NETFLIX STAR BEING EXPLOITED BY EX-YOUTUBER?

If you haven't been living under a rock, you know all about Olina Keoni who guest starred with The Rock in Moana. Before her claim to fame however, she was just a YouTube singer with about 10,000 subscribers.

If you've been keeping up with the Netflix original series, you've heard all about Anne With An E, and more specifically, the teen heartthrob Lucas Jade Zumann who portrays Gilbert Blythe.

Anyways, how are these two stars related? Well, after being cast as Moana, Keoni picked up slightly more recognition and was casted alongside two other Disney stars in the new Powerpuff Netflix series. However, she only got this role because of her connections with Isabella Blake. She even admitted to it in an interview if you click here.

Zumann and Keoni have been getting close ever since their chance encounter three months ago and now have posted about eachother countless times on social media. What really threw everyone for a loop was these two vague posts here that seemed to hint that the young couple is now official.

Many are skeptic that Keoni is only with Zumann in order to get more publicity and coverage before her show takes off—not only boosting her own popularity, but the show's as well. How coninving can one person be? If Lucas knows what's best for him, he'd let her make her way to fame on her own.
