Unknown POV

The three girls walked down the street singing a song they shouldn't know, unless they weren't from this world.

"Boss, I think I've found them, yes I'm sure,
they were singing a song from the book that's how I know,
yes they live opposite each other,
just the hobbit and the Durin's, yes I'll wait,
what do you mean you want someone else on the job,
you're replacing me?
But boss,
right away,
you'll need to give it time before she meets him,
yes I know you know that,
okay fine I'll go then,
don't let them get away."

I put away my phone and headed back home to report what I had found.

*One week later*

Becca's POV
It was my third day working for mount Erebor and I haven't been fired yet so things are going well...

"Becca, Uncle wants to see you in his office!"

Kíli said running up to my desk and practically dragging me towards the lift.

"Kee did he say why he needed to see me?"

Considering it had only been a week since I'd met Fee and Kee i was getting on rather well with them, so were certain bakers.

"He said he has important visitors who wanted to see you."

Me why would anyone know about me let alone want to visit me.

"Okay thanks Kee."

I said not really thinking about anything, just worrying a lot.
Who could possibly want anything to do with...

"Ah Rebecca it's nice to see you, I heard you've made quite an impression on my nephews."

Thorin said guiding me into his massive office. By that I mean it was more like an entire floor to himself.

"I...I..Hopefully I've made a...good impression."

I stuttered shaking slightly. I can't deal with attention just on me and having to answer questions.

"Here sit down have a glass of water."

Thorin said as he pulled up a chair for me and handed me a plastic cup full of ice cold water which seemed to calm some of my nerves.

"I'm guessing you must be wondering why I called you up here,"

I nodded still unable to speak.

"Well I have two visitors here who would like to ask you a few questions."

I nodded again and finished the water off.

"Hello Miss Rebecca I am Gandalf and this is Radaghast, we'd like to ask you some questions as to how and when you arrived here."

"Do you need my passport then?"

"No no no that won't be necessary, seeming as you're in a completely different universe."
