Background: Hasumi Kaido is the next Kamen Rider Eternal. He is the successor of Daido Katsumi. He is a clone of Daido Katsumi, the Foundation X and Neo Museum create him after Daido's death, he was taught to become a perfect rider like what Daido does. Hasumi enjoy the fight and kill the soldiers, he was raise by a female scientist name Junko. She give him a training and give him the squad, he lead his squad to hunt down the traitors and criminals. He was called himself "Reaper" because he is whistle like a death to his enemy. Hasumi whistle the sound to relax and sometimes he didn't care for the mission, he want to fight the opponents. When Kamen Rider Double arrive, he decide to test their skills and support the criminals but if the criminal fail, he will kill them. When Kamen Rider Double, he and his squad decide to fight Kamen Rider Double and torture the Kamen Riders.
