Unfortunately, that can only come by being vigilant myself. I'll wait until she messes up and move in. And until that moment, make sure no one ends up mysteriously injured.

Several moments later, I'm taking my physical form out for a test jog while continuing my search. I pass Killa and Nicholas walking back toward their rooms, chatting like they have been frequently known to do.

"Hey, Alicia Ivy," Nicholas calls when he sees me, a good-natured grin on his face that matches him, unlike Wayta's smile on Orion. "You really had us going there. When I saw Killa with bedhead, I thought for sure our ship had been invaded by a micro black hole or something and we were all about to die."

Killa whacked his arm.

Nicholas grins at her before reaching to muss her hair more.

She swats his hand away and turns back to her door- but not before I can see her smile.

Well, Wayta does not seem to have taken Killa's form. Surely she wouldn't have known to be attracted to Nicholas subtly.

But where is she? Whose DNA could she have possibly gotten access to besides just Orion's? What is her contingency plan?

Looking back in my storage unit, I try to recall everything Orion has said about Wayta. Everything he hasn't said. Everything I can possibly analyze from him by the way he dreams and doesn't dream and the expression on his face when he thinks there's no one in the room and then there suddenly is.

She couldn't settle with just his heart or just her bounty. The woman had to have both.

Which is what she'd do now. Wayta would want access to everyone's DNA.

The ADS safe.

I sent my body down that pathway before materializing as a hologram in front of it.

And finding it empty except for Orion's sample. It stands alone to mock the fact that she already has everything she wants from him.

Once I discern which one of my beloved crew mates is Wayta, I will terminate her.
