When Zhan entered the campus, he was looking forward to one thing above all, finally seeing Yibo again. In the past days when he couldn't see him because of his work, he just missed him terribly. That's why he drove to the academy in the morning as fast as he could and wanted to surprise Yibo with the fact that he was already there and not just in the evening as he had told Yibo before.

But Zhan had not yet taken a hundred steps on campus when Yibo spotted him. Calling his name loudly, Yibo came running toward him. "ZhanZhan." He shouted so loudly that it probably must have been heard a hundred meters away. If not even farther.

Zhan was very happy about this. He spread his arms and shouted, "My Yibo."

Yibo ran as fast as he could and almost jumped into Zhan's arms. They hugged each other as if they had not seen each other for a year, not 5 days. And because they missed each other so much and loved each other so much, they forgot everything around them and kissed each other, making their relationship public in front of all the other students who were also on campus right now.

Startled, they both pulled up and jumped apart as cheers and clapping could be heard. A few, however, just looked at them shaking their heads, but Yibo and Zhan didn't care. Because almost all the students were obviously happy for them. "You guys fit together great." Emily called out to them. Yibo's cheeks were all red, Zhan grinned, pulled Yibo back to him and put his arms around him.

"We'll talk later okay? Right now I need to have Yibo to myself for now." Said Zhan as the students came up to them and wanted to ask him about his mission. They also wanted to know how he became an agent, when and how long his training lasts.

"I'll tell you." Said Cheng, who also just arrived. He was accompanied by Yibo's brother. They came to the campus hand in hand, which immediately caused another commotion and joy among the students. And while Cheng was being questioned by the students, Yibo and Zhan sneaked away.

When the two were in their dorm room, Yibo had meanwhile moved back into the room, Zhan told him what his boss told him about his parents. That it was not an accident, but intentional. And that the boss ordered the Milan Mafia to kill his parents and make it look like an accident.

Yibo was shocked when he heard that. "My God, this is really terrible. How do you feel?" He was honestly worried about Zhan.

"I'm fine. Somehow I guess I always suspected it. So, that it wasn't an accident." Replied Zhan thoughtfully.

"Why didn't they tell you sooner?"

"Because my boss wouldn't be allowed to, and my adoptive parents don't know."

"Really bad."

"Mn."

"You must be glad it was you who arrested him."

"How do you know..."

"My uncle told me it was you who handcuffed him. He was waiting for Alessia, I believe, along with his wife. But instead of Alessia, you and Cheng and some other agents came."

"You're really well informed."

"I am. Are you relieved now that he's behind bars?"

"Yes. And I'm also glad my boss didn't tell me until after the arrest."

"Why? Would you have killed him otherwise?"

"Who knows. Maybe."

"Mhhh, I don't think so. You're a good agent and you wouldn't have killed him. I'm sure of it."

"Will do." Said Yibo with a grin. He hugged Zhan and they kissed.

Half an hour and many kisses later, the two headed to the village in Zhan's car to meet Yibo's parents. As a precaution, Yibo had already sent a message to his father from the road to let him know that he was coming home with company to talk to him and his mom.

Actually, Yibo had wanted to ask his Zhan so many questions and tell him so many things. But because he was so nervous about confessing to his mother that he loves a man, he could hardly get a word out during the ride. Only now and then did he tell Zhan where to turn and which street to take next.

When they reached the village, Yibo suddenly had a strange feeling. As if something unpredictable was going to happen. Something he didn't expect at all. And so it was. Because when they arrived at the house, there was only a note on the door, on which was written that Yibo and his date should come to the community center.

The community center was not 100 meters from the house and they reached it quickly. Yibo's younger siblings were outside the community center playing. When they saw Yibo, they happily ran up to him calling his name and hugged him. The youngest showered him with kisses as they often did.

One of his younger brothers, Ty, had just turned 12 and complained to Yibo that he hadn't come for his birthday. "You're really mean BoBo. We all look up to you and all I wanted was for you to come to my birthday. But you didn't come, you didn't call, you didn't even write."

"Ty, I'm really sorry. I've been under a lot of stress and I completely forgot. But I promise I'll make it up to you. I'll come back soon and pick you up. I'll spend the whole day alone with you then." Yibo apologized.

"Really? With me alone? Can we go skateboarding then?"

"Sure, anything you want."

"Yay!" Ty cheered happily.

"And what about me? I have a birthday coming up, too. I'll be 11 years old." Whined Sue, Yibo's little sister.

Yibo squatted down in front of her, brushed her hair out of her face and smiled. "Oh now I recognize my beautiful little sister. I'm going to do something with you too. You can start thinking about what you want to do."

"I already know what I want to do with you." She said.

"Oh yeah, like what?"

"We're having a party at school soon. I wanted to perform a dance. And I want you to dance with me at the party for my birthday."

"I'd love to."

"Then everyone will be jealous when they see what a great brother I have and how great he can dance."

"You shouldn't make anyone jealous."

"I know. But that's still my wish."

"Okay."

Jay and Judy, Yibo's youngest siblings so far who also visited him at the academy when he was performing, were also there. Jay clung to Yibo like a little monkey and cuddled with him. Judy clung to Yibo's leg and whined because she wanted to be held too.

Zhan squatted down next to her and asked, "I know you don't know me yet. But if you want, I can lift you up."

Judy looked at him thoughtfully and then looked up at Yibo. When he nodded, she nodded too and let Zhan lift her up. Wiping tears from her face, she asked Zhan, "What's your name?"

