Love and War...
Narrator's POV
Claude Faustus, Butler of the Trancy Family, walked through London's entertainment district.
His Butler uniform had been exchanged for plain clothes worn by every man of the decade, letting him blend in.
It was hard to track humans but scent alone, especially in a city as dense as London, but he had been in Lady Elizabeth's company enough times to pick her scent out from the rest.
Every human soul was uniquely flavored, so he had narrowed her location down to the district he was currently in.
Following the trail of her soul's scent, he soon arrived at the front door of Sphere Music Hall.
But, it seemed the establishment was not yet open since the lights were all off.
He looked around for another entrance, but he ended up finding a flying advertising the music hall:
"Sphere Music Hall
On Saturdays at eight o'clock.
We would like you to invite you to come and enjoy with us. Please feel free to invite your family and friends."
The demon knew the day was Saturday and eight o'clock was but a few hours away, so he would fetch his master and bring him here when the establishment opened.
Let the boy save his own fiancée, it would definitely avoid another one of his tantrums.

Hours later, at eight pm, Sieglinde and Lizzy made their way to the ballroom of Sphere Music Hall to enjoy the weekly public party.
It was so much fun and the Starlight Four performed such catchy songs!
The two girls wore matching dresses: the black haired girl's being pastel green with pastel pink detailing whilst the blonde's was pastel pink with pastel green detailing.
And of course, they both wore their silver Canopus bracelets.
Once the crowd began to assemble, the secret lovers began to dance together and enjoy themselves.

At the same time, Earl Alois Trancy arrived at Sphere Music Hall in his peasant disguise.
Ever since Claude had told him this is where Lizzy was hiding a few hours ago, the blonde had been wondering why she would come here of all places.
If she truly wanted to escape her family, why had she not left London?
Perhaps she had been kidnapped?
No, that made no sense since she left a note and no ransom came forward.
He would have to ask her once he collected her; they would have plenty of time to talk during the carriage ride to the Midford estate.
But, currently, he joined the line of people trying to get into the music hall and was greeted with a beautiful ballroom full of people of all classes interacting and dancing together.
Alois was tempted to join the dancing, but he stayed focused, he was here for a reason.
Glancing around the ballroom, he did not yet see his rogue fiancée.
Perhaps she had not yet arrived, but he knew she was here since Claude said so.
Hopefully she appeared soon, this was so boring.

Lizzy felt herself hyperventilating as she leaned against the wall of the private hallway, the public party taking place mere feet away around the corner.
In her rush of getting away from Alois' sight, she had left her beloved behind in the ballroom.
But she could not let Alois see her, she could not rush him forcing her back to her family.
If she was taken back to her parents, they would never let her anywhere without chaperone ever again.
And worse, she would be separated from Sieglinde!
Oh if her parents discovered she had abandoned her engagement to an Earl for a homosexual relationship she would be lucky to be sent to a nunnery but chances were she would be sent to an asylum in order to be 'fixed'.
The blonde clutched at her heart, she would rather die then be subjected to that kind of torture at her parents' behest.
"What is wrong, my lady?" A voice asked from her right
She turned, seeing her grandfather, "M-My fiancé, Earl Trancy, he is here."
Understanding immediately appeared on the reaper's face, "I see. Do not worry, I will not let them take your anywhere you do not wish to be."
Undertaker patted her hair affectionately, "Let Blavat know and he will insure the unwelcome guest is removed."
A few moments passed and Elizabeth recollected herself, but before she could turn back to her grandfather and thank him he was gone.
So, she returned to the party, carefully staying behind people to stay out of Alois' sight.
Lizzy managed to get to Blavat, telling him of Alois' presence.
The lavender haired man just smiled at her and assured everything would be fixed.
Lizzy watched as the fortune teller walked straight towards the undercover Earl.
"Hello there, I see this is your first time here." Blavat greeted
"It is." Alois confirmed
"Would you like to discover which star protects you?" The lavender haired man asked
The Earl looked shocked but nodded, "Sure?"
Blavat pricked his finger snd let it drop into his cup.
"You are protected by the divine star Sirius, a rarity to see. But, you are no longer pure, you are a fallen star; a collapsar has pulled you out of your natural obit and it siphoning your radiance away." Blavat told, causing a scene
Almost immediately after that was said, a black haired man with golden eyes —who Lizzy recognized as Alois' Butler, Claude— rushed to the Earl's side.
Claude scowled at him, opening his mouth to interrupt.
But the fortune teller raised his voice slightly to gather more attention, "Ah, and here is the collapsar. What you are is a black hole that swallows up the radiance of stars shining with all their might, any stars drawn to you will stray from their orbits to wander the murk for all eternity."
The people nearest them began to gasp and complain:
"Gobble up our glimmer?!"
"How terrifying..."
"Don't let him ruin our precious fun time!"
One woman gasped and held her toddler close, "Don't let him near my child!"
Many more people began to demand that they leave...
