Background: Genjiro Takahashi, whose real name is Shigeyuki Minami, is the next Kamen Rider Vail/Destream and successor of Genta Igarashi. He is a former Yakuza of the Kaze Inago Clan in Tokyo. He was a kind and wise Yakuza and gain the title name "Demon Of Kaze Inago" because he had an Oni Demon tattoo on his back. He beat up many other Yakuza that threaten people's lives and money as he protected people and somehow asked them for their money. One day, Shingeyuki meets a waitress named Izuna Takahashi in a Izakaya Inn and becomes friends before they become a couple, he retires from Yakuza even other Yakuza worry and accept Shigeyuki before saying goodbye to him. He marries Izuna and becomes a husband, although he keeps his Yakuza title name and his style as Yakuza but he embarrassed when Izuna mention his job. He changed his name to hide his identity from other Yakuza who after his family, have three childrens: Ichiban, Taiki, and Izumi. He own a bathhouse and his old friend give him a bathhouse idea for his family which he accept it. One day, he learn his kids went missing and decide to go find them with his wife. Suddenly both of them got sucked inside the portal and meet Genta and Yukimi Igarashi. Genta told Genjiro to become the next Vail but Izuna rejected and worried Yukimi told him that their children were in a world of a slice of life much to the relief of Izuna. Genjiro accept and given Vail Driver before Sougo appear and transport Vail inside Genjiro. They were sent to the world of a slice of life and found their bathhouse transport there as well. Genjiro gonna protect his family.
