"I think we shouldn't have let Sid go there alone." Roshni said worriedly sitting on the bed while Alya is accompanying her on the bed n Manik, Cabir n Dhruv r sitting on the chairs around them.

"Don't worry, Roshni! Sid is not alone, our best men r with him he'll be fine." Cabir spoke assuring her.  

"Moreover we've already destroyed Tiger's most of the hideouts r armors. Now he's weak n Sid'll take care of him for kidnapping u" Manik said.

"What exactly happened with u, for all these 2 months, we've tried everything but couldn't find u?" Dhruv questioned. They all did know part-part of the incident but they didn't have a proper talk for two days since they r back to Mumbai. They r busy with the attacks from Tiger's men who got furious with Roshni's flew away from his captive.

Roshni took a deep breath knowing that she needs to explain everything to her friends too as she did to Sid, and started...   "Actually, Back when Alya n I r shopping I got a call from some unknown no. and it was Sid's voice gasping, hissing n asking for help. They changed voice like Sid. I tried calling Sid but in vain, and in tension n worry, I drove towards our building. But on the road, a girl suddenly came in front of my car causing me to break n come out to check her. But as soon as I got off, smoke came n I lost consciousness.
When I woke up, I got to know that it's Tiger who kidnapped me as he claimes that he loved me, he wanted me & getting me will not only made his male ego satisfied but also make him Mafia King as they think I hold the key to that.

I tried escaping by the help of my bodyguard, Daya who's also with me but we were in some kind of torture house or something which was electrically secured. In the unsuccessful attempts of breaking out of there,  Daya got electric shocked many times n also got bitten by Tiger's guards hundred times. I didn't directly take the danger as I knew I'm pregnant. I got to know that they morning itself n had thought to surprise everyone after shopping for baby clothes. But before that only...." She trailed while caressing her slightly emerging belly over her dress. Alya put a consoling hand on her n smiled lightly.

She continued "Tiger tried threatening me verbally n sometimes physically too but I'm scared for my baby. When he tried to force himself saying that first he'll take me then marry me, I was afraid that it might harm my child. So, in the thought that U all will find me and I'll buy some time with this, I challenged Tiger to first be a man n win over Sid then I'll willingly become his. As he's obsessed with me he agreed to my offer n started planning against Mafia Boss, Sid. They planned to keep me away from u so prepared to send me Seoul becoz they knew u r spying on him. But Daya was not mentally stable anymore nor physically so they plan to dumb him away n I thought to make him give my news to u. But he's not in a condition.
So, as I've got a keen interest in films and songs, I made Daya learn the song from the Gangster movie n convey the message to u. U took really long to find my message n get me." She sighed and all too don't know what to say.

"We'd done everything to search for u in every nook n corner but unfortunately we didn't get Daya. It's Nanz who recognizes him n helped us" Dhruv said.

"I know. Sid told me. I should be thanking her but she left for Delhi" Roshni muttered.
Ya! Nanz n her friends, all Devils fly to New Delhi after coming back to India to help expose the dirty criminal n politicians behind the crimes going on.

"They'll be back tomorrow. I've talked to Navya" Cabir informed.

"Oh ya! I heard that u like her? Are u serious about her?" Roshni asked raising her brow to Cabir who smiled.

"I know the situation is bit contrary, but ever since when she got into my life I don't find any other girl interesting." Cabir answered honestly making Roshni n Alya smile widely n Dhruv n Manik happy for him.

"Oh now one more of us got his lover... now only Manik is left" Roshni commented n Manik just ignored it with his blank look. But how can Cabir let go of this chance...

"Arey no! Manik is also taken" He declared making all surprised n shocked as they know, Manik Malhotra, the Mafia King n love... that's nearly impossible.

"Caabbiirrr" Manik gave him look knowing who he's indicating.

"Oh no! U don't believe me. Then I've proof." Cabir immediately stood up moving away from Manik n scrolled his phone searching something

"Here" He turned the screen towards all showing a picture that he clicked...

Manik saw it n remembered their moment when he's lost in her eyes....

"Wow... when did it happen? What's going on between u n Nandini?" Roshni questioned Manik.

"No... nothing's going on" Manik replied getting up.

"No no... something is surely happening. I've seen how u look at Nanz, u can't lie us, we know the look" Alya declared firmly.

"What look?" Manik questioned firmly not getting affected by their tease.

