Dear Alex,

Yesterday was July 4th, camp had let us invite our family to join us and have fun. Thank you for keeping me company. I'm kinda sad my parents didn't come but I understand, but on the other hand. I got to meet your parents, they are really nice people.

You and I spent lot of time together for the first time since we arrived at camp. But the best thing ever was when we spend time at the lake. You asked me if you could tell me something personal. And what you said made me feel all the butterflies like the first time I saw you in camp. You told me you liked boys.

I told you I liked boys too.

When I asked you when did you find out you said you weren't too sure. Luke, you band mate and lead singer made you blush a lot. He's a lucky guy. I won't lie, I'm kinda jealous of Luke.

Then you asked me when I found out, I told you about my crush in third grade.

You asked me if I had ever had a boyfriend before, I was honest and told you I hadn't, I hadn't kissed a boy yet. Neither did you. I'm feeling butterflies as I write this and remember how we looked at each other in the lake and I asked you if I could kiss you.

You let me kiss you. It was our first kiss. It was a magical night. You were my first kiss Alex. And I was yours.
