Lookism Ep 4,5

Third POV

It was just a normal day at Jae Won High. Most of the students were on their way to school, minding their own business, when they started noticing a face never before seen in the school ground.

'Who is that guy?!'

'Is he new?!'

'Did you see him?!'

All the students were starting to stare at that one person. This person is Daniel Park, and it was his first day at this school, for he was transferring from another school. He decided to do so as an attempt to escape the bullying that he received from a kid named Logan Lee in his old school. But what you may not know about Daniel is that he has two bodies; one that was his original body; a small, chubby form that was deemed ugly-and the reason why he was bullied-, and a new body that was deemed handsome, taller, more slim and basically the complete opposite of his original body.

'Will this be okay? Me using this body? I don't want to be bullied like I was before' Daniel thought to himself.

He was waiting outside the classroom for the teacher to allow him to enter.

"Everyone settle down. We have a new student joining us today." the teacher said to the students inside the classroom.

"Is it a guy or a girl?"

"A transfer?"

"Are they cute?"

"Please, come in." the teacher said over the voices of all the other students.

As Daniel came into the classroom and presented himself, it caused a stir in the room. Most of the girls were freaking out.

"He is so handsome!"

"5'9 ft? 6 ft?"

"He looks so cool!"

This happened while most of the guys in the classroom gave an envious stare. In the back of the room were two other people looking at the new student. One of them was a guy with blonde hair, his hair covering his eyes, and next to him was a girl with her head resting on her desk. Neither of them seemed interested in what was happening in front of the classroom. The girl's (e/c) eyes glanced at the new student, and she did not add a new comment to those that were being shared among the girls in the classroom.

'It's the first day. I need to get along with whoever I am sitting next to. I'll start with a smile' Daniel said to himself.

When he looked to the side, next to his seat was a guy that Daniel had seen on the previous day when he was in his old body. During that day, he was beat up in the street, this beating was filmed and the video was uploaded in Facebook. Lost in his thought, Daniel was not really paying attention to what was happening in the classroom.

"Daniel? Hi, I'm Zoe." said a girl with a short bob cut hair

'I knew she would do that.'

'Nothing gets past her.'

'As soon she sees someone that handsome, she attacks.'

"You have something on your face." Zoe said.

"Huh? Where?"- Daniel

"Handsome thing! Hehehe"- Zoe

'That bitch!'-  every other girl.

"Hey, Zoe. Stop flirting and sit down. It's annoying." said the guy next to Daniel's seat.

"Oh, Zack! Scary~"

'Nice! Zack!' - every girl thought.

At the other side of the room; in the back of the classroom, the girl with the (e/c) eyes and with her (h/c) hair combed into a braid just sat there as she witnessed the whole scene happening between Daniel, Zoe and Zack.

~Time Skip~

It was lunch time for the students. There was a long line in the cafeteria and the center of attention was, of course, Daniel.

"He is so hot!"

"Is he new?"

"Transfer?"

"Does he have a girlfriend?"

"He's from the Fashion Dept."

"So cool~"

Daniel and Zoe were now eating their food in one of the tables, just minding their own business and lost in their thoughts. On another table; three guys were looking at Daniel.

"Hey newbie" one of the guys said.

"We need to talk after lunch." another one said.

After lunch, Daniel met with the three guys in a sketchy place close to the school.

'I know this situation. I have always been beat up in places like these.' Daniel thought.

"So, your name is Daniel?"

Daniel was freaking out. He needed to get out of there before something bad happened.

"Where're you from?"

"You're so freaking tall!"

"Do you work out?"

"You must know some pretty girls. Hook me up!"

"Do you smoke?"

The three of them asked him a lot of questions. They were being very polite to Daniel and also offered him some cigarettes.

'What should I do? I don't want them to think I am a wuss!' Daniel thought to himself.

"I quit smoking and I don't know any girls."

And with that statement, he left.

~Time Skip ~ Night Time~

In a little convenient store was Daniel, now in his original body. He was just behind the counter when he started to think about what to do with his two bodies. He then decided to have a schedule for each of his bodies, and to give each body a 12-hour use. By day, he will use the new and handsome body for school, while at night he'll be using his original body to work at this store and earn some money.

Just then, through the door came the three guys from his classroom; with whom he had talked to earlier that day.

"Welcome"- little Daniel

"Give me four packs of cigarettes"- one of the three guys.

"Can I see your ID please?"

The guy gave Daniel his ID.

"Um... That doesn't look like you"

"Huh?! I've gained some weight...okay?"

"No, sorry..."

"This is my ID."

"I don't think so..."

This is the conversation that was occurring between Daniel and one of the three guys. The other two were behind him trying to not get much attention to themselves. Just then the door opened and Zack, the kid that sits next to Daniel, came in.

"What is taking so long?"- Zack

And at that very moment, he recognized Daniel as the kid that he had beat up the other day in the street. Zack told the three guys to pick some booze and anything else that they wanted from the store. After doing so, Zack was trying to intimidate Daniel to let them purchase everything they chose.

"Let's just forgive and forget. Ring this up and let us go. Also, I am not fucking paying for anything" Zack said to Daniel

Behind Zack, the three guys were talking among themselves.

"Why's he in such a bad mood?"

"He is usually like that."

"Don't you get it? hehehe."

"Mira was eyeing the new kid today."

"Zack asked her out on a date and she turned him down."

"Maybe he is pissed cuz of the new guy."

"Quiet down."

"He is about to blow."

Zack stood in front of the counter, his hands over his head. He was visibly shacking with rage. That is when he had enough.

'All those assholes. That new guy working his way with Mira, and also this turd. He was hitting on Mira, too'

Just then, Zack threw the first punch at Daniel's face.

"I'm pissed!"

"Why are you hitting him?!"

At that moment, the entrance door to the convenient store opened and the mysterious girl that sits at the back of the classroom came in.

"What the hell is going on here?!" she yelled
