Third POV

It was new day at Jae Won High. It was time for lunch, so Daniel and Jiho made their way to a table when Daniel noticed a kid being kicked by some other students. Daniel looked at the small kid that reminded him of himself when he was being bullied in the past. Daniel asked Jiho if he was friends with him so he could join them for lunch. And so that is how Duke Pyeon later on ended sitting with them. Duke was feeling a little awkward being in that situation, he didn't know what to feel with what was going on. Just then a metal cup was thrown at the table they were sitting at, it was Vin Jin, once again.

"Hey Duke. Get me some water." Vin said, looking at where they were sitting. He glanced at Daniel and then looked behind Daniel to see Jay staring at him. Then Vin Jin was interrupted by Zack Lee.

"Hey Vin Jin. Get it yourself. Is your hand broken or something?" Everyone noticed that Zack had changed, he had stopped bullying people lately. So, the tension started building up. The two groups were calling each other names-insulting each other. But this was interrupted by Vasco from the architecture dept.

"Hey, black glasses. Pick up your cup." - Vasco

This made the tension grow in the room. Vasco wanted to hit Jin but he didn't like hitting people with glasses, so he was trying to make Vin Jin take his glasses off. Vin Jin was pissed, but he decided not to start something. Then everything seemed to calm down in the cafeteria.

"Are you okay?" (Y/n) said, speaking to Duke. He just looked at her, not knowing what to say.

"Here. Have some of this. It's suppose to calm your nerves." (Y/n) gave Duke a bottle of calming tea. Duke took the tea and stared at it.

"T-thank you..." - Duke

"No problem. I'll see you around. Bye~" And with that, (Y/n) made her way towards where Jay was sitting and sat down.

~Time Skip ~ At Night~

(Y/n) POV

I was walking down the road towards the convenient store to visit little Daniel. I was getting close when I saw three figures sitting at the edge of the store. I got closer to see they were Daniel, Jiho and Duke. Jiho was smoking a cigarette and they all talked about the experiences they had with bullying.

"That is just sad." I said, cutting into their conversation. All of them turned to look at me in shock.

"I'm sorry for interrupting. Is just that, what you all said was sad." I said.

"It's okay. It's all in the past now." - Jiho

"What do you mean?" - Daniel

"There is this new transferred kid in my class. His name is Daniel and ever since he arrived I have someone to eat with, and my bully actually stopped harassing me. He really is nice." - Jiho

"I know what you mean. People can be really mean sometimes. But there are always going to be good people to negate the bad people. You just need to find them, and Daniel is one of those people." I said to them.

"I'm preparing for the festival with Daniel. At first, when he asked me to join him at lunch, I thought he was going to bully me. But Daniel is really nice." - Duke

Just then someone took the cigarette that Jiho was smoking. That person was Vasco. He held the cigarette between his fingers, holding the burning tip. He asked all of us if what we all said about Daniel was the truth. We confirmed that it was and then he started to walk away, but he lastly said to little Daniel that if he needed help with training; he would help. Afterwards he turned around to buy burn cream for his fingers.

"You shouldn't have done that. You should be careful next time." I told Vasco as I put some cream on his fingers. And with that he left. I turned to look back at Daniel.

"Hey. Your roommate told me that your birthday was one of these days so I brought you a gift." I said handing him a small gift-bag to him.

"I'll be leaving now. Don't work too much." I turned to head out the door and walk towards the street.

Third POV

Daniel looked at the girl as she left. The bag in his hands was almost the same as the one she gave his other body. He opened the bag and inside of it was a card and a wrapped box. Daniel decided to open the card first.

Daniel almost started crying from the card he received from the (h/t) haired girl. He always spent his birthday with his mom and this was his very first card that he got from someone. Daniel then took out the wrapped box. He ripped the wrapping paper and opened the box. It was a new Rolex watch. Daniel felt bad that (Y/n) had spent a lot of money on him, so he decided to get her something for her birthday. He hoped to have enough money to at least buy something decent for her. Daniel smiled, he couldn't wait to see her smile once again.

~Time Skip ~ Day of Festival~

It was the day of the festival at Jae Won High. Each and every department had their own booth based on different ideas, such as cafes, snack booths, etc. The students from the Fashion Dept. had a boxing booth. In the center of attention was Zack Lee. He had decided to participate in this so he would not have to join in the slave auction. At the Beauty Dept. booth, Eli Jang was giving haircuts to the customers, despite the fact that not all of Eli's hair-cutting skills were that good to begin with. In the Baking Dept. they were selling all kinds of freshly baked bread. And in the Architecture Dept. they were arm wrestling, with Vasco as the main opponent to take down. Vasco has been wrestling with some men that came by and has won 10 times in a row. Not a single girl has come up to him, though. So, Jace suggested to do something else to be sure to also incorporate the girls. So Vasco, Jace and another two members decided to stand before a board, facing plasters for the girls to throw water bombs at them.

But it turned out that the girls were too scared to throw any water bombs at any of their faces. Vasco was feeling sad. He just wanted to make the girls feel like they were participating in their booth. Vasco was about to remove his head when he felt a water bomb hit him right in the center of his face. Not only was Vasco hit, so was Jace and the other two members. When Vasco looked up to see who threw the water balloon, he saw the same (h/l) (h/c) hair girl that he had seen the previous night at the convenient store- walking away from their booth. Vasco blushed but looked happy that at least one female participated.
