Chapter 17 : Enter Princess
Yuri made her way into the building, destroying the exterior building and fell on the ceramic floor. The room was on fire, three lightnings had blast inside
it.
Eeteuk was in front of her, he stood quickly, looked around the entire floor. They landed in a recreation area, where two vending machines stood
against the wall in front of them. Taeyeon arrived shortly after, making the biggest destruction, she almost torn up the whole wall.
There was a small wooden door on their left side, it opened brutally, agents were forcing in, firing.
"Taeyeon, now!" Eeteuk threw lightning across the room, pushing the agents back. Another wave came from the left. That was Yuri's part.
She clenched her teeth and shot her lightning to them, sending the men flying to the ceiling. An explosion occurred right behind Yuri. She turned around,
about to attack when she realized that from inside the explosion, Jessica jumped up, dizzy.
"Sica!?"
Jessica stumbled and tripped, she fell but quickly stood up again, "yeah."
"What the hell--," Yuri was about to scold her when another wave of agents swarming in. "I told you to--, come here! Stay near me!" she yelled and
then fill the room with her lightning. She was angry.
A bullet graze Jessica's hari, she screamed and ducked for cover while Yuri shot a lightning to the shooter.
"Get behind me!?" Yuri scolded her.
"Hold on, maybe I can--," Jessica raised her hand and made a spark but then it exploded and almost hit Yuri's face.
"Jessica!"
"Sorry."
Jessica ran behind Yuri, watching Eeteuk attacking the agents and dodging bullets at the same time. Yuri was also the same, more brutal, she looked
like she was possessed. And the scariest person in the room was Taeyeon. Among the riot of lightnings, raging all over, and the blazing bullets, she just
slowly closed her eyes.
"Is she--is she sleeping!?"
Taeyeon was not sleeping, instead she was reading everyone's mind in the building to find where Siwon being held captive. One by one she swoop
inside a head to another, causing great and short pain on the owner. No one in this floor seemed to know where Siwon was so she moved on to the
lower floor, swooping on every agents mind and then she found a mind that would surely know everything.
**
Hyoyeon felt a sharp pain inside her head, it felt like it would burst open. She lost her balance and fell to the floor. But instead ceramic floor, it was
marble floor, inside a gazebo in the middle of a flower garden.
"What the--," she quickly stood up and reached her gun holster, but the holster wasn't there, it was gone.
"Annyeong haseyo," a voice called.
Hyoyeon did a spinning kick to the voice. A hand caught her foot and threw her to the ground again.
"Kim Taeyeon."
"Welcome to my garden, inside your head," she smiled.
"How did you--how the--," Hyoyeon slowly stood up.
"I just need to know where Siwon is, I'll let you go after that," Taeyeon said.
"You Potentials don't deserve this kind of power," Hyoyeon remarked.
"It'll sting a bit."
Another sharp pain struck Hyoyeon's brain, she screamed in pain and when the pain went away, she was back standing at the lobby of the organization
headquarters. Everyone was looking at her.
"She knows," said Hyoyeon.
No one seemed to understand.
"Kim Taeyeon knows where Siwon is! Go!" she screamed.
It was only two minutes after she stepped on the lobby of the headquarters and everything seemed to be crumbling down already.
"Damn you, Junsu! This place is going down," she rubbed her confused head.
A lightning struck from the ceiling, down to three floors below Hyoyeon, she jumped aside, avoiding the debris it caused.
Sooyoung caught Hyoyeon, "what the hell!?"
Sunny reached her gun and point it to the hole on the ceiling.
"Oh, God. They made a hole from the third floor," Sunny looked down to the hole in the floor, "down to the second basement!"
**
"That's weird, it didn't break through to the third basement," Eeteuk raised an eyebrow.
"The third basement covered with thick iron wall, we have to go through doors," said Taeyeon.
"Doors? Really?" Eeteuk sighed.
Yuri pulled Jessica up and held her hand, so hard that Jessica felt her hand getting numb.
"Yuri-ah, you're hurting me," she said.
"Shut up," Yuri didn't look back to Jessica.
Jessica was scared, an angry Yuri was scary.
Eeteuk jumped into the hole, falling down five floors and then he landed at the second basement, the parking lot. He cushioned his fall by bending his
knees. Perfect landing, and when he looked around, he was surrounded by agents, every one of them pointing their rifles on him. He panicked, there
was no chance he could survive that many bullets.
"Taeyeon!" he screamed for help.
The agents opened fire. The basement flashed orange by the fire from the rifles and bullets cut the air, flying to Eeteuk's body.
Taeyeon dropped down from the third floor, not a second later she stopped in the second basement, floating in mid air. Her right palm was slightly
raised and the bullets stopped, she took a deep breath. A massive wind blew from her body, bouncing the bullets then the agents, the cars that parked
there and of course Eeteuk, a few feet to the air and slammed them to the concrete floor, hard.
Taeyeon dropped on her feet.
"Go now, Oppa! That door, the red double door, go through it. Oppa!" she shouted when she saw Eeteuk was on the ground, "what are you doing lying
there! Go!"
Eeteuk grunted, "eesh! Tell me if you're going to do that next time."
He ran to the double door.
Yuri and Jessica dropped down from the third floor and landed behind Taeyeon. Jessica couldn't keep her balance and fell rolling on the concrete.
"Stand up! We've got to hurry!" Yuri pulled her.
Jessica followed Yuri and they entered the double door.
The agents were on their feet again, they put on their gas mask, releasing the safety on their Pandora bombs off and threw it to Taeyeon. The bombs
blew up without warning. The white light blinded Taeyeon right away and the ultra-sonic sound made her ears ringing. She lost her sense of directions.
"Damn!" first thing she does is created a circle of wind around her, to keep the smoke away from her nose.
One of her feet refused to keep standing, she fell on her knee. In the current state of mind, Taeyeon couldn't tell where she was and she couldn't find
the double door because the white smoke that covered the basement.
She heard rifles being cocked and then gunfire, she ducked down when bullets flew above her head, hundreds of them.
She screamed to shake awake her senses; she expanded her wind. In front of her, the door where Eeteuk went before. Taeyeon exploded into lightning
and blast into the door, hitting the wall on the other side and fell to the staircase. She pulled herself up, there were another sets of stairs leading to the
third basement.
The agents found her and shot at her again. Taeyeon leaned her body to the edge of the stair and let herself fell five metres high and hit the concrete
on the third basement.
Her head still dizzy and her visions were still blurry, but she found the entrance. She pushed the iron door, closed it behind her. She was inside a square
room with pillars. The room was lighted with small light bulbs on each corner, making it dim like it was lighted by a bunch of hanging small candles.
Taeyeon took a deep breath. When her senses back to normal, she found another iron door across the room. It was half opened; Eeteuk and the rest
must have gone through it.
Taeyeon walked slowly to the door when gunfire exploded. Taeyeon pulled her head back a bit and a bullet grazed the air in front of her nose, hitting
the pillar on her right side. Taeyeon fell on her back. The bullet made a hole on the pillar but the hole was bigger than any normal bullet hole.
"It's not a bullet!" she rolled over and ran away from the pillar. The pillar exploded and the same white light and smoke came out of it with another
deafening sound, this time with debris from the broken pillar.
Taeyeon roared in pain, she threw her body behind another pillar and clenched her teeth. The ultra-sonic sound once again ruined her senses.
A figure walked to the centre of the room.
"Welcome," she said.
Taeyeon peeked behind the pillar a bit to see who was talking. It was a tall girl, standing proudly in front of the door, cocking her gun.
"Princess?," she mumbled.
