H U N G E R

(Sorry, chapter got messed up.)

Six's stomach growled. She nearly fell onto her side.

Keanu had fear written all over him.

Ara had concern written all over her.

But Sunny. Sunny was shaking-- Not in fear, but in joy.

((When you really think about it... She's technically happy that Six is suffering which is pretty messed up.))

"Six, are you okay?" Mono and Seven said at nearly the same time.

"N-No! I need to eat, I-I  have this sudden urge to." Six tried to explained.

Finally, the teenager (children) snapped out of it and came over.

"Can you walk?" Keanu asked.

Six slowly got up, her legs wobbling. "K-Kinda." She said as she clutched her stomach.

-ARA POV-

I trotted over to the Cafeteria bars, there was a kid there.

"Bread kid." Sunny whispered from behind me, scaring me.

"What?" The kid said, hearing Sunny.

"Uh-- She said 'Bread, Kid." She's asking for the bread. Our friend back there is starving to death." I explained.

Bread Kid nodded and gave Ara the bread.

-THIRD PERSON-

Ara turned to her left, Six was right in front of her. Six snatched the bread from her hands and ate it.

Ara looked back into the Cafeteria, the bread kid was... Gone?

"Sunny...?" She whispered to her.

"I noticed." Sunny said, not whispering.

"Noticed what exactly?" Six asked.

"Well, there was this kid who gave us bread to give to you. But when we looked back into the cafeteria he was gone." Sunny explained. Ara didn't stop her since that information wouldn't get them caught.

"Well, we shouldn't really care that much about it. It doesn't affect us in any way." Six said.

"Okay then..." Ara said.

-ARA POV-

The others besides Sunny, climbed onto some boxes.

"Oh..." Sunny said. "I forgot to go see Shadow Six up close."

I stared up at the others, they didn't hear that.

"Maybe it's a good thing." I whispered.

"If I miss out on content that I could possibly never see again, that isn't a good thing. But I guess I do have more chances to see her up close." Sunny said.

Sunny went over to the boxes. Ara glanced at the cafeteria before climbing up the boxes.

Once everyone was gone, The Bread Kid returned.

"Your nightmare haven't began yet, but once it does, good luck. You'll need it. And you'll definitely need those lives." They said and chuckled, in a deep voice. Not a child's voice.

They snapped their fingers and the Context menu appeared (menu that appears when you right click) in front of them.

(I tried to create an A Glitch In Time context menu. I hope you like it. I just photoshopped some stuff using Paint 3D )

They click the 'delete' button and then, with a sudden burst of bright light, the whole entire cafeteria room was deleted.

The Group was on a bridge now.

They walked across the bridge and towards the barred door. Strangely enough, there was no sparks. It seemed like the bars has been fixed so it wouldn't spark. So there was no way for the Game Children to know that it was electric and will kill them.

Six was about to touch the bars.

"Six, wait! DON'T TOUCH IT!" Keanu yelled, making Six step away from the bars and Seven and Mono stare at Keanu.

"Uhhh..."

"How do we know if it's safe?" Keanu said.

"Really." Six crossed her arms. "Bars aren't safe?"

"It's could be an Electric Bar!"

"Yeah, and you could die from that!" Ara added on.

Six rolled her eyes and went through the bars. Unharmed.

"What?!" Keanu whisper-yelled. "She should be dead."

Sunny went over to the bars and put her hand on it. Nothing happened.

"These are normal bars, Keanu." Sunny said, a bit sadly.

Seven went through the bars, following Six.

-SUNNY POV-

Ara and Keanu began talking to each other.

"Why are you sad about that?" Mono asked, not talking loud enough for Keanu and Ara to hear.

"I was really hoping that I could climb up the cages." I said, not loud enough for Keanu and Ara to hear too.

"Oh, you like to climb?" Mono guessed.

"Yeah, I actually do. Back home, I loved to climb onto the roof when my parents weren't home. Sometimes, I would run and leap across the roofs. Of course my parents and my sister, Ara doesn't know about that." I said.

"Before I got caught by the Ferryman, and before I left my parents to become a runaway, I always loved swimming in the pool. Kinda." Mono said.

"What do you mean, Kinda?"

"Oh, well. I didn't know how to swim at the time I was still living with my parents so every time I got into the pool I started drowning after a minute passed." He chuckled. "I have no idea why, I guess I was just a stupid 5 year old."

Sunny laughed. "How old are you now?"

"11, how old are you?"

"13."

"13? You don't look 13."

"Oh, that's because--"

"Guys!" Six yelled.

-THIRD PERSON-

"Can we please continue on our journey? We can't waste time sitting here doing nothing." Six said, Seven just stood behind her.

"Yes, we should continue!" Keanu said, going through the bars.

Everyone followed Six.

Keanu, Ara, and Sunny paused. Expecting an eye room... But nothing was there? Just a normal room.

-ARA POV-

This is weird... I thought.

Keanu and Sunny ignored this and continued to the next room. However, I stayed behind. I stared up at where The Eye should be.

For a minute, the room changed back to the normal format. But all glitchy, and all I could hear was a screeching sound. I wasn't turning to stone-- No. But It was getting hard for me to breathe. The room felt like it was shaking. I closed my eyes and tried to cover my ears but that didn't help with the screeching at all. I fell over.

Once I hit the ground, everything went back to normal, I could breathe easily again, and The Eye wasn't there.

I shakily got up. I pulled my sleeve up, checking my lives. Still four lives, I pulled my sleeve back down and quickly ran to the next room to catch up with everyone else.

-KEANU POV-

-This POV takes place when Ara stayed behind-

I kept walking, thinking about stuff. I didn't even notice Ara wasn't following me anymore.

We were in the bridge-pull room now.

I remember this bridge. This bridge would pulled in from behind you. Sunny seemed to remember this room too, but that wasn't surprising.

We walked down the steps, Ara just now catching up with us.

Once we stepped onto the bridge, the stairs slid back and the two bridge parts pulled in.

We broke into a sprint, leaping over the gap. Mono barely made it.

We climbed onto a box then jumped up onto the bridge ledge.

We walked through the door, the door shut behind us and another open up. We went through it.

We were now in The Stair Room.

Now the plot is picking up!...

Also...

Have you noticed something? About this book's description.

Have you noticed, that the description says there's supposed to be four teenagers. But there's only three?

Makes you wonder, where is the fourth teenager...

Remember, everything happens for a reason.

((No, I actually wanna hear your guesses. I wanna see how close y'all are.))