"Look when u r falling... in love" Dhruv said eyeing Manik's face that fell down registering 'love' word. He just dashed out without word n all sighed knowing that he doesn't believe in love n women. He just doesn't trust them enough.

After a while, Sid walked in wounded n bruised n Roshni gasped looking at him. She ran to him.

"Oh god! What happened to u? Let's go to the hospital."

"No Roshni... I'm okay. Just small cuts. Are u alright?" He ignored his physical pains as he's having his life n peace in his arms.

"U r wounded n u r asking me? Come. I'll dress ur wound" She pulled him to sit on the couch n get first-aid for him.

"Didn't u get any other wounds or cuts or bullet shots. Are u really ok?" She asked concerned after cleaning his face, palm, arms n shoulders.

"No baba... I'm completely fine. And I've sent that bastard Tiger to hell for daring to touch u. Now everything is fine. Our men who got injured, I've sent them to the hospital. Everything's Okay!" Sid said smiling n cupping her face.

"Now, let's go I'm hungry. I'm sure my baby n her mother is also hungry. Right baby?" He asked cutely bending to her stomach.

"Right Daddy" Roshni laughed n Sid joined as they walked to have food.

Manik's POV

A furiously walked out to the terrace n stood there gripping the rail tightly.

How can they say that I'm falling in "love"?
Don't they know that Love-shuv is all bullshit?

No one in this cruel world stays by any person without purpose. People stick to one another when they see their benefits. When people get married they did it in order to go on with the flow of society n also choose one whom they see gains; either physical, emotional, or financial gains. When they become parents, there also they search benefits n choose who'll be what, do what as per the gain.
From the start, until they die, they always find ways of profits in everything. If they r not getting profits in one thing they just mercilessly, cruelly move out of it, break it, destroy it without thinking of others who might get affected by their step.

They don't even value their marriage, their children, their son n daughter's life. All r bloody selfish thick-shelled cruel fox who run after money, name, fame, power, looks n attractions. They don't bloody care if anyone is getting hurt, anyone is dying because of their stupid selfish act.
But NO, they don't have emotions.

And LOVE; it's a weapon to use in their selfish act. These women, I tell u, can only become crazy manipulative bitch, using sweet words n acts in beginning to get what they want n when they r satisfied they'll ditch u like u r a tissue paper n not a human with emotions, they bloody don't care about their own blood too.

But I'm all aware of it. And no one can use these tricks on me. No one can play with me, Only I'm the player here, I'm the master here. And I don't believe in LOVE, bullshit!

"Are u planning to break the railing of the terrace?" a voice broke my thoughts making me turn my head aside to see Cabir standing beside me which I didn't notice as I was so involved in repeating myself the hatred n rage in me & not get fooled by this bullshit thing.

His words made me realize that my grip on the railing is way too tight that the steel rail is distorting a little. I remove my hands as soon as I realize n shoved my red marked palm in my pant pocket.

"I know u r angry that we mentioned that to u, Manik." Cabir paused looking ahead at the sun setting n the sky getting darker, the city view is clear with many lighted building n malls visible from here. I too am looking ahead listening to him.

"But, believe it or not, 'It'(love) exists. I does. It is something which makes ur heartbeat faster than ever when u see her. U'll do anything just to get a glimpse of her like I used to travel all long to Navya's clinic to see n talk to her even when she doesn't put grass to me." Cabir chuckled thinking about his n Navya's initial encounters while Manik chooses to listen silently his words n give it a thought.

"U'll feel the need to get her attention for u more than anyone around her."

Manik remembers how he got irritated when Nandini gets her involved with her friends; Mukti, Navya n even that Abhi guy. He recalls when Cabir asked Nanz to perform a dance for them in the Mansion after that 'High Night' club night when they kidnapped Nanz.

After the dance, she walked towards me... Oh god... I'm getting strange feelings...more closer... more .... ....... n she turned to Cabir who was sitting next to me...

"How was it? Do u like it?"

"like... love it... u r superb... n looking hot..." Cabir said with a wink.

"Thanks... n I know I look hot n sexy, tell something new." she said while smiling n winked. ... Is she flirting back? How dare she flirt with others? n am I invisible that she is smiling to all but not looking at me. ...

"Her mere smile is enough to make u happy n content. U don't need her getting all dressed up or makeup to look beautiful because she's more than beautiful the way she is in ur eyes"

Manik remembers how much he gets lost in her smiles. How his lips twist upwards watching her laugh hard!
He remembers how beautiful she looked completely covered in the black outfit when she got out in her mission, As beautiful as she looks in the cute nightdress, and even in sexy shorts n crop-tops.

