Dear Alex,

Today was my birthday, I was so happy you came to visit me with the guys, I loved that you surprised me with a new song and played it here at my house. I am not gonna lie when I say I'm pretty sure I felt tears down my cheeks.

I've missed you very much, we haven't spoke since Valentine's Day, and I get it, you have your band and you got the show at the Orpheum in July, so you gotta practice. Also you have a life so we can't be together 24/7, it would be nice to at least be 12/7 you know.

You also got me a gift, a silver necklace with a musical note hanging, I'm wearing it right now actually , I am gonna wear this even at my open casket, I will order my children to do it.

I saw you and Luke arguing too, I didn't hear much but there was something about secret relationship in the conversation. I left because it was private but I could hear your voice, you were worried and angry at Luke. I hope you two can solve it.

I hope we can hang out soon, I want my friends to hang out with the band, I know they liked them, they all seemed to have gotten along, that makes me really happy actually. But until now, I'll write letters.
