Nothing. Did nothing happen? Silence. There was no pain. Kairi's slowly opened his eyes. He saw a familiar figure standing in front of him. His eyes were shocked as soon as he realized who was the person. 

"Y/N!" he yelled. "Y/N no!" he cried, crawling toward to you. 

Umika and Touma were shocked.

A few second before.... You managed to arrive just in time, seeing the Gangler was about to shoot Kairi. Without thinking, you dash in. 

"Watch out!" you stated, as you ran toward Kairi and shielded him. 

"Y/N!!!!" Sakuya yelled. 

The Gangler was surprised that you took the shot for Lupin Red. He spaced out for a moment. Just then, Noel jumped out from nowhere and unlocked the lupin case. 

"Huh? Hey get back here!" the Gangler realized that his collection had been stolen. 

"No can do." Noel stated and shoot the Gangler. Keiichiro and Tsukasa took the chance and ran up to attack. 

While Umika and Touma were busy looking at Kairi, who was hugging you tightly. 

"Y/N, why? I told you to stay behind. Why did you come here?" Kairi's tears running down nonstop. 

"Y/N. Please say something." Kairi muttered. 

"Y/N-chan." Umika said, speechless. She also started to cry a bit. Sakuya was quiet. Touma tried to shake off the situation, and heavily stand up to go defeat the Gangler. 

"it's all my fault. I'm so useless, I couldn't protect you even though I promise I would." Kairi scolded at himself. 

"Ahhhhhhhh!" he yelled. His loud, desperate scream echo through the air. Nothing. Only the sound of the defeat. 

Keiichiro and Touma managed to finish the Gangler with Noel and Tsukasa back up. But they also stood there, in silent, except for Noel. Noel walked away as if he knows everything will be alright. Looking at the red figure, who has now demorph, hugging and screaming and crying desperately for the person to come back. Keiichiro couldn't bear to even yell, "stop there kaitou".

"he must have loved her very much," Tsukasa whispered. Although it was just a whisper, Kairi was able to hear it. 

Even if I do and still love her now, what can I do to bring her back? 

"Red." 

...

"Lup--pin Red." 

...

Did he mishear? He looked in your face and saw your eye squinting. 

"Y/N?" he asked. Everyone also looked up, hearing Lupin Red calling your name.

You started to see the blinding light. You squint your eyes because of the brightness. Finally, you fully open them and looked at lupin red. 

"You're alive!!" Kairi cried and hugged you tight. "I'm so glad." 

You blushed at the sudden hug but hugged him back. "Me too." You said. 

Sakuya wiped his tears, Umika continued to cry, because she was so relief. While Touma smiled, he was glad to see you safe. Tsukasa and Keiichiro smiled. 

"You're alive...but how?" Kairi asked. You looked at him and chuckled a bit. 

"It's thank to Noel."

sorry for the long wait! I was back on July 3rd. However, my cousin from VN flew back with me to spend 2 weeks in the U.S and my aunt from Sweden flew in with her family as well! So I've been hanging out with them ^^
