather." I said to her angrily.

"Clearly, you didn't need my help." Lexa said making me laugh.

"No we did not. But you let my friends die there. I knew we couldn't trust you since the explosion at the village and yet Clarke is still siding with you." I said turning to look at Clarke.

"You're angry." She told me making me turn around.

"Isn't it obvious." I mumbled to her.

"I know what you did haunts you. And it's easier to hate me than to hate yourself." Lexa told me making me laugh.

"I can do both. It's not that bad. I mean I've killed every person that came after me." I said with a smile.

"What would you have done if their leader had offered you the deal. Save your people at the price of mine. Would you really have chosen differently?" She told me making me snap at her.

"I would've killed them and save both our people but since we were following Clarke's orders, and then you came to betrayed us and left my friends to die and if it would've been like that I wouldn't do the same." I said to her.

"But at least we saved our friends." Clarke said to us.

"You killed innocent people, Clarke!" I yelled at her.

"We all did." She yelled back.

"You killed kids! You killed people that helped us." I said to her angrily.

"I had no choice." Clarke said to me.

"There was a choice. You could've killed only the people who killed our friends. You killed innocent people."

"We did. It was our choice." Clarke said to her.

"You pulled it. Not me or anyone else. You did!" I yelled at her.

"Bellamy did too." Clarke said to me but I didn't say anything and stayed quiet.

"I-just get out. I know lexa won't just let us leave like this. She wants something." I said to Clarke turning to face lexa.

"You're right, I'm not just letting you go." She said to me making me roll my eyes.

"I want something more. I want your people to become my people." She said to me making me shake my head.

"Already heard it." I said to her.

"I'm offering skaikru the chance to join my coalition, become the 13th clan. No one would dare to move against you because that would be moving against me." Lexa said to me.

"Not gonna happened. Just-just leave me alone." I said to both if them.

"Madison-,"

"no. If you want to help her? Help her. I'm not going to stand by her."

"You have no choice." Lexa said to me.

"There's always a choice." I said to her crossing my arms.

"Want to torture me to get on your side? Then do it. Nothing will change my answer." I said to her turning around and looking out the window.

"Join me. Bow before me and your people will be safe." Lexa said making me scoff. "Bow before you? Are you out of your mind." I said to her.

"I won't bow. Not to someone who gives a damn about my people." I said to her.

"You're here because of the red queen. You know that having Clarke and I will stop a war. You want us to stop it. You have the red queen and wanheda isn't that enough for you. You want us since Clarke made you look weak at Mount Weather. And now the ice nation is exploiting that. Well, if you want the power red haiplana, kill me. Take me. Because I will never bow to you." I said to her before turning away.

"You guys know the way out. Now get out." I said to them angrily as I didn't look at them at all.

I'm not bowing to no one. I'm not going down on my knees for no one. I'm a person of my own. Don't need no one.

I left the camp because I didn't want to listen to anyone's rules or orders.

If lexa wants someone it won't be me.

Clarke agreed but I didn't and I still won't.

"Let me go!" I yelled at them as they grabbed my arm harshly.

"I will kill all of you. I'm the red queen. Let me the fuck go!" I yelled at them but he had me harshly. I saw a man walk pass covered with white pain as he looked at me, I looked down and saw he carried a hand bag. Something is wrong. Something is wrong.

"Wait no. Stop. Something is wrong." I said but he pushed me harshly.

"No. I'm telling you something is wrong." I yelled at them but they just ignored me.

"Please let me go!" I pleaded but they ignored me.

"Something will happen! I know it will." I said to them.

"Where are you taking me?" I said as dragged through the hallways.

"Let me go! You bastard." I said.

"Shut up!" He said to me before opening the door before it revealed my mother and my dad.

"M-mom? D-dad?" I said before my mom ran up to me and hugged me. I hesitated to hug her back but I eventually did before I pulled away.

"My sweet baby." She whispered as I tried not to cry.

"Hey dad." I said with a smile.

"Hey, kid." He said to me.

I missed them.

I really did.

"I have something to tell you both. And I don't think we have much time." I said to both of them.

"Wait a minute. Just let me look at you." She said to me but I pulled away from her.

"You'll have plenty of time to catch up once we get back home." My dad said making me look down.

I'm not going back there.

I can't.

"Listen, the commander's changing the terms of the summit." I said to them.

"Is it because of Mount Weather?" My dad asked me.

"No. It's because of the ice nation. They want lexa dead." I said.

"They want to take over the coalition." I told my parents.

"That's lexas concern not our."

"No, Samantha. If Lexa falls, the coalition shatters. And there's no way we avoid that war." My dad told her.

"You said they were new terms." My dad said turning to me.

"We become the thirteenth clan." I said to them as they took a whole minute.

"The thirteenth clan, what does that mean?" My mom asked as my dad walked away exactly knowing what it means.

"That we follow lexa?" My mom asked.

"Yes. It wasn't my decision. It was Clarke's. She has to bow in front of all of us." I said to her.

"There's a but coming?" She asked me making me nod.

"I have to bow." I said to her.

"She wants the red queen and wanheda to bow to her." I said to her.

"We came here to negotiate a treaty."

"This is our unity day, mom. We can be the thirteenth station or you can be the thirteenth clan." I said to her.

As much I don't want to do this.

I can't let my friends die.

Too many of them died and I don't want more and if this stops it might as well be it. But I'm not going to follow lexas rules I'll let her know about my condition.

"Micheal." My mom said.

