"Okay then. Now that the cave's put back together, I think I'll go on a little walk." I said walking out the cave. My first priority is to make some clothes. I don't like walking around naked. The second thing is to get more water and food. Sometimes I wish life wasn't so complicated.......

I walked and flew for hours......No sign of food anywhere. I was starving. I didn't know what to do. If I don't eat soon, my fox instincts will take over.........and that's not a pretty scene. If only there was something or someone who can help me. Then I walked to my flower patch and found an injured bird. It was purple, just like the flowers. It looked injured, so I walked over to it and picked it up and carried it back to my cave, still no sign of food.

"Beom, beom?" (What does flickies sound like??) The flicky slowly woke up, rubbing its tiny head with its wing. It was too cute to resist!

"Hi there, little birdie! You okay?" I asked it, doubting if it heard me or not.

"Beom..." It held up its other wing, which was broken somehow. I felt really bad for what had happened to it.

"Aww. Here, let me help you. I won't harm you. I'm friendly." I scooped up the bird carefully.

"Beom, beom?" It looked at me worriedly.

"I'm gonna wrap up your wing so it can heal, okay?" I said, getting some leaves and a little bit of tree sap. The flicky nodded and it let me put the leaf sling on it's wing. "There! All better now!"

"Beom!" I could've sworn I saw a smile on the little bird's beak.

"You're very welcome! I know! I'll name you Lilly!" I exclaimed.

"Beom, beom, beom!" Lilly was very happy. She's just too cute!!!

"How would you like to stay with me?" 

"Beom!" Lilly tried to fly, but failed. I caught her before she landed on the ground.

"Not yet, Lilly. Your wing hasn't healed yet."

"Beom...." Lilly walked her way to my leafy bed and sat in it. Soon afterwards, she fell asleep.

"One down, two to go........." I said to myself. I hope there's some food out there in the woods.......
