Narrator: *Narrating* New York City is peaceful but sometimes it isn't. Some criminals hide and ambush the civilians to take their money or stuff away.

She walked through the port area before three criminals came out with their grins. The girl tries to escape but one of them holds her down.

Girl: H-Help me! Someone help me!

Thug 1: Look what we found, boys! A girl went to our place!

Thug 2: Hehehehe~! She look hot~!

Thug 3: I can't wait to have fun with her body~!

???: Chotto matte, ten billion percent I wouldn't do that to a lady if I were you.

Then suddenly the man walked toward her before he got knocked out by a red and blue blur, two men looked around before they got hit and sent to the walls.

Thug 1: AYO?! What the hell?!

Thug 2: NOT YOU AGAIN!? SPIDER-FREAK!?

???: Do I look like Spider-Man to you, dumbass?

The girl and the thugs thought it was Spider-Man but the third thug took out his gun and his gun got knocked back as the thug shocked before the red and blue figure send a straight punch and knocked the thug as he was out of cold. The girl is safe from the thugs.

Girl: W-What just happened? Is Spider-Man saving me?

The girl confused and looks at the red and blue glowing eyes in the night background with a city background. Reveal it was a red rabbit and blue tank hero.

The red hair girl reporter was confused and wondered who the masked man as she wondered if he looked like Spider-Man because of his color except his mask was a rabbit and tank.

Girl: W-Who are you?

???: Build, Kamen Rider Build. I hope we meet again. See ya. *Left*

Girl: Kamen Rider... Build?

Kamen Rider Build rushed and left the girl alone. He is heading back to the cafe back down at alleyway and opens the door before see two girls are waiting for him.

Young Woman: Have anyone found you?

Build: Don't worry, no one finds out about me. I save a girl which looks similar to a web slinger's red hair girl.

Purple Hair Girl: Must be MJ. She always get into trouble, huh?

Build: *Pull out two bottles from his belt* Yep... That's girl need to be careful.

Then Build took off his bottle and revealed it was a white hair boy he smiled and was glad he had saved her from the thugs. Then the owner came from the refrigerator's door.

Cafe Owner: Oh Saito, welcome back! How was your mission?

White Hair Boy: Oh hey Owner! The mission was success, and the thugs thought I was Spider-Man.

The scene reveals it was a white hair boy with blue eyes and wearing a high school shirt. This is Saito Kirisu the next Kamen Rider Build and successor of Sento Kiryu.

Saito done cranking the level of the driver as the driver release the sound effect and he doing a Henshin Pose while the belt said the famous words.

Saito smirk as he say the word and ready to transform as Iron Man and Whiplash are surprised to see the transformation.

Saito: Henshin!

Then the scene changes to Kamen Rider Build doing his pose like a hero of love and peace as Iron Man and Whiplash watch him.

HAGANE NO MOONSAULT! RABBIT! TANK! YEAH!!!

Making Iron Man and Whiplash surprise to see another Masked Hero who can transform but with item and drivers.

Build: The rules of victory have been decided!

Whiplash: What kind of technology is this?!

Iron Man: Interesting...

Whiplash charged at Kamen Rider Build as they both charged each other and throw a punch each other before scene show Kamen Rider Build ride his bike.

Narrator: *Narrating* We follow the next Kamen Rider Build, a new Genius Hero of Love and Peace fighting criminals and supervillains and Smash to protect people.

Kamen Rider Build punch Whiplash many time as Whiplash whip at Build but he dodge it and Strong Smash try to punch at Build but he dodge it which annoyed two of them.

Whiplash: You damn annoying brat!

Strong Smash: Stop hopping around, you damn Rabbit!

Build: Pyon pyon, make me! Dumbasses!

The scene shows Kamen Rider Build making Rhino stuck inside the wall and he groans before Build has a troll grin and grabs his sword before Build uses his sword to hit inside Rhino's ass which causes Rhino to scream in pain.

Rhino: MY ASS! *Yell in pain*

Spider-Man: Holy moly! That gotta be hurt, man!

Build: Right on the buns!

Rhino: *Groan in pain* OH GOD! THAT'S HURT!

The scene show Kamen Rider Build have a hard time dealing with Stretch Smash and Crimson Dynamo before a young man appear holding a Blue Dragon bottle.