"U can't see a single scratch on her, leave any injuries n cuts. Her pain will pain u more"

Manik remembers his first meet with her when Sid had kidnapped her in mansion Manik woke up Nanz from her pretending act. He got angry n mad on her n grip her arms tightly making her hiss in pain. But her moist eyes did unusual magic causing him to loosen his grip n caress on the mark...

After that also in her room when he entered her room while she's in the washroom. Being angry with her disrespectful words he pushed her against the cupboard causing her to hurt her back. And seeing her in pain, pained him somewhere unknown to him. He helped her put ointment n even kissed her back to ease her pain.

"U'll fell strong, immense attraction to her, deep affection towards her, an interest n pleasure whenever u'll find her around. U body will react, ur every cell will react to her, for her."

He flashes the moment when Nanz worked-out in the gym with him.
She did many workouts perfectly... Her body's moving gracefully with every equipment... Her dress sticks to her black inner which is visible through the wet cotton dress... her curves moulds perfectly, her round hips... her thin waist... Waw! a perfect art piece.

He also recalls their first kiss in Korea when she got out of the swimming pool.
I raise my right hand to sensually touch her neck n caress it. She shivered a bit with my touch. I feel proud of my effect on her. I again held her eyes with my dark n desireful one. I leaned forward reducing the gap for a hungry passionate, fiery kiss, which activated every damn nerve of my body n my heart pounding against the ribs

"Not just Physical Attraction, but U'll get concerned for here n the mere thought of her being in pain n grief, will make u crazy. U'll be protective over her."

When Nandini drowned in the sea & I got her out..."Nandini... Nandini" I called out her name millions time till now but neither she's opening her eyes, nor making any moment. She's lifeless.

I pressed her chest to push the water out, checked her breath. No progress.
I was getting horrified at her state.

"Nandu, wakeup... open ur eyes dammit." I yelled at her but my own power seems to have lost at the sight of her lifeless state. Some saline drops escaped my eyes mixing with the sea with running through my hair and face.

And when she got conscious, I didn't let her put her feet on the ground... Nanz too stood up weak. She looks so pale that I instantly scoop her in my arms.

"I can walk." She instantly protested.

"Everyone's watching" She again voiced eyeing her friends and Cabir who r having a stupid grin.

"As if I care!"

"And not to forget the JEALOUSY. U can't stand the sight of any other man touching her or kissing her. Not even her guy friend or ex"

Many Flashes passed on in front of Manik's eyes...
When I saw pervert men eye-raping her when she's dancing around in the club, I felt like scooping out their eyeballs out of the socket.
When Harshad put his hand on her, Manik himself knew how he's controlling himself from breaking his bones.
Also, the fact that she's a boyfriend when we all went clubbing, has created a rage in me. When she told me that she's with that bastard for long 30minutes, my fist clutched n eyes redden. It was better that she broke up immediately otherwise I didn't know what I would've done.
Even I dislike her flirting n smiling to Cabir n her closeness with Abhi but not me. Even I disliked that kid, Adi calling Nanz as his.

Also recently in their mission in Korea, when that perverted bastard almost kissed Nanz n all r watching it live... I just wanted to roar n make her stop from kissing that bloody bastard. If he ever comes in front of me, then I can't guarantee his life.

"Hahahaa.... U remember the look Sid n Dhruv gave when they saw anyone lusting over Roshni n Alya. Only if looks could kill!" Cabir laughed remembering about Sid n Dhruv's possessiveness.

"This is a beautiful feeling Manik." Cabir sounded serious again. "I understand u don't trust women n doesn't believe in love. ... ... becoz of what u saw n experience in ur childhood. That was really horrible n we all r dishearten for the losses. But all women r not like her. Roshni, Alya, they r different. And I believe that Navya, Nandini n Mukti r also different.
Just give it a thought!" He patted my shoulder n left leaving me alone with his confused thoughts of his past which resist him from trusting women n loving while he can't deny the deep something he's feeling for Nandini.

He sat at the swing closing his eyes recall the flashes of his childhood; how everything was so lively, happy and cheerful before that dark day...

One 8yrs old boy ran inside a big Bangalow with his school bag. Throwing his shoes away in a hurry, he ran in the hall towards the kitchen before throwing his bag on the sofa.

