Clarke went alone to Alie's place along with roan. I was going to go but she told me to stay back and help Kane with everyone and all. I didn't really have a choice. Pulling up to Arkadia making me look up to hearing thunder. It's going to rain. I got out making me wince when I felt a drop on my skin.

"Ow." I said standing beside Bellamy and Kane.

"Black rain." One of them yelled.

"Everybody inside." Kane yelled, Bellamy grabbing my arm.

"All right. Get inside." Bellamy said to me as the rain touched my skin.

"Agh-no." I said to him as he tilted his head.

"Black rain! Sound the alarm!" Bellamy yelled as everyone began to run.

"Madison! Go inside now!" Bellamy yelled at me.

"I'll be right behind you." Bellamy said making hesitate to leave him out here but I did.

"Okay." I said before letting go and running inside with the other. I saw a little girl making me run up to her.

"Come here." I said as I grabbed the girl in my hands trying to cover her.

"It's okay." I told her running inside Arkadia with her.

"Are you okay?" I asked the girl.

"Mommy?" The little girl asked me making me shake my head. I saw the rain get harder.

"Watch her." I said to one of the guards,

"I'll be back." I said to the little girl as I got up and walked towards the door.

"Bellamy!" I yelled as people pushed through the doors.

"Did you see Bellamy?" I asked them, but they ignored me pushing me out the way.

"Harper? Did you see Bellamy?" I asked her grabbing her arm.

"No." She said to me as I looked out the door and see him.

"Bellamy!" I yelled, taking a step out.

"Get back inside." He yelled at me as Kane and him came inside making me sigh.

"Are you guys okay?" I asked both of them.

"Yeah." They said Bellamy putting water on himself.

"Did you put water?" He asked me making shake my head.

"No." I said to him, he gave me a cup as I threw to myself.

"Kane someone is out there." Bellamy said to Kane as they grabbed jacket to cover themselves.

"Careful." I said to them as they ran out. I watched them grab a guy that was on the ground covered in mud and black rain, they both pulled the guy up as they struggle to come back inside. I ran outside to help them as Kane looked at me.

"What are you doing? You're not covered." Kane said to me as I helped the guy.

"Madison." Bellamy said as I tried not to let out any pain.

"I'm fine." I said as I walked inside with them inside before I took off my shirt and splash water on myself feeling the burns on my body. It's not bad but it does burn. I washed my body I was only with a bra as I washed my body with clean water.

"I need to find Octavia." Bellamy said to Kane.

"She's not here. She took off hours ago." Kane told Bellamy.

"I gotta find her." Bellamy said making me grab him.

"No, it's dangerous out there." I said to Bellamy grabbing his arm.

"Bellamy, look. We don't know where she went. You just got back, and the Rover doesn't have enough power to go searching the woods." Kane said to Bellamy.

"He's right." I told Bellamy.

"The rain. Will kill her." Bellamy said to us making me touch his face.

"Octavia is smart. She knows that she has to take cover. We both know Octavia is smart and knows what she has to do." I told Bellamy.

"You gotta trust that she found shelter, okay?" Kane said to Bellamy as he walked away.

"Octavia is fine." I told him with a smile.

"You know that." I said to Bellamy as I hugged him wrapping my arms around him.

"She'll be fine." I said to him, pulling away as I smiled at him.

"You should get change." Bellamy said to me as I looked down realizing I was still in bra.

"Oh," I said covering myself making him laugh at me.

"Don't worry." He said to me.

"You should go wash up." I told Bellamy.

"I'm not even done yet." I said to Bellamy as we walked inside towards the water.

I watched Bellamy take it off his shirt making me look at him, my face turning red. I looked away grabbing a cup of water and throwing it on myself trying to ignore the blush on my face. Wrong time Madison.

"Hello? Can anyone hear me?" We heard the radio go off making turn to look at Kane.

"Look, we're caught in the rain, and it burns." They said through the radio.

"We're trapped in the rubble just north of the factory crash.

"Please. Can anybody hear me?" They said again.

"This is chancellor Kane. I hear you. Can you hear me?" Kane said through the radio.

"Kane. Kane, it's mark Colton. Look, please, my son is soaked with black rain. Please. You gotta help us. Hurry!" Colton said through the radio.

"I need to get him to Med bay." Harper said to me as she stopped me.

"Kane, said Med bay is full." I said to her as I looked at the guy who's on the bed.

"Even with treatment I don't think he would survive this." I said to Harper.

"Look, I know it's difficult but we need to prioritize." I told her with a hand on her shoulder.

"I'm the reason he's not gonna survive this. He reached for me, and I didn't help him." Harper told me letting out a sniffle making me squeeze her shoulder.

"So help him now." I told her.

