Ariel P.O.V

Yes! Today is my birthday!
I'm finally turning 18!
I've been waiting for this day for so long!
I got up from my bed and twirled ran down stairs.
I saw my father and he surprised me with a morning birthday breakfast!
"Happy Birthday, Ariel!" He said and smiled at me.
"Thank you Daddy!" I ran to him and hugged him and sat down beside him and had my breakfast.
"Daddy its delicious, thank you. I appreciate it." I said kindly with a warm smile on my face and my father nodded and i wided my eyes and realised..
I'm late for work!
"Oh dad i, i got to go!" I got up and kissed him on the cheek and ran upstairs and shouted.
"Thank you again daddy!"
I started dressing up, putting my caffe dress and put my bow in my hair.
I grabbed all my stuff and started running to my caffe shop.
Few minutes passed..
I've arrived just in time!
Atleast i wasn't that late.
"Oh Ariel, you made it! I thought you won't be coming." My boss said and i giggled.
"Yeah sorry about that Miss T. I forgotten i had work today."
I said biting my lip and smiling.
"Oh yes! It's your birthday! Happy birthday Ariel!" She came out and hugged me and i replied with a thank you.
I love whenever its my birthday, because we all get together and its just always the best day of my life.

So i started my work, i work as a waitress at a caffe shop close to a bus stop and i live pretty close! So no problem for me!
I love my job, because i meet new people. I love making friends.
I met Tiana and Naveen, Mulan and Shang, Aurora and Philip... Basically alot of them and they know eachother!
So anyways, my work day has finally finished.
I took my bus and arrived at my home, i was so tired.
And as i open the door its dark and i hear noise's and those were
"Surprise!! Happy birthday Ariel!" and i hear clapping and my jaw dropped
I just couldn't believe it!
"Oh my god! Thank you guys!"
My friends came and hugged me and i saw my table just full of presents.
"You guys did this for me?"
I asked and Cinderelly replied.
"Of course Ariel, you deserve it." Cinderelly smiles wide and i realised I'm not properly dressed!
"Oh my god.. Um just a sec!"
I ran up stairs to my room, grabbed my dress that I've been waiting for years to wear.
It was my moms...
Its pink and white, its puffy on the shoulders and its just beautiful.
I put it on and i brushed my hair and made it all pretty.
I wish my mother was here to see me..
My Father came in and said.
"Ariel.. You look beautiful."
I smiled wide and responded.
"Really?" i sighed and he nodded.
"Yes Ariel, yes you do." He smiled and came over to me with a box.
"Ive been waiting for so long to give you this." He opened the box and i saw my mothers necklace.
He took it and started putting my necklace on.
"Your mother wanted you to have it. And finally you do."
He clipped it and i just kept looking at my necklace ... And i softly touch it.
"Your mother would be so proud of you. Look what you have become?"
I turned around and looked at him.
He finished the sentence.
"You became a beautiful young women with a warm heart."
I smiled and started tearing and hugged him.
"I love you daddy." I whispered and he hugged me and smiled.
"Now, shall we?" I smiled and took his hand and walked down stairs.
Everyone looked at me, amazed and their jaw dropped.
I giggled and started my party.
