Background: Hisashi Fujihidari is the next Kamen Rider Skull, he's is the a successor of Sokichi Narumi. He is a father of Satoru Fujihidari and partner of Riku's father. Rino Sugiyama, he and Rino were detective duo that solve the case, he is a hard boiled detective with confident and calm while Rino is smart and hard-working. They meet another partner name Taro Matsui, Taro help Hisashi and Rino for their jobs. One day, their jobs is to protect a singer name Marika, and they defend her from a stalker before arrest the stalker. Marika fall in love with Hisashi but Taro complain that he was the one who save her, and Taro left the team. Hisashi disappointed at Taro for want to be a famous. When Hisashi marry to Marika, and happy that Rino found his own love. Hisashi and Rino continued their work suddenly Taro arrive and form a group with Mafia Gang, they were shocked that Taro betrayed them but Taro shoot at Hisashi's chest with a gun, and beat Rino, leaving him coma. Hisashi is dead before a man known as Narutaki arrive and revived him from dead, he told that Taro was recruit by Foundation X which confuse Hisashi, Narutaki give him a Skull Gaia Memory and Lost Driver. Hisashi accept the offer to find Taro and end him for revenge.
