Background: Toshi Azuma is the next Kamen Rider Daimon and the successor of Azuma. He is the clone of Azuma created by Neo Deadman. Chic found a blood sample of Azuma's descendant and made a clone. Toshi doesn't know who is his parents until Akaishi teaches him about Deadman, human culture, and the demons. Toshi slowly process to learn until he see the vision of Azuma's defeat by Revice. Toshi works for Neo Deadman and finds the Giff Eyes after Blue Bird takes it from Giff. Toshi and Olteca raid the Blue Bird base and take Giff Eyes and Vistamp before running away. Toshi makes a plan by using Chimera Driver to corrupt the humans and turn them into a demon. Then Toshi meets Nozomi's older brother and offers him a Chimera Driver. After Nozomi became Kamen Rider Chimera and got side affect as he became a demon. Toshi tests the Chimera Driver and becomes Kamen Rider Daimon, murdered Nozomi's older brother and parents, leaving Nozomi revenge on Toshi. Toshi doesn't care for Nozomi and become the leader of Neo Deadman to destroy Revice.