"Mom" he shouted making a lady in her late 30s working in the kitchen startled she n turn to see her son panting due to continuous running.

"What's wrong Manu?" she questioned narrowing her eyes.

"Where is ur sister?" she added looking behind him to the doors as her both kid r suppose to come home together from school.

"She's missing" He answered breathlessly.

"What??? How?" His Mom got scared n worried hearing her 5yrs old daughter missing when she's supposed to come home with her brother.

Instead of answering, he ran outside while his mother ran behind him asking for answers. But as soon as she steps out she spots her daughter playing with a kitten aside the road and her son dragging her to make her hide to not get caught by their mother.

"Hayyee Raamm" the lady yelled before sitting on the ground with a thump and slapping her forehead in disbelief.

"What happen Mummy?" her daughter came running seeing her mom fall with a thump.

"Mom, u okay?" her son too came running and both started weeping the tears forming in their mother's eyes n hugging her tight saying sorry again n again.

"Don't do this type of prank with me!" the lady scolded them knowing the nature of her kids very well.

They both r so mischievous that if one minute you'd have seen them studding with concentration, the other minute u'll find them fighting outside the house.
And pranks! Oh God! They do many kinds of pranks, in fact, all kinds of pranks, including pretending to be dead with knife n ketchup.

"Okay Mummy, Sorry Mom" they choros n they walked in n started fighting over food.

The three of them do lots of talks; telling about their friends n school, what fun they did in school, then their mother forcing them to complete their homework n literarily blackmailing them to do it to get their desired food in dinner, then, as usual, the sibling fights for food, for T.V remote, for hiding thing, for whose pencil it was, for whose videogames it was, and also for whose mom is she...

"No... she is my mom"

"No, Supervillian... She's my mom ... not yours!"

The lady was sitting in the hall sofa n reading novels that she loves when she saw her 10yrs old son walking in from school in a grumpy n angry face. She keeps her book aside n looked carefully only to find her 7yrs old daughter trailing behind in slow steps with her hairs messed n all the while looking down.

"Oh god! What happened to u, Doll?" She ran to her n cheek her puffy eyes n cheek n messed up hairs clearing showing that she's been involved in the fighting.

"How did this happen, Manu?" she again questions upon not hearing the answer from her daughter who's only looking down.

"Why r u asking me? Ask ur sweet lovely daughter, who told her to start a fight with my classmate when I'm in the music room?" Manu taunted looking at his sister who finally looked up with moist eyes to look at her angry brother.

"Doll?"

"Mummy, she's a bad girl. She's planning to make my Superhero her servant." She explained her reasons for fighting to her mother who frowned.

"Why'll she make me her servant, Mukti? She's my friend, my classmate n u embarrass me fighting with her unnecessarily." Manik shouted making her shed her tears that she's been holding for long becoz now she got to know that her bro is very angry that he called her by name, but not Cutie.

"Oh Muku! Don't cry.... Tell Mumma, why did u think like that about her?" Her mother, Nyonika console her while she just cried aloud.

Seeing her crying melts Manik's heart who's been standing away with an angry face. His face soften n he came to his Cutie and patted her hairs. She just hugged her Superhero n cried in his chest.

"Superhero.... She was. t-talking . to her f-friends that. she'll make u h-her boyfriend. and then. will make u. r-run her errands, do h-homework, pick her up n drop her, always run b-behind her." She explained while hiccupping n crying.

"When I told her not to do so or else I'll complain. She n her friend called me weak, they said u won't believe a kid like me, becoz u like her. And then her friend push me. I fell...." She added n cry harder once again.

"How dare she push my Cutie? I'll beat her tomorrow." Manik declares while hugging her sister comforting her.

"Oh ho! U both brother-sister always ahead to fight n get injured. Can't u be like normal kids n talk instead of fighting? See Muku, u've got scares on ur face n so many hairs broke.
And Manu, u r the reason behind this, why do u always have to fight with ur friends in between games, for a ball, for notebook, etc, etc... ... Now see, she's learning from u." Nyo scolded her children who r now getting violent n coming home with bruises.

"That's good. U only told us na, to fight for our rights" Manik objected n put her point while Nyo took Muku to apply medicine.

"I said that. but by fighting, I don't mean fist fights Manikk"  Nyo tried explaining but he walked into his room without hearing.

"Like father, like Son" She murmured lowly sighing.

With the memories of his childhood playing in his mind... he got engulfed by sleep without knowledge.
