It was an extremely rough night in the hospital, but when I woke up this morning I saw the most precious scene in front of me. Jungkook was walking around with Chae-Yeong as he sang sweetly to her, kissing her little face.

I couldn't help but to smile at the interaction and listened to him as he sang, he truly has such an amazing gift. Once he noticed I was listening he turned to me with a smirk. "I'm sorry. Did I wake you up?"

"That's okay, baby. I want to wake up to your beautiful voice every single morning. Keep going, please?"

He nodded then continued singing until the end of the song. Chae was fast asleep so he sat down on the lounge chair, snuggling up with her as he got comfy.

"Did you sleep at all last night?"

"Yes, I fell asleep when you did. But then the nurses came in every hour or so to check on you and Chae-Yeong, eventually I just stayed awake."

I nodded in agreement. "Yeah me too. I don't know how they expect you to get sleep when they come in and out like that, but I know it's needed to be sure the baby and I are doing okay."

"Yeah... Are you feeling super sore today?"

"Ehh, yes and no. My lady bits just really hurt and feel bruised, but other than that I am okay right now."

"Good. Hopefully we get out of here today or tomorrow and get to go home."

"Oh gosh me too. This bed is not very comfy and I am beyond ready to have a shower and crawl into our nice soft bed."

We continued to talk for a while longer until some more of our friends came to see Chae-Yeong. Around 7 pm, I was informed that first thing in the morning we would be getting discharged to go home and I could not be more ready.

Time skip- The next day.

"Okay, all your papers are signed and the wheel chair is waiting for you. You're ready to go now ma'am."

I smiled as I got up out of the bed, making my way over to the wheel chair.

"Let's go then, I'm so ready to be home!"

She chuckled when I sat down then pushed me down the hallway and to the elevator. Jungkook followed behind us carrying Chae-Yeong in the car seat. Once we were outside, the car was already waiting for us and Jungkook helped me climb in the back seat to sit with her on the ride home.

He clicked her into the car seat base and we thanked the nurse before he climbed into the driver side and drove off.

At Home.

As soon as I walked in the door, I gently sat down on the couch, throwing my head back as I closed my eyes.

"Oh god, I was so ready to be home. This couch has never felt more comfy."

Jungkook came in right behind me and sat Chae-Yeong's car seat on the coffee table in front of us. I sat up when he sat beside me as we both stared at her with loving eyes.

"She's the most perfect little human being ever-" He turned to me as I continued to stare with a smile on my face.

"Thank you for giving me a beautiful daughter and being such a wonderful woman. I'm so glad that you both are all mine."

I intertwined my arm with his as I laid my head down on his shoulder.

"You both are my entire world. I don't need anything else in this life as long as I have the two of you." He put his arm around me and kissed my forehead as he started rubbing my back. "I'm going to bring all the stuff in so we can relax for the rest of the day, okay?"

"Okay baby we'll be fine. Go ahead and do what you need to do."

He kissed me then got up to go back out to the car. Just then, Chae-Yeong started to stir and fuss in the car seat so I unbuckled her, cuddling her in my arms. "Are you getting hungry, my little Chae?"

As if answering me she started throwing a fit as I lightly chuckled. "Okay sweet girl, let's get your butt changed and get your belly full."

I quickly changed her diaper and her onesie then got situated and comfortable on the couch. I began nursing her and as she ate I scrolled through Netflix to find a show to watch.

5 minutes later Jungkook came back into the apartment with all the things from the car. He sat everything by the door as he took his shoes off then left it to come sit on the couch with us.

"You get it all baby?" I asked with a small smile.

"Yeah, I just don't feel like putting it all away right now." We both chuckled as he proceeded to get more comfortable on the couch by laying down on my left thigh, wrapping his arms around Chae and I.

I lightly giggled. "Are you comfy?"

"Yes ma'am. I can see why Chae loves sleeping on you, you're so damn cozy."

I smiled as I ran my fingers through his silky black hair. In a matter of 15 minutes I had 2 sleeping babies all cuddled up with me on the couch.

Time skip- 9 months later.

"Come on Chae, walk to mommy."

Jungkook stood her up as we sat in the floor facing each other. "Walk to mommy sweetie, it's okay you got this."

She was smiling and was giggling as she wobbled a bit, holding onto Jungkook's fingers. She then stood in one spot by herself then took a step towards me after a few minutes. Jungkook and I were both smiling ear to ear but didn't want to startle her with our excitement, so we kept quiet. She took a few more steps before she reached out and grabbed my hand, finishing her little walk right into my arms. I scooped her up as Jungkook came over to us and we both continuously praised and congratulated her on such a big achievement, earning lots of smiles and giggles from her.

Time skip- Right before Chae's first birthday.

I was sitting on the couch looking through all of the memories we have made over this last year together. Tears filled my eyes as I looked through each picture that was so very near and dear to my heart..

The one that I didn't even realize I had was of Yoongi with her when she was really little.

The memories started to get to me, making me both happy and sad for obvious reasons. Just as another tear fell down my face, Jungkook walked in after taking a shower. "Hey, what's wrong baby?"

"I'm just feeling very emotional with Chae's birthday coming up soon. I can't believe she is going to be one."

He scooted closer as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder. I instantly laid my head down on his chest in return. "I know, but it's been the best year of my life with both of you."

"I love you so much, you know that?" I smiled at him as he blushed cutely.

He suddenly became quiet for a minute before speaking again. "Do you know that I want to spend the rest of my life with you?"

I was shocked to say the least, he's never said that before. "What did you say?" I asked while sitting up to look at him.

"I said I want to spend the rest of my life with you Jiyun."

I was speechless and continued to sit there, staring at him with sparkling eyes. "Which leads me to something I have been wanting to do for awhile now. I had a whole thing planned out, but I can't wait any longer."

He went to stand up as I furrowed my eye brows, instantly feeling butterflies in my belly. He dropped to his knee then grabbed my hand as he looked me in the eyes. "Jiyun, I can truly say that I never knew such a love existed until I met you and we had Chae. The love I have in my heart for the two of you is beyond explaining and I've never been so happy. You've overcome so much along with never fussing about me achieving my dreams and becoming the singer I am today. I want to spend the rest of my life raising babies with you and living in happiness. With all of this being said, will you please do me the amazing honor of marrying me and becoming my wife?"

My stomach gushed with a thousand butterflies as my heart was beating so fast. I never imagined this time would come for me, but good lord am I so happy it's with this man that loves me and our child so much.

He opened a small box and it had the most beautiful ring inside. "Oh my goodness, of course I'll marry you Jungkook. YES!"

I jumped up into his arms as we kissed each other passionately. When he sat me back down on the couch, he slipped the ring onto my finger with that bunny smile I love so much.

"I have another surprise for you..."

"What is it?"

"I wrote a song for you."
