Erica's POV

After Jin left, I kinda just moped around in my room with no one to talk to. There isn't much that was stopping me from going to hang out with our "crew," but I just didn't feel like it.

I heard another beep from my phone.

Another missed call from Todo.

I laughed a bit and decided to call him. I tapped the call button and waited.

"Hello?" I mumbled into the phone.

"Yo! Gene! She finally picked up!" the voices sounded muffled, like his hand was trying to cover the microphone.

"Yeah, so what do you dorks want?" I laughed.

"Come hang with us! We have all the news to talk about!"

"Stop trying to sound like a gossip girl. What do you really want?

"We're forever alone! C'mon! It's so boring without you and Jin!"

"Fine. I guess it is kinda boring without your energy and Gene's "energy.""

We both started laughing.

I caught my breath, "So where are you guys?"

"We're at the Starbucks."

"Cool, see you there."

I turned off my phone and headed to my car.

When I got there, I grabbed my phone and headed into the shop.

There were some people sitting at a table right by the window who looked at me. One of them waved frantically and looked like they were yelling to me. Another just looked at me and waved once. The third one though, just looked at me. The last person didn't seem all that familiar either.

I made my way into the Starbucks, and over to the table everyone was sitting at.

"Heyyy! Wassup?" Todo shot some finger guns at me.

"Yo," I shot them back.

Gene just waved at me. "Same old Gene," I laughed.

"Who's this?" I turned to the unknown girl and smiled.

"She's chill. We just met her and decided to have a chat," Todo shrugged.

"You forgot to say that her name is Glen," Gene added.

I turned to her and smiled widely, "Nice to meet you! Glad you're getting along with the crew!" In which she just nodded in return.

"So, we haven't hung out in a bit. Who's your OTP at the moment?" Todo wiggled his eyebrows.

"Dude, you look seriously creepy right now," Gene stared at him.

Glen laughed, "Todo is like, the exact opposite of my brother."

"Really now? Who's your brother?" I laughed.

"His name's Alec. Total introvert, that one shy guy with a popular kid haircut. He's actually just a year younger than us," she laughed.

"Aww, cute!" I smiled.

Her phone started vibrating and she pulled it out.

"Well speak of the devil," she laughed.

"Let's hear it!" Todo whispered.

She tapped the speaker icon, and we all leaned in. Listening for the voice, we all made up ideas of what it would sound like.

"I'll go get us drinks. What do you guys want?" he said.

"Three green teas, and whatever you want?" Todo looked at us for approval, and we nodded.

He walked off and we heard a squeaky voice.

"Hello?" we all gasped.

"Hey bro. I'm at Starbucks and was wondering where you are?" she smiled.

"Really bored at home. Why?"

"You wanna join us?"

"Yeah! Come join us!" I blurted out, and immediately covered my mouth.

He hung up and we all stared at each other. We then immediately started laughing.

"His voice is... so adorable!" I laughed harder, trying to breathe.

Once Gene came back with our drinks, we sat down and talked with Glen about how her brother is. The info I gathered was that he was as adorable as his voice was on the phone. He's jumpy around people, especially girls, and fumbles with items a lot. Anyway, that's the way that it seemed when Glen told the hilarious stories from their childhood.

We heard the bells jingle from above the shop door and looked in the direction of the door.

A pretty tall young man walked in with a sleeveless hoodie and a pair of basketball shorts. His dyed white hair was slicked back with a bit of gel. He seemed taller than me by a bit, although, I was already decently on the short end of the spectrum.

(I was too lazy to draw hands...)

When he saw our table, his eyes lit up. He started walking over with a small smile on his face.

"Hey sis! Who're they?" he walked over to Glen and sat down next to her.

"Guess you could say that these are my new friends. Todo, Gene, and Erica," She pointed to all three of us.

For some reason, he was awfully quiet when Glen introduced us. His cheeks tinted a bit pink as well. We all laughed at his awkwardness.

"Hi there!" I stuck out my hand at him.

"H-hi. Nice to meet you," he blushed a deep red and shook my hand awkwardly.

Gene just waved at him, and Todo gave him a fist-bump.

Later, we started talking and quickly realized that it was late.

"Hey, you guys, hate to break up the party, but we've been here a while, and I have to leave," I smiled awkwardly.

"Darn, has it really been that long? Shoot, we were having such a great time," Glen smiled at me, "well, I guess we'll be seeing you guys another time. Won't we Alec?" She ruffled his hair and laughed at him.

We all waved at each other and went our separate ways.

When I got into the car, I smiled and thought about Glen and Alec. They were adorable!

Once I got home, I did my bedroom routine and went to bed, where I just laid there and decided that I was too lazy to make dinner, so I ordered pizza.

While I waited for the pizza to arrive, I decided to text Jin.