"My name is Zhan. And what is your name little lady?"

"My name is Wang Judy."

"It's nice to meet you."

"Mhm. Where do you know my brother from?"

"Yibo?"

"Yes."

"I know him from the academy."

"Are you there, too?"

"Yes."

"And do you like my brother, too?"

"Yes, of course. In fact, I like him a lot."

"That's good."

"Oh you guys are already here. And as usual, all the brothers and sisters are around their big brother. Hahaha, Yibo, your siblings missed you a lot." Said Yibo's father, who just came out of the door of the community center to check on the kids.

"Daddy?"

"Yes Judy?"

"This is Zhan. He's visiting us today."

"I know my little one. Um, I know you've missed Yibo a lot. But can you give him a little time? He's here today because he wants to talk to your mothers and me."

"No." Protested Jay, clinging to Yibo as tightly as he could. Judy also refused to let go of Zhan.

"The others are there too? Dad, I wanted to talk to you and Mom alone." Said Yibo.

"I know. But you know your mom. She informed everyone right away."

"Oh great. This is going to be something."

"Don't worry about it."

"Yeah, yeah. I'm keeping Jay for this. I'm taking him in!"

"All right. We'd probably have to hammer and chisel him off of you anyway. What about Judy? What about you? Do you want Zhan to keep holding you? Or do you want to play with the others?"

"I want Zhan to hold with." She said.

"Okay. But ask Zhan if he agrees too."

"Zhan? Can you please keep holding me?" She asked politely.

"Yes." Replied Zhan with a smile.

"Well then, let's go inside." Said Yibo's father and walked back into the community center.

Zhan and Yibo followed him, with Jay and Judy in their arms. Yibo's mothers sat at a large table and beamed when they saw Yibo. "Why am I not surprised that the little ones don't want to get away from their big brother?" Said one of the mothers.

"Yeah, right? Sometimes I think our kids love Yibo more than us. They are so crazy about him and have been since they were born." Said another mother.

"That's because he was always there for them and played with them." Said the third mother.

Yibo's mom smiled and waved Yibo and Zhan over to the table. Zhan bowed, along with Judy and introduced himself. "Good day. My name is Xiao Zhan."

"It's a pleasure to meet you. We are Yibo's mothers." Yibo's mother pointed first to herself, then to the others. "I am Wang Sonya. This is Wang Lia. Next to her is Wang Ana and over there is Wang Hanna." She said.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." Replied Zhan and sat down next to Yibo after Yibo's father sat down and then Yibo sat down.

"So Yibo. You are here today to share something with us?" Asked Yibo's father.

"Ahem, yes. I just didn't think you'd all be here right away. But maybe it's better that way. Then you'll know right away, too." Replied Yibo.

"Just tell us what you want to tell us." Said Yibo's mom.

"All right. Like a band-aid. Just pull it off with one tug." He whispered to himself, cleared his throat and continued speaking. "I won't beat around the bush and get right to the point. I'm gay and in a relationship with Zhan. We love each other."

Silence filled the room. And with every second that no one said anything and just looked at Yibo, it felt more and more uncomfortable for Yibo. But then his mom broke the silence and said, "Yeah, I know you're gay. I kind of always suspected it. And now you finally found someone who reached your heart. I was already hoping during your last visit that you would confess it to me. I even extra provoked you by saying you should find a wife and have children. But you didn't dare to say it then."

The other moms responded the same way. "We all at least suspected it. And for us, that's perfectly fine. The important thing is that you're happy. So don't look so scared. We still love you." Said Wang Hanna. The other women agreed with her.

"You are not angry? You don't mind?" Yibo asked in irritation.

"No my son. We accept you as you are." Said his dad.

"But the faith..."

"Yibo. Yes we have our faith. We live and love that faith. But that doesn't mean we're not open-minded. We want our children to be happy. And if your happiness is the love of and for a man, then so be it. And when I look at you, your smile, your pink cheeks and realize how happy you are, I can only be happy for you. I just hope your brother will eventually have as much courage as you and reveal himself." Said Yibo's mom with a laugh.

"When A-Kuan is ready, he will confess to you."

"Xiao Zhan?" Yibo's mom addressed him.

"Yes ma'am?"

"Please always take good care of my son. He just means everything to all of us."

"I will always take good care of him. Don't worry."

"That's good. Our Yibo is someone very special to all of us. Not only do his parents and siblings love him more than anything. We other mothers also love our Yibo very much." Said Wang Ana.

"And I also love him. From the first moment, I was in love with him. And now that we are finally a couple, I will cherish him, shower him with love and take very good care of him. He will be fine by my side." Said Zhan.

Yibo smiled. There were tears in his eyes. He was so incredibly happy. Finally he can openly admit his love and relationship and is accepted and loved by the family as he is. And he has found his dream man, who will always be by his side from now on. In addition, he now knows that his other mothers also love him very much. Different from what he believed for a long time.

After the most important things were settled and Yibo was hugged by everyone, his younger siblings were also allowed to come in. They played and romped around with Yibo while Zhan talked with Yibo's father and mothers. Little Judy was still in his arms. She had fallen asleep and was holding his hand tightly.

Zhan looked at her smiling and watched Yibo with his siblings. Now that the difficult time was behind them and they could finally be a couple, he felt nothing but pure love for Yibo. All worries disappeared and what was left behind was the most incredible feeling Zhan felt for someone that he didn't know he was even capable of feeling so strongly for.
