A week had passed since Haki's visit and now he had travelled back to the Tree of Life to rejoin the Night Pride.

Aina and Kuona had broken split off from the rest of the Lion Guard to cover more ground quicker. They were travelling through a gorge. The same gorge that was famously now known as the Fallen Gorge. After the fall of King Mufasa. Her great, great grandfather. "This place gives me the creeps." The lioness looked around nervous.

"What's there to be scared about it's just a pile of rocks?" To proove her point she kicked a small rock out of her way before jumping onto Aina's back. The two travelled for a bit but saw nothing out of the ordinary.

 "*Nowaza!" Kuona called jumping of her back and dashing up a steep bit of the gorge.

"I don't think I can get up there." She said looking up.

"Don't worry you'll be fine." The hare leapt forward.

"Kuona... slow down..." Aina grunted as she tried to climb the steep cliff but then stopped. "I'll just find another way round. You go and get the other's I'll meet you further down the end." With that she jumped down and continued through the gorge. The walls around her seemed to get hgiher and higher the further she walked until she heard a growl.

"Who's there?" She called crouching down. A deathly laugh could be heard and three hyena's stepped forward, there blackish pelts helped them to blend in with the shadows.

"Hafifu." She growled at the leader of the hyena's.

"In the fur." He grinned, showing off his sparkling white teeth.

"I thought I smelt you putrid scent when I entered the gorge." All the Hyena's chuckled one even rolled on the ground though she couldn't find what was so funny. "Leave the Pridelands or I'll make you." She continued.

"You're going to have to catch us first." He giggled before they all ran off. She quickly took off after them gaining distance every few seconds. They ran straight out of the gorge and back into the grasslands she followed as she saw them preparing to attack and herd of buffalo who were grazing.

"Hafifu!" She made a rumbling growl in her throat and spread out her legs so she could stand strong. Bending her head down slightly the hyena's watched as clouds began to form in the sky. Finally she threw her head up and roared. She could feel the wind whistling and the roars of her ancestors mixed with her own. The ground trembled and she could hear the Hyena's running. Though we she when she opened her eyes the ground was still moving beneath her paws.

"Wha-" she looked down at the ground to see the tiny rocks beneath her shaking and then looked up. Her ears went back and her eyes widdened in fear as she learned where the sound was coming from.

Mrithi was sitting on the edge of Pride Rock, his amte nuzzling with him. His parnets were both out hunting on the far side of Pride rock. He sighed at her comfort when he suddenly heard a voice. "Sire! Sire!" He opened his eyes.

"Zazi." He nodded to the son of his father's most trusted adviser, Zazu. "What seems to be the matter?"

"Aina she's in trouble!" A new voice was heard, loud enough for even Ubaya to appear from the bushes below the tall rock. The Lion Guard ran towards the eldest prince, but Aina wasn't with them.

"Where is she?" Mrithi raced towards them.

"Down in the gorge, she said she was going to meet me at the other end but when we came back we-" She never got to finish at Mrithi ran past, his mate close behind him. Ubaya stood their watching them go his expression unreadable. "Ubaya find King Kovu and Queen Nala!" Kasi an impala and the lion guards fastest said as they all ran towards the gorge.

Once they arrived the gorge was completely full of bison's dashing and jumping through the gorge. Mrithi looked around and saw Aina running thorugh the herd tryign to get to the side. "Aina!" He shouted racing down.

"Mrithi!" Kusafiri cried as Mrithi held his out clawed paw towards his little sister.

Aina jumped going to grab it but just before she did she was knocked to the side and was back in the stampede. She yelped but then she felt a large pang of pain on her head and everytihng went black.
