Raizer said, as Lightning nodded, then she look at the station.

Lightning: we should really head to the station.

Raizer: yes. Let's go.

Raizer said, as the two nodded and goes to the station.

Raizer: hmmm...

Hope: the Order operates the regional transportation system. It's the city lifeblood. The trains that stopped here brings people and goods from Yusnaan. It might be a good idea to search if there's a suspicious person or guards.

Lightning: that's what we're going to do.

Raizer: alright then.

Both of them nodded, as they walk around, before Raizer called a woman.

Raizer: um, miss. You might look troubled.

Woman: well, i always said those people would cause trouble. And i was right.

Lightning: the heretics...

Woman: every night, i can see them. Those weirdos in their white cloaks, sneaking around the streets. Whenever i see white, i think "heretic"! If there's one thing i know, that wicked Shadow Hunter, he's the ringleader of the heretics!

Raizer: oof...

Lightning: hmmm...

Woman: those fanatics are growing bold. Nowadays, there's always a gang of them in the plaza in front of the station. It's as if they're meeting to go someplace else. Speaking of which, it's usually around this time they start to show up.

Raizer said, as both saviors walks away from the woman.

Lightning: so. The fanatics in the plaza.

Both of the saviors hummed.

Raizer said with a grin, as Lightning sighed. Then, the two walk around in the plaza and...

Lightning: there's a clothing store. Near the inn.

Raizer: you want another dress?

Raizer ask, as Lightning shrugged.

Lightning: why not?

Raizer: welp, alright then.

Raizer nodded, as the two goes to the clothing store, and see the outfitter.

Raizer: hello sir.

Outfitter: ah welcome. Whew good heavens...

Lightning: something wrong?

Outfitter: all of this has become quite the predicament. I mean, those messages say that the Shadow Hunter will kill the savior. Sounds pretty... I don't know. Prophetic, right?

Raizer: more like a threat to the Order to be honest.

Outfitter: yes yes. And if you two believe what you hear around the town, it seems that the Children of Etro have an Oracle Drive. That's a rare thing.

Lightning: Oracle Drive?

Outfitter: yes. They say Oracle Drives are mysterious devices that can let you see the very future. Ugh... The heretics prophecy...

Raizer whined, as Lightning sighed and karate chop his head.

Lightning: quiet you.

Raizer whined again, as he rub his head, and the two walks away from the clothing store. After some while, the two found another station worker.

Raizer: is that Holmes?

Lightning: seems so. Let's get to him.

Lightning said, as the two goes to the station worker.

Lightning: hey. You work at the station, don't you?

Raizer: your fellow attendant's worried about you.

Holmes: wait. My...? Oh no...! Is it time for my shift already? I completely lost track of time!

Raizer: yeah... You probably should go.

Holmes: wait! Look. Can i trust you two? I saw who did it. You know, the people who threw the dummy off the clock tower?

Lightning: you did?

Holmes: yes! And i got so scared, so I've been laying low. I can't go to the station, that's where they'll be looking for me.

Raizer: so you were there...? What did you see then? Tell us.

Hope: Lightning. Raizer. I forgot to tell you this, but the saviors can use God's own holy power. With that, you can even manipulate the flow of time.

Lightning: but how can anyone control time?

Hope: with a special ability called Chrono Stasis. It has limits but you can slow time. It's just one of the miracle brought by God's great might. But be warned, you two can't use this miracle over and over again. Only use it when it counts the most.

Raizer: yes sir.

Raizer nodded, as Lightning, Raizer, and Holmes got to the station safely and found Thornton.

Thornton: Holmes! You're safe! I was so worried about you, i could barely concentrate on my duties!

Holmes: sorry, boss. I saw what happened over where they found the girl. I guess i just panicked. I don't know why i got so scared. I'm sorry i let you down. It-it won't happen again.

Thornton: it's alright. I'm just glad to see you safe. Guess i never told you this... Well, years ago, one of my colleagues was killed by a monster. I was... I was afraid the same thing had happened to you. I panicked, and asked this lady and gentleman for help.

Thornton said, as he point at Lightning and Raizer.

Holmes: i can't believe no one told me that when i took this job... But anyway! Sorry for the trouble, boss. From now on, i swear to you, I'm never going to be late! I mean, what if your heart gave out or something with worry? Can't have that on my conscience.

Holmes said, as the two attendants are talking to each other.

Lightning: hmmm... A true friend that cares... Maybe that's enough to save a soul...

Raizer: it is. We just need to find how to get this kind of stuff.

Raizer said, as the "Souls" Goes to Lightning.

Raizer: and we got it.

Raizer said and smiled, as Lightning nodded.

Holmes: well, a deal's a deal. You got me here safe and sound, so I'm going to tell you exactly what i saw.

Holmes said to the saviors, as both of them look at Holmes.

Holmes: it was the Children of Etro. They tossed the dummy off the tower. And i really wanted to tell the inquisitor what i saw. Honestly i did. But I'm just afraid that those heretics might find out and make me their next victim!

Raizer: i see. It's alright. You did great.

Lightning: and we also got the information we needed. So that also helps.

Raizer: just be careful around the place. Especially with this... Heretics running amok.

Raizer said, as both attendants nodded. Then, the two saviors walks out from the station.

Hope: so, the culprit is the Children of Etro? But what are their objective? What can they be after?

Raizer: let's find out once the gate is open.

Lightning: both of us try to tail them. Discreetly.

Raizer: one of the easiest way to find their hideout.

Lightning: we will talk to the inquisitor. Just hope the gate is open with this.

Lightning said, as the two found the Inquisitor, then both of them get to him.

Inquisitor: ah, you two. Did you two find anything?

Raizer: the goddess's disciples are beginning to gather.

Lightning: if you lift the blockades around this area, there's a good chance they'll start to move out.

Inquisitor: so you're suggesting i let them go?

Hope: the evil saviors will die in the hands of Shadow Hunter? I don't like the sound of that... When they say saviors... Do you think...

Lightning: it's us, alright? It has to be.

Raizer: but who's this... Shadow Hunter?

Hope: i don't know. And no one else knows either. The information is incomplete, and the Order thinks it's the leader of the heretics.

Lightning: so if the Shadow Hunter leads the cult...

Raizer: does that means they're behind the murders?

Raizer ask, as the two saviors moved and follow the heretics.

What will they find when they follow the heretics? No one else will know.
