The Phoenix...

Narrator's POV

A few nights later, the day the Aurora Society would meet arrived.

The Queen's Watchdog, Marquess Alexis Leon Midford, along with his wife, Frances, made their way into the lounge and paid the outrageous thirty pounds for the 'Absolute Purification Water'.

With the fee paid, they were taken to the first class smoking room where a few eyes turned to face them.

"Are you first timers?" An obese man asked them as they walked in

Frances and Alexis Leon exchanged glances, "The Eternal Flame in this breast cannot be quenched by anyone. We are the Phoenix!"

As they both struck the rather humiliating pose, the man did the same and greeted them, handing them membership pins, "Welcome to the Aurora Society."

With that done, no one paid them anymore mind.

Before they could begin their investigation, a set of doors opened and pallbearers came in carrying a coffin followed by a man in a doctor's coat.

"Doctor Stroker!" Several people greeted as the man walked into the small stage

"Esteemed friends and colleagues! I thank you for attending the Aurora Society's research presentation, 'Absolute Salvation of Mankind through Medical Science', on this fine day." The doctor said with a bow, "What is absolute salvation, you might ask? Well, it's perfect health: a healthy body, healthy teeth, a healthy mind residing in a healthy body and healthy weather! Good health is indeed a many splendored thing!"

"However, there continued to exist a state of greatest unhealthiness that we are unable to conquer, try as we might. And what is that state? It is death!" He continued, placing his hand on the coffin' lid, "And the wonderful, singular power that will save us from this calamity is the medical science of the Aurora Society!"

The pallbearers removed the lid, revealing a blindfolded woman's corpse that was dressed only in her undergarments and various stitches littered her revealed body.

"Now I shall demonstrate to you the fruits of our research, the 'Absolute Salvation of Mankind through Medical Science'. Here lies Margaret Connor, age seventeen. She lost her life in an unfortunate accident. Her death was truly tragic...the result of an catastrophe that never should have occurred. Her untimely end brought ill health not only to her own heart but the hearts of her loved ones." The brown haired man continued, gesturing to her crying parents, "I wish to absolutely save this young lady's and her family!"

The scientist them attached wires to her limbs, "Allow me to show you, everyone, the power of medicine!"

The machine that connected the wires began to spit out electricity into the corpse.

"Now arise from the ashes, my dear, like a phoenix!" Doctor Stroker proclaimed, the Connors joining him on the stage

Margaret raised a hand and sat up in her coffin as the doctor smiled, "Please take a good look! Our medical science can overcome even death!"

Madam Connor rushed forth and hugged her revived daughter, sobbing in to her shoulder, "Maggie! Oh Maggie, my sweet child!"

"Thank you so much, doctor." Mister Connor thanked, hugging his child as well

"This is absolute salvation!" The doctor cheered

The crowd was shocked, whispers circling about:

"It's a miracle!"

"I can't believe my eyes!"

"Did they really bring her back to life?"

Mister Connor smiled as he hugged his child, telling her, "As long as you are alive, your mother-"

He was interrupted as Margaret bit her mother's neck.

"M-Maggie?! W-What is this?!" Madam Connor screamed in pain

The crowd screamed and began to ran off as Margaret ripped out her mother's throat with her teeth, savagely clawing at her father next.

"Shit! It failed!" The doctor cursed, looking to the pallbearers, "What are you waiting for? Take her down already!"

The group of men began to shoot at the revived teen, but the corse did nothing more than flinch at the bullets.

The brown haired doctor's eyes widened and he ran off the stage and through the back doors.

The Midfords revealed through blades, stabbing at the creature through its head and heart, putting it down properly.

They then chased after the mad scientist, needing to interrogate him as to his plan.

Ciel Phantomhive huffed as he stood in his coffin, barely fitting as he half laid on his side.

The coffin was a tight fit, barely fitting both him and Astre in it when it was made for one larger person.

"What is wrong, skylight?" Astre asked, kissing at his slightly taller twin's jaw

"Nothing, starshine, I am just getting bored. Undertaker locked us in here with out giving us anything to do." Ciel complained

"He told us he would be doing this when the night came, the imperfect Bizarre Dolls would be just as prone to attack us as they would the living because of our souls. And grandfather is too busy working on the plan to properly protect us." Astre soothed

"I know, but still." The older blunette whined

"Well, there are a few things we can do." Astre blushed

Ciel's eyebrow rose, "Like what?"

His question was quickly answered as Astre unzipped Ciel's shorts and began to pleasure him.

Pleasure immediately lit in Ciel's veins, but, he still had enough of his mind with him to return the favor to his twin...