"Keep him company, keep him comfortable as possible." I said to her with a smile, making her nod. I walked towards the electrical room where Bellamy is currently taping a suit together.

"Everyone accounted for?" Bellamy asked.

"Jaha and Monty reported in from Sector five and my mother is helping in Med bay. All two hundred people are safe. The other sectors are still counting." I said to Bellamy looking at the table with a sigh then at him.

"We're down two." I said before he looked at me.

"Not for long." Bellamy said making me sigh.

"What? Madison." He said to me as he looked at me.

"Bellamy, the fire damage to that suit could cause tears you can't see, much less seal." I told him with a puff.

"It's the best we got." Bellamy said making me look down.

"I don't think you should go out there." I said to Bellamy.

"Peter was one of the hundred." Bellamy told me.

"I know that." I said to him.

"I'm doing this." Bellamy said as I grabbed his hand.

"What?" He asked me again.

"I-," I let out before looking straight into his eyes. Should I?

"Promise me you'll come back?" I asked him as he looked at me and kissed me. And I kissed back.

"I promise you." Bellamy said to me before he let my hand go and walked off before I followed to the door.

"Is he seriously going?" Kane asked me.

"Yeah, can't stop him." I said to him as we watched Bellamy open the door and heading out in the rain and not turning around.

"Bellamy!" Kane yelled as we watched him run off.

"Bellamy! Turn around." Kane yelled but he just ran further down.

"Bellamy, what the hell happened?" Kane said through the radio waiting for him to answer back, but not reply.

"Bellamy." Kane said turning to me as I began to panic. I grabbed the radio from Kane,

"Bellamy, it's me. Madi, can you hear me." I said but no reply back at all.

"Bellamy." I said again.

"B-Bellamy can you hear us?" I asked once again looking a back at Kane with a worried look.

"Bellamy, come in?" Kane said holding the radio as I bit my lip.

"You were right. The suit's useless." I heard Bellamy said making let out a shaky breath, I looked down rubbing my hands on my face.

"You gotta come back in. Bring the River to the Airlock." Kane told Bellamy.

"Bellamy. It's mark." Colton said to Bellamy through the radio.

"Are you there?" He asked him.

"Right here." Bellamy said to him.

"Are you on the move yet?" Mark asked Bellamy.

"Peter doesn't look so good." Mark said through the radio.

"He's been through worse, we'll get through this, too." Bellamy said.

"He's got to come back." I said to Kane.

"I'm on my way." Bellamy said making me look at Kane.

"Is he insane? He could die." I said to Kane.

"Copy that Bellamy, thanks." Mark said making me throw my head back. Is he crazy? Why would he risk it all.

"Bellamy, go to private channel." Kane asked Bellamy through the radio.

"No more lectures. I can't find my sister, but I do know where they are." Bellamy said as he turned on the Rover and drove away.

"Bellamy, stop. Listen to me. Please." I begged him.

"No unnecessary risk. You come home safe."

"I got this." Bellamy said making me look down.

"You'll die out there." I said to Bellamy through the radio.

I don't want to look Bellamy. He's everything to me. I don't want him to die not yet. I watched him drive off making my breath hitch.

"He's insane." I said bending down with my hands on my head.

"Why would he go out there." I said to Kane.

"He wants to help them. He wants to be forgiven for what he has done." Kane said to me making me scoff.

"Yeah, going into the Black rain won't help. He will just die out there." I said to him.

"I know you care for him, but we can't just do anything about what he does, all we can do is wait until he comes back," Kane said to me making me nod.

"Yeah, you're right." I said to him looking out into the rain letting out a sigh.

"Kane." I said to him, turning to face him.

"Have you ever been in love?" I asked him as he looked at me sitting next to me.

"Only once." He told me making me sigh.

"How did it feel?" I asked him.

"A deep affection for one another." Kane said to me.

"How did you know you were in love with that?" I asked him.

"It depends, the feelings you have for someone changes, you feel safe, comfortable, love struck, passion. Protecting one another." Kane said to me making me smile.

I feel all of those with Bellamy. We hated each other when we first met but after I began to feel something for him. When I thought I lost him that changed, my heart ached  for him. He's everything to me.

"You love him do you?" Kane asked me as I looked at him.

"Yes," I told Kane as he gave me a smile.

"And I hate that he left and I didn't tell him." I said to kana as he pulled me towards him and hugged me.

"He'll come back. He's Bellamy. We both know he's smart." He said to me making me nod.

Both Kane and I have been waiting for any sign of Bellamy through the radio, and now I'm getting completely worried about him.

"It's been too long." I said to Kane anxiously.

"Mark. Come in." I heard Bellamy say making me snap to the radio.

"Coming up on factory station. Almost there. Over." Bellamy said but didn't hear anything else.