???: Mattaku, Saito. It's can't be help when you need my help, right?

The boy take out Build Driver and a certain dragon device arrives before he insert Dragon Bottle inside the device in the Build Driver. He is doing his Henshin pose.

???: Henshin!

The scene shows the boy transform into a blue dragon boxing Kamen Rider as the sound effect playing in the background and reveal the Rider.

CROSS-Z DRAGON!

The scene show the dragon right arm and the leg suit before reveal the helmet of the Dragon Kamen Rider who glow his blue eyes mask.

Kamen Rider Cross-Z punches Crimson Dynamo and sends him to knock him back and Stretch Smash tries to punch Cross-Z but he dodges it and punches Stretch Smash as he roars in pain.

Cross-Z: ORA! ORAAAAAA!!!

Crimson Dynamo: What is this dragon's power and suit?!

Cross-Z: Don't mess with me!

Crimson Dynamo: You damn Dragon Brat!

Cross-Z perform a blue flame punch at Crimson Dynamo and yell in pain before the scene show Build and Cross-Z in two side and look at the camera.

Narrator: *Narrating* The Dragon Rider, Cross-Z. He is ready to help Kamen Rider Build against his enemy with his raw strength powers.

Kamen Rider Build is surprised to see Kamen Rider Cross-Z again and Cross-Z makes Kuuga Thumb up before Build smiles and gives him a thumb up.

Cross-Z: Glad to see you again, bro!

Build: Same here, Dumbass Big Oaf.

The scene show Build and Cross-Z trying to get inside Neo Faust Base to steal the box from them as Cross-Z trying to smack the code before Build smack his head.

Build: You dumbass! *Smack Cross-Z head*

Cross-Z: OW! What did I do?!

The scene shows Build comically solving the code with his small finger while Cross-Z tries to defend Build by defeating AIM Soldiers and Neo Faust Soldiers.

Narrator: *Narrating* Now we gonna see the chaos between Build and the heroes which it crazy!

Saito chuckle before he is laughing crazy like a mad scientist which surprise both Spider-Man while Utaha and Misora sigh as they knew it would happen.

Saito laugh insane after he done make a new invention and two Spider are hug each other like they afraid of Saito while Utaha sigh.

Saito: *Evil laugh* AHAHAHAHAHA! THIS IS THE GREATEST INVENTION OF MY LIFE!!!

Peter: Dude... You are insane.

Utaha: You will get used to it.

The scene shows Kamen Rider Build and Avenger working together and fighting Loki and his Monster army. This makes Build feel excited to work with Avengers.

Build: Oh my god... I'm fighting along side with the Avengers world Mightest Heroes!

Captain America: Glad you join us in the fight, Kamen Rider Build. *Smile*

Thor: The Captain is right, young Rabbit Warrior. We can use your help!

The scene shows Kamen Rider Build and Iron Man doing their pose as they fight against Titanium Man and Build is excited to work with Iron Man.

Saito and Tony Stark are drinking coffee at Love and Peace Cafe. Tony drinks the coffee as he likes the coffee and smiles at Saito and Saito is excited.

Tony: So... Tell me where are you from with that technology of your, kid?

Saito: I'm Saito Kirisu from Japan, and I love science and inventing new inventions for love and peace.

Tony: Hoh... You look pretty young as an Superhero and Scientist, kid.

Saito: Yes, yes I am. *Smirk*

The scene changed to Kamen Rider Build fighting Hard Smash before he's ask the Smash Monster something nicely.

Build: Wait a moment please? *Start backing away*

This makes Strong Smash confused as he looks at Kamen Rider Build walks away before slamming his foot down on the ground and creating a hole before summoning a Math equal to restraint Strong Smash.

READY? GO!

Kamen Rider Build slide down the math equal to Strong Smash and kick at his face before kick through the Hard Smash and exploded.

VORTEX FINISH!

Kamen Rider Build lands on the ground, revealing it is a human criminal as he was knocked out of the cold. Build revert back to Saito and smile at the camera as he break fourth wall.

Saito: *Chuckle* Get ready for the chapter, Readers! Because the new Kamen Rider Build is here. *Smirk*
