Background: Hiroshi Midorikawa is the A.R version and successor of Kamen Rider Another Agito aka Kaoru Kino. He is a doctor at Heaven Canceller's Hospital who helps patients with surgery. He is arrogant and confident, but some doctors feel he is too arrogant for his surgery skills. Hiroshi rode the car alone before the car hit the fence and off the cliff. Hiroshi was injured before a man inserted a light inside him and Hiroshi collapsed. Hiroshi has an injury on his hands that he can't have surgery on anymore and Hiroshi feels despair and depressed that he can't use his skill anymore. He quit the hospital and left the place, he began to feel despair before he heard the voice and went to the alleyway. He spots the Lord attack him but he transforms into Kamen Rider Another Agito and kills the Lord. He is trying to figure out what's happen to him as he decides to use his powers to protect humanity from the Lord.
