My hand intertwined in yours, we dreamed

We dreamed we could fly from the highest peak and beyond

We dreamed we could solve any issue without any tissues

We dreamed of life together

We knew it could be a long road, twisting and curving, sometimes bumpy and jagged,

But what would life be without the twists?

As long as we lived it full, nothing could dull our senses

All I knew, that under the vivid arch of the rainbow and stretch of road before us, all I needed was you

And even though the road stretched before us high and mountainous, I knew it would never be monotonous

Spontaneous obstacles would come, but we supported each other

Instantaneous remedies would never be easily attained, but we would retain the most important thing for any journey
