Lately, you've been feeling neglected for the past few weeks. Due to your boyfriend and his nonstop basketball training and games for the Winter Cup, you weren't able to spend any quality alone time with him. You knew how important it was to him, but you couldn't help but feel a little selfish. You wanted attention. HIS attention.

After the recent game against Kaijo, Seirin's basketball team started training even 10x more to prepare for the game against Rakuzan. You've seen how amazingly strong Rakuzan's team was and how the former Generation of Miracles captain, Akashi Seijuro, is now the captain of Rakuzan's basketball team, so you can't help but pray that Seirin wins tomorrow.

So you've decided to go visit Kagami at his apartment tomorrow to encourage him, hoping he would at least be there.

-TIMESKIP-

You nervously stand in front of the door. You haven't seen Kagami in so long. You knock on the door to only to be greeted by a blonde, big-chested woman opening the door.

"(First Name)!!!!" Alex smiles widely and tightly hugs you. "Oh my god, I haven't seen you in forever! I thought you and Taiga had broken up." Alex says with a pouty face. You were close friends with Alex since she WAS the one who introduced you and Kagami to each other and helped pushed you two to get together.

"A-ah, no Alex! We're still together!" You state with a small smile. "Is Taiga home...?"

"Mhm! He's still in bed. I'll leave you two together alone, I gotta meet up with Tatsuya right now. Bye!" Alex gives a big mischievous smile and waves as she runs out.

"She would smile at me like that..." You mumble.

You walk into Kagami's room to see long legs sticking out of the bed. You move closer to the side of his bed, his beautiful sleeping face being lit up by the sun outside the window. You couldn't help but giggle at the adorable sight. You give him a peck on the forehead, then he suddenly wakes up and pulls you into a tight hug.

"T-Taiga! Oi, you scared me!" Furiously blushing, you were squirming in his tight grip, but it's not like you didn't enjoy it.

"How long have you been here?" He says sleepily as he nuzzles his face in your hair. You could tell he was half awake in his husky voice.

"I just got here." You smile brightly. "Get up, I'll cook you breakfast."

He groans but obeys. You head into his kitchen and start making your best breakfast dish, making it a big plate since Kagami eats a lot. When it came to decorating the plate, you tried to make it neat and cute. Once it was finished you give yourself a self-applause/pat on the back to make the breakfast super cute.

He walks out of his room and smells the food. "Whoa, it actually smells good! I didn't know you could cook, (First Name)!" Kagami teased.

"H-hey! That's mean, I'm trying to be wife material here." You puff your cheeks out. As you were setting the table, you felt two lean, strong arms wrap around your waist. He puts his chin on your head and says, "Yeah, my wife.." Then he kissed the top of your head. You tried to hide your blush, "O-oh stop it you." You immediately got out of his grip and went to go wash dishes while he ate.

-TIMESKIP-

You and Kagami sit on the couch and watch TV together. You realized it was getting dark and you didn't want to leave Kagami. You missed being like this with him. So your smile slightly fades, and Kagami notices it right away. He wraps his arms around you and nudges his head in the crook of your neck. "I've missed you so much, today was fun, (First Name)..." He whispers.

You can feel the heat from his breath and you start to blush. He pulls away and cups your face with his huge hands. Then he pulls you in for a kiss, it was soft and sweet. After a while, you pull away and look into his red orbs.

"I came to help encourage you against your game with Rakuzan tomorrow, I hope it helped.." You give him a worried look.

"Of course! I'm happy you came over, I've missed you so much. Sorry for not having any time to come and see you, because of practice. Coach is trying to get us ready against Akashi.." He tries to reassure you that everything will be fine. You couldn't help but smile.

You can feel the guilt in his words as he explains himself. You can't blame him for wanting to do his best in tomorrow's game, he's been looking forward to it. You hug him, just letting him know how grateful you are to just be in the moment with him.

"It's okay, Taiga. I want you to do your best tomorrow.."

Kagami returns your hug. "I will, and once we win - I promise I'll take you on a nice date, (First Name)."

"Hehe, deal~"
