Implementing Provisions

Article 135 Effectiveness

This Law shall be of full force and effect as of 1 July 2006. This Law shall replace the 1993 Law on Protection of the Environment. 

Article 136 Implementing guidelines 

The Government shall provide detailed regulations and guidelines for the implementation of this Law.