"Guys, you read me?" Bellamy said again.

"Don't go quiet on me now." Bellamy said.

"Gonna need a little help navigating once I'm past the wreckage." Bellamy said once again.

"He's too late." I told Kane.

"He has to come back." I said.

"Yeah, I'm here." Mark said as you could barely hear him.

"We're north west of the salvage area about fifteen degrees. Just follow the-,peter." We heard mark said after as we began t hear scream through the radio.

"What's happening? Are you okay?" Bellamy asked them.

"Peter, get below me. Bellamy!" Mark said as Kane and I looked at each other worried.

"Mark, what's going on?" Bellamy asked them.

"The wind shifted. The rain is blowing in."

"Okay, you need to find something to use for cover." We heard Bellamy say as I bit my nails nervously, and scared.

"There's nothing here." Mark said.

"Look, I'm blocking it from Peter as best as I can. Just hurry, please!" Mark said as I rub my hand in my face.

"Look south. You'll see my headlights in two minutes. Im-," I heard Bellamy before he got cut off making me get up.

"Bellamy, I don't see the headlights where are you?" Mark asked.

"Just-just a minor. Delay. Just-just hand on." Bellamy said to him.

"No! No! No, we can't!" Mark yelled through the radio.

"We can't! How long?" Mark asked.

"Bellamy, what's happening?" Kane said through the radio.

"Answer. What minor delay?" Kane asked Bellamy.

"Is he okay?" I asked.

"Stuck in the mud." Bellamy said to us.

"Gonna use the winch to get me out." Bellamy said to us, Kane immediately got up when Bellamy said that.

"Negative, Bellamy, you have no suit and I can hear the rain over the radio." Kane said to him.

"Is he crazy?" I asked angrily. He can't go out the rain without a suit.

"Please, just...just wait. For the storm to pass." Kane said.

"Is that clear?" Kane asked, then we heard the other radio to off hearing Mark yelling through it.

"If you go into that storm, three people die instead of two." Kane said referring to Bellamy as the third person.

"You're out of options." Kane said to Bellamy. I really hope he doesn't go.

"It's time to let go." Kane said.

"You say you'd be here where the hell are you?" He heard mark say making me look down.

"What am I supposed to tell them?" Bellamy asked Kane.

"The truth." Kane said shaking his head.

"Mark. Peter." The other radio went off.

"I can't get to you." Bellamy said hearing his voice hurt.

"What? No. We'll come to you. Please, I can carry him." Mark said making me look down. There's two people that will die. And we can't even save them.

"It's too far, Mark. You won't make it." Bellamy said. "We won't make it here!" Mark said.

"Look. I-I am sorry. You just-your only chance is just to wait a little longer, and when the rain stops, I can dig out." Bellamy said.

"My son is dying!" Mark said angrily through the radio making me and Kane look at each other.

"He's dying right now." Mark said hearing him cry making me cover my mouth tears forming in my eyes.

"You said that you would help us. Please!" Mark cried out as I tried to hold my sobs. We lost two.

"Mark? Peter?" Bellamy said through the radio as I lift my head up.

"The rain's on its way out. You still with me?" Bellamy asked, Kane walking towards me as we hear Bellamy, but we didn't hear any reply from mark.

"He's gone isn't he?" I asked Kane who just nodded looking down.

"Hey, Mark, come in. Do you read me?" Bellamy asked but nothing. We heard nothing at all.

"As soon as this rain clears, I'm out of this ditch and I'm on my way. Please tell me that you read me." Bellamy said again but we didn't hear anything at all. They were already gone.

"Bellamy." Kane said.

"You did your best." He said to Bellamy.

"I failed. They're dead." Bellamy said making me look at Kane as he gave me the radio.

"Hey, Bellamy. It's not your fault. You h-hear me." I said to him.

"I can't protect anyone." Bellamy said making me form my lips into a straight line.

"I couldn't protect my sister." Bellamy said as his voice cracked.

"My responsibility, and I failed." He said to me making me let out a small sniffle.

"My mom passed out. She was there. She was in my hands. She was helpless, and now what is she? Is she even alive? What is she? I-," Bellamy said making me look down as Kane grabbed the Radio.

"You didn't fail, Bellamy. You did everything you could for her. You came to the ground for her. You came down to protect Octavia." Kane said to Bellamy.

"You can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved." Kane said to Bellamy.

"I know that your mom would be so proud of the man you've become." Kane said looking at me.

"We all are." Kane said to Bellamy.

"You floated my mother." Bellamy said to Kane before the radio went silent making me sigh. I grabbed the radio.

"Bellamy." I said to him.

"I-just come back." I said to him.

"Please." I said to him before leaving the radio on the table and walking away.