"Madison is right. I've seen the ice nation army. And we don't stand a chance against them. We need to do this." My dad said from a far making my mom turn to me.

"So we become the thirteenth clan. Then what? What's gonna stop the ice nation?" My mom asked me making me look at her with a serious face.

"red haiplana." I said to her before finishing my other sentence.

"And wanheda." I said to her.

"Then let's do it." She told me before the doors open revealing, Clarke, Abby, and Kane.

"Did you decide?" Clarke asked me.

"Yes, we're doing it. I'm not doing it for her. I'm doing it for our friends." I said to her.

"All right then. What are we waiting for." She said to me making me nod.

"Let's get this over with." I said before Clarke and walked together leaving our parents in the room alone.

The doors open revealing Clarke as she entered the room. I was standing waiting for Clarke to come up and stand next to me. She smiled and I gave her a smile.

I didn't want to do this.

But I have no choice.

Like Lexa said to me there is no choice. I did it. I bowed to her. I kneeled down. And so did Clarke. We bowed to Lexa. we waited till everyone bowed after us. Was this a right idea. Will this stop a war. Or it will start one.

"Hail warriors of the twelve clans." Lexa said to them.

"Hail commander of the blood." All of them said after her.

"Rise." Lexa said before everyone rise including Clarke and I before we stand beside the other clans.

"We welcome skaikru to our halls in the spirit of friendship and harmony." Lexa said as I tried to hard to hold my laugh.

"Friendship? Really.

"And we welcome Clarke Kom skaikru, legendary wanheda mountain slayer. Madison Kom skaikru, legendary the red queen of blood. The reason for the summit has changed. We are not here to negotiate a treaty with the skaikru, but rather to initiate them into the coalition." Lexa said before everyone began to mumble and talk to one another confused of what she said to them.

"To symbolize this union, the leader of skaikru must bear our mark." Lexa said making me turn to Abby who turned to Kane. I think she probably didn't want to do it.

"Present your arm." Lexa said to Kane as he walked up to one who was holding the hot symbol. Kane mumbled a scream as they marked him. Before we heard the door open making me back away seeing Bellamy holding a gun against a grounder.

"Bellamy?" I said to him as he and I made eye contact for the very first time since what four months ago.

"What is the meaning of this?" Titus said.

"The summit's a trap." Bellamy said letting go of the grounder.

"We need to get you out of here." Bellamy said to us looking at me and Clarke.

"What the hell is going on?" Clarke asked lexa.

"I don't know." Lexa said making me scoff.

"Screw that. Tell us what the hell is going on!" I yelled at her.

"It's the ice nation." Bellamy said making me turn to him.

"These allegations are an outrage. The ice nation never stormed this summit. With weapons, breaking our laws, that was the skaikru." Ivon said from one of the clans.

"We're right about this. The two guards you left behind are dead already. We need to go now." Pike said from behind Octavia making me turn to Lexa.

"How did you come by this information?" Lexa asked them making Bellamy turned around but there was no one with them.

Did they lie?

"Where the hell is echo?" Octavia asked Bellamy.

"Who?" I asked them.

"What's going on?" I asked confused.

"What's going on? Where the hell is she?" Bellamy asked.

"I could ask you that?" I said to him.

"Bell, maybe we were wrong about this." Octavia said to him.

"I don't understand." Bellamy said before Kane walked up to him and grabbed the gun.

"Stand down." Kane ordered him as Bellamy took the gun around him and handing it to Kane before I heard the radio.

"Bellamy. Bellamy, come in." I heard ravens voice coming through the radio.

"The grounders attacked Mount Weather." Raven said as Bellamy raised the radio to him.

Attacked?

"What are you talking about?" Bellamy said looking at Lexa.

"It's gone, it's gone." Raven said.

"They're all gone, Sinclair and I are the only ones left. I'm so sorry." I heard Raven cried through the radio as she kept apologizing as if it was her fault.

"You should've never moved back your people to Mount Weather." Ivon said as everyone began to gather around us.

"The ice nation did what Lexa was too weak to do." Ivon said to us before turning to lexa making me clench my fist.

"This is an act of war. Sentries, arrest the ice nation delegation!" Lexa said to her guards.

"Including the prince." Lexa said looking at Durant and Roan.

"We need to get home. If they attacked Mount Weather, arkadia could be next." Abby said to Kane.

"I agree." Kane said.

"Go. Marshal your forces." Lexa said to them.

"We'll avenge the attack together." Lexa said to them before I turned to lexa.

"I'm going with them. I bowed to you and now you know I'm loyal to you. As much as I hate you I won't risk my friends and you know that." I told her as she looked at me before she hesitated.

"Fine go." She said to me making me nod.

"Clarke we need to leave now." Bellamy said to her.

"We need one ambassador from the thirteenth clan to stay here in polis." Lexa said to Bellamy.

"She's right." I said.

"It's not safe." Bellamy said.

"It's not safe no where." I said to him.

"Clarke will be safe here under my protection." Lexa said.

"I have to stay. I have to make sure she keeps her word." Clarke said.

"Commander, we must convene the war council immediately." Titus said to her making Clarke turn to face her.

"I'll be right there." Clarke said before hugging her mom. I saw Bellamy walk to Clarke saying how she left our people die in the mountain.

"Bellamy-," I said to him as I grabbed him by the arm but he pulled away from me and walked away.

"Good luck." I said to Clarke with a smile.

"I hope you honor this." I said to Lexa before she gave me nod and I walked away going after the others.

My parents are back. Yay! But drama comes along the way.
