Lookism Ep 28

Third POV

It was a new day at Jae Won High. On this day we are presented to a new character, Yui Kim. She is a student of the Fashion Dept., and ever since the day of festival she has her eyes on Daniel Park. Yui had begun to use her beauty and smooth-talking to gain Daniel's attention. She was now trying to give Daniel a new wallet from the brand of Gucci.

"I got this for you~ I thought it would suit you." - Yui

"Thanks, but this is too much." Daniel said, rejecting the wallet. Just then Yui saw a Chrome Hearts bracelet wrapped around one of his wrists.

"That's a really nice bracelet. Where you get it?" - Yui

"Oh? (Y/n) got it for me." - Daniel

Yui looked at Daniel and then glanced behind Daniel to stare at the (h/c) hair. 'I won't let her steal Daniel from me. I have to knock her down before she knocks me down.'

During the class, while the teacher was talking about a new subject, there was one person that was not paying attention; Daniel Park. Daniel was staring at Yui. He could feel his heart pounding in his chest. Could he be falling in love with Yui Kim?

~Time Skip~Last Bell~

The last bell of the day had rung. Zoe Park had decided to spend time with some girls after school. She suggested to go to a karaoke place, but once Yui said that she preferred to go shopping the other girls agreed with Yui's idea. Just when they were going to leave, Yui looked at the back of the classroom and saw (Y/n) preparing to go home. So Yui then moved her eyes at Zoe and said to her.

"Zoe. You know her, right? Why don't you invite her to hang with us?"

"Sure! I'll go ask her." So, Zoe went to ask (Y/n) if she wanted to join them. At first (Y/n) didn't want to join, but after some persuasion from Zoe she said yes.

The group of girls were walking down a district known for its stores. (Y/n) stayed close to Zoe since she was the only person that the (e/c) eyed girl actually knew to some extent. Zoe picked up a cute little pouch and showed it to the girls.

"Don't you think it looks cute? Should I buy it?" - Zoe

"Goodness. It's kinda ugly. It doesn't suit you. You should get something else." - Yui

Zoe looked down. Feeling a little sad at what was said.

"I think it suits you. If you like it, buy it." (Y/n) said to Zoe. Zoe debated in her head but decided in not to get it.

"It's okay. I'll leave it." - Zoe

"Are you sure? You looked really happy when you picked it up." - (Y/n)

"I'm sure." - Zoe

And so the group of girls spent the rest of the day walking and buying some things here and there, until it was finally time to head home. Thru all the time they were shopping, Yui kept glancing at (Y/n). She looked as the (s/c) skin-colored girl did not buy anything. (Y/n) just looked at the stuff and did not pick anything.

"(Y/n) ~ You didn't buy anything? Don't you have any money?" - Yui

"I do. It's just that nothing really interests me." - (Y/n)

"Really? Why don't you buy this? ~ I think it suits you. It's really pretty~" Yui said, extending her hand to show a badly looking necklace.

"If you like it so much, why don't you buy it for yourself." (Y/n) said looking at Yui. (Y/n) knew what Yui was trying to do, and so she was trying to provoke the girl. Yui was frozen, should she buy it and not lose her facade or just leave it at that.

"Sure!" Yui had lost. So, she went and bought the necklace.

After the decision made, it was finally time to go home. The girls started to separate and make their own way to each of their houses.

"Hey (Y/n). You are heading the same direction as where my house is. Should we walk together?" It was Yui, now walking next to (Y/n).

"Sure. I guess." With that said, the two girls started walking down the sidewalk.

"Hey (Y/n). Can I say something to you?" - Yui

"What is it?" - (Y/n)

"Stay away from Daniel. He's going to be mine~" - Yui

"I don't understand what you are saying." - (Y/n)

"You know what I'm talking about. Everyone at school knows that Daniel is really handsome, and I am the prettiest girl at school and the number one person in the streaming service. So, of course we are meant to be together. So I am telling you to back off before you regret it. Daniel is mine." - Yui

"First of all, Daniel is his own person. Second, he can do and be with whoever he wants. Third, I don't really care about you. Fourth, you don't know me that well so don't try and threaten me. So if you want to try something against me, I would suggest you better think before you act" (Y/n) said coming closer to Yui's face, giving Yui a glare that scared her. After finishing the conversation, (Y/n) left Yui standing in the sidewalk alone.

~Time Skip ~ Next Day~

It was the next day at school. Zoe walked up to where Yui and two other girls were sitting in the classroom. Zoe saw that Yui had the little pouch that she had showed her yesterday. Zoe tried to talk to them but they ignored her. Then Daniel and (Y/n) came into the classroom walking together. Yui immediately went to talk to Daniel and to show him the pouch. At lunch time (Y/n) was in the bathroom, washing her hands and minding her own business. When suddenly Yui and her two lackeys walked into the bathroom.

"I thought I told you to stay away from Daniel." - Yui

"And I thought I told you that Daniel is his own person and that he can do whatever he wants to do." - (Y/n)

"Fine. If you are not going to listen then maybe this will show you what happens if you don't." Yui said. She then took out a bag full of food she got from the cafeteria and dumped it on top of the (h/c) hair girl.

"This is the first warning. Don't try and make me do a second one." And with that said Yui left the bathroom with the two girls behind her following her. (Y/n) just stayed frozen in place. The food that had been thrown on top of her head had some sauce that was now making it's way down her shirt. Staining the white bottom up uniform. From a stall in the bathroom Zoe came out and saw what had happened to (Y/n).

"Are you okay?" - Zoe

"Yeah. I guess I am leaving school early today." - (Y/n)

"Do you want me to get your bag?" - Zoe

"That would be great. Thanks." And so, Zoe went to get (Y/n)'s bag while (Y/n) tried to get as much food out of her hair to then go home.
