     𝓐𝓵𝓽𝓱𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓼 𝓼𝓽𝓸𝓻𝔂 is fake, it's realistic and shows that tragedy can take place anywhere at anytime. I fell in love with these characters as I wrote about them, and hope that you did, too. This story was written with the intention to cause awareness about school shootings not only in the United States, but everywhere— especially of the previous ones of 2017.

These happenings are a true problem that need to be stopped. And just because it hasn't happened to or near you doesn't mean it won't. Be cautious, my loves, it's a horrible world we live in; but beautiful at the same time. I'm dearly sorry if you know anyone, or have a personal experience of a school shooting. I, myself, haven't— but I tried to make this as reasonable as possible.

I'd like to give a huge thanks to Katie, Bri, and Emma for all encouraging me to write this book. Through the tears and long nights of deleting chapters and rewriting, I've grown attached to the bounded characters throughout. And a dedication to all survivors, may peace come to you.
