Prince Charlien and his men arrives at Kalore Eliss. They are stunned about the scrambling of villagers with buckets. At first they thought a fire. It is soon apparent that it is not. Instead, it is the bailing of water from the ships.

The man tosses explosives in form of bags. He targets specific ships. The ships targeted is larger cargo ships and transport ships. Prince Charlien thinks that he understood why.
