Well, October is officially here! Falling leaves, Halloween decorations, and comfy sweaters galore! And you know what October means? INKTOBER!!!

I've been meaning to take part in this challenge for the last few years, but every time, something stopped me. So THIS year, I'm determined. I'm going to do Inktober this year all the way through. So to start us off, here's my piece for the first day's prompt: "Poisonous"!

This sad little fairy's name is Peony, and she comes from a story where her forest is stuck in a causality loop. When members of her species die, they slowly turn to buttercups, but as Peony loops through time over and over, she starts to turn to buttercups while she's still alive, and the flowers slowly start to poison her. In a race against time, Peony has to find a way to stop the loop and free her people.
