"I can't believe I hit that bird." Jamie said as we walked in the pack house living room.

"Ho can you not?" Sapphire said looking at her like she was crazy. "You said 'oh look a bird. Let's hit it.' And then you proceeded to go 70 to make sure you hit it."

Jamie scoffed. "It was a turkey vulture. No one likes those things."

"Good luck explaining to your mom why Lightning Bolt has a huge ass dent on his hood." I joined in as we sat on my bed.

"That's why I'm gonna call a mechanic." Jamie smirked taking her phone out. "That way mom will never know."

"Jamie Kathleen Wilson!" Amber's voice sounded through the hall. "Why the hell do you have a dent in your car?!"

Jamie's eyes went wide.

"Ya. She'll never know." Sapphire smirked.

"Jamie! Get down here this instant!" Amber yelled again.

Jamie mumbled something under her breath and she dragged her feet down the steps.

"She's in so much trouble." I laughed.

I heard a knock on my door before it opened.

"Uh why does Jamie look like she's about to kill someone?" Bo asked laughing.

"Her mom found out about the dent in her car before she could fix it." I said.

"Is she okay? Did someone hit her?"

"Bo." I laughed. "She's fine. She hit a turkey vulture."

"Poor Lightning Bolt." Kaydon laughed.

We heard a growl and turned to see Jamie walking back in my room.

"So what happened?" Bo asked as he hugged her.

"I got grounded." Jamie mumbled.

"That's pretty funny." Sapphire laughed.

"Whatever. Let's go train so I can punch someone." Jamie said heading towards her room.

"Actually." Kaydon chimed up.

"What? We aren't training?" Jamie asked confused.

"No. You're going too. But just not here." James smiled.

"Why wouldn't we train here?" I asked.

The guys smiled at each other before looking back at us.

"We were actually wondering." Kaydon paused and took a deep breathe. "If you guys would come back with us. To our territory."

I froze.

Is he really asking that?

Oh my gosh! I get to live with him!

'Stop the fangirlling and answer the poor man's question!' Star yelled.

"So we would be living at your pack?" I asked.

"Our pack." Kaydon smiled.

I smiled and jumped up into his arms.

Kaydon caught me with ease. "So I take that as a yes?"

"I would love too." I smiled into his neck.

"Good." He laughed.

"Wait." I said wiggling out of his arms. "What about my dad. Oh gosh. He's gonna flip."

"Nope." Kaydon said shaking his head.

"No?" I asked. "Dude. You don't know my dad. He's gonna freak out."

"Alex." Kaydon said putting his hand over my mouth. "He already knows. All the dads know.

"They do?" Jamie asked.

James nodded. "We asked them for permission to first."

"And they said it wasn't up to them. It was up to you guys." Bo finished.

"So my dad is okay with this?" I asked Kaydon.

"Well I don't think he's really okay with it." He said looking unsure.

"True." I laughed.

"You guys better start packing." Bo smiled.

"Wait. What about school?" Sapphire asked.

"You'll still go." James said.

"Damn." Jamie commented before she walked to her room.

"I got a good mate." Bo smiled before following Jamie.

"Welp. Let's go pack." Sapphire smiled.

"Why do I have to help?" James asked laughing.

"You're the guy. And what guy let's his woman work?"

"Dammit." James growled.

Sapphire winked at me and followed James.

"Poor guy." Kaydon said.

"Are you just gonna stand there or help?" I smirked.

"But." Kaydon said looking at me with puppy dog eyes.

"No buts." I laughed. "You're helping."

"Fine." Kaydon said.

I looked at him and he has an evil glint in his eye.

"What are you planning?" I asked, narrowing my eyes at him.

"I call packing the underwear drawer!" He yelled running to my dresser.

"Oh hell no!" I yelled running at him.

"I can't believe my baby is leaving steady." My mom cried for the billionth time.

"Mom." I laughed hugging her again. "I'm only 2 hours away."

"I know but still!" She cried on my shoulder again.

I laughed and hugged her tightly.

Truth is. I'm actually gonna miss them.

Even though we are right next to them, I feel like I'm moving halfway across the world. I truly am gonna miss them.

"Aiden." Kaydon whispered. "Can you get her bags and put them in my truck."

"Sure thing alpha." Aiden smiled and quietly grabbed my bags so he wouldn't disturb the crying fest.

"Who am I gonna pull pranks on?" Asher asked quietly when I walked up to him.

I smiled sadly and he pulled me in for a hug.

"I'll still see you at school. And you guys can come visit whenever you want." I promised.

"We can?" Asher asked tearing up.

I turned to look at Kaydon and gave him the you-better-say-yes-or-I-will-kick-your-ass look.

"S-sure thing." Kaydon stuttered quickly.

I gave him a satisfied smile and turned to look at Asher.

"Okay. I'll come and visit whenever I can."

"You better." I smiled up at Asher before hugging him again.

"Sure gonna miss ya." Levi smiled as Spike nodded.

"You three better stay out of trouble." Asher said sternly as he pointed to me, Jamie, and Sapphire.

"We will." I promised.

The girls looked at me and all three of us busted out laughing.

"Oh ya. You're funny." Sapphire laughed.

"Us? Stay out of trouble? Nice try man." Jamie said wiping a tear.

"It was worth a shot." Spike shrugged.

"I'm gonna miss you sweetie." My dad said walking up to me.

"I'm gonna miss you too." I smiled as he hugged me.

"And remember." My dad said pulling back a little. "Any of your guys are always welcome to come over to this pack."

"Same goes for you too sir." Kaydon smiled as he shook my dad's hand.

"And maybe you're right." He smiled.

"Right about what dad?" I asked.

"No one from Kyle's pack knows you guys are mates. Except for Lou. But he's on our side. So maybe this will work out."

"He's right." Lou's smiled walking beside my dad. "I'm the only one that knows."

"I'm gonna miss you toilet!" Jamie cried hugging him.

"Gee thanks." Lou laughed rolling his eyes.

"We better get going." Kaydon said quietly.

I nodded and we all headed out to the cars.

"Wait up!" Asher yelled.

"What?" I asked while I opened the truck door.

"One more hug." He smiled.

"Of course." I said hugging him.

"I'm gonna miss you baby sis."

"I'm gonna miss you big bro."

"Please take care of her." Asher said looking at Kaydon.

"Don't worry. I will." Kaydon said smiling at me.

"Oh I want to apologize." Asher laughed.

"For what?" Kaydon asked confused.

Asher looked up and smirked. "For making your cookies blow up in foods class."

Kaydon and I both looked at Asher wide-eyed.

I knew it...
