Ho-Oh Y/n (Takasa) Quartz is the successor of Tsukasa Kadoya and the next Decade. As a child, he loved taking pictures, but in the beginning, he was terrible at it his photos were often blurry. Despite this, his older brother, Ho-Oh Kaguya Quartz, always supported him. Their grandfather, seeing Y/n's passion, gifted him a Blackbird Fly camera. This made Y/n incredibly happy and fueled his dream of becoming the world's greatest photographer. As their grandfather taught them many techniques so they could become strong men.

However, one day, their world was attacked by The Hundred's Forces, bringing destruction and chaos. In the devastation, Y/n's camera was destroyed, and their grandfather perished protecting them. Just as Y/n and Kaguya were about to meet the same fate, they were rescued by Kamen Rider Decade, Tsukasa Kadoya. Seeing Y/n crying while clutching his broken camera, Tsukasa decided to give him his own camera an act that deeply inspired Y/n.

As the years passed, Y/n and Kaguya worked together to develop the Aurora Curtains, which allowed them to travel between worlds. Kaguya became Kamen Rider Legend, using his strength to fight threats across dimensions. Y/n, despite not being a Rider, still fought to protect others. One fateful day, while saving a world, Y/n nearly lost his life protecting a child. Once again, Tsukasa appeared and saved him. This time, Decade handed Y/n a photograph he had taken of him and asked, "Why do you keep fighting, even though you have no power?"

Y/n replied with conviction:
"Because I want to save everyone. Even if I don't have power, I want to capture moments of happiness across different worlds. That's why I keep fighting." Moved by his words, Tsukasa gave Y/n a Riderwatch, leaving Y/n confused. Tsukasa explained that he was entrusting him with half of his power, choosing Y/n as his successor. He also warned that Shocker had returned and was planning to conquer multiple worlds, urging Y/n to set out on his journey and pursue his dream.

With this, Y/n transformed into the new Kamen Rider Decade, much to Kaguya's surprise. Now, the two brothers travel across dimensions, saving worlds and fighting to protect the future.
