Entering the classroom... Naina was going to take her seat. When she heard,
"Oye chashmish!"

Naina looked around, she gulped... when she saw the famous bully gang of college...sitting at the back of the class.

Sameer and his friends... Munna, Pandit, Preeti, Swati, Sunaina and Kartik.
The whole college feared them...reason; Sameer's dad was the trustee of this college whereas Kartik's mom was principal of the college.
And everyone else too belonged to the family with rich background.

They used to bully each and every student, but there favourite one was Naina.

Naina slowly walked towards them...fixing her specs.

"Jo kam bola tha woh hua."
Sunaina asked with a smirk playing on her face.

"Ji...hogaya." Naina replied meekly...again touching her specs nervously.

Kartik rolled his eyes and said, "Toh muhurat ka intezaar kar rahi ho... jao lekar aao."

Naina hurriedly nodded and went towards her bag. She picked out three files and again goes back to them.

Sameer forwards his hand and said,
"Lao do."

For the first time in whole conversation, Naina looked up and stared at Sameer. She passed on the file nervously.
His hand slightly brushed hers... Naina heart skipped a beat.

The files contained the assignment given by the teacher... it was of Sunaina, Kartik and Sameer.

Sameer pass on the file to Sunaina and Kartik. They checked if Naina has done their work or not.
Naina nervously looked at them...only she knows, how she had completed this in two days... the whole month work... she had to do in just three days.
She stayed up till late night to complete it.

"Hmm... good. "
Sameer said keeping his file on the table. The compliment almost brought smile on her face but she bit her lips.
She nodded and was going back to her seat but just then Sunaina signalled Kartik. He smirked and puts his feet in her way.
Naina didn't notice and tripped. She fells down with a thud.
Her specs fells on the floor.

The whole class laughed... Naina tries to get up but winces as she got scratched at her elbow.
Getting up, she looked at Kartik, who laughed and showed his hands in surrender... signalling at Sunaina, who said,

"Kya hua... aaj mummy ne khana kam diya? Taqat nahi hai."

Naina was a little plump... neither fat nor slim. She had a cute figure... but she always wore lose Kurtis... which kind of made her look more fat. But Naina never minded... she loved herself.

But seeing everyone laughing at her... she felt a little very hurt.
She saw Sameer was too chuckling softly. Lowering her head and quietly picking her specs... she goes back to her seat. Just then the teacher enters the room.
Naina slowly glances at one person... for whom she can do anything...for whom she stayed up all night.
If it wasn't for him... she would not have worked hard so much.
She doesn't want him to lose marks.

Sameer... Sameer Maheshwari. That one person whom she was crazy for. She sometimes can't believe how can she love that person who hurts her everytime.

Naina was hopelessly and irrecoverably, in love with Sameer... since she first saw him. However, he was unknown to this...till now.

Sameer, being the handsome and rice boy in the whole school, was quite famous.
Whereas, Naina... she was just a typical nerd. The girl who wore specs... the girl with sticky oily hair.
She was teacher's favorite but was bullied by everyone in school...including Sameer.

Naina was being called by many names... "Chashmish... Behenji... tail ki factory...fatty."

But she never got effected by anyone. But seeing Sameer calling her with these names... she felt hurt... very hurt.

Naina herself doesn't know when she started falling for him. She knew... he will never like her.
And if they ever get together... she knew they would make the worst couple. Putting it in a way of fairy tales...he was kind of a prince and she was... just a maid.

But who knew... she was the princess in the disguise... the one who was made for the prince.

Naina was going towards the library... it was a free period. But before going there, she thought,
"Ek baar... Sameer ko dekh lu."

Giggling softly, she heads towards the canteen. The spot where the gang hangs out often.
Sitting outside the canteen, the whole gang were talking and laughing.

Naina stood a little far and saw Sameer, who was smiling widely... his eyes were shining with happiness and mischief.
Seeing him, a smile spread on her face too... she blushed looking at him with dreamy eyes.

"Tum hanste hue...muskurate hue bohat pyaare lagte ho, Sameer."

Suddenly, she saw Sameer smile vanished. She found him looking at Sunaina with longing eyes, who was flirting with Kartik... both were lost in each other.

Naina pursed his lips... if only he could see the longing in her eyes too.
She turned around and goes to library.

Every girl of the college has a crush on Sameer. But Sameer never paid any heed to them. Naina always thought maybe the girls here didn't matched his taste but one day... one day she saw the longing and sadness... the sadness which she always experienced whenever her heartbreaks seeing other girls flirting with him.

She saw this feelings in Sameer's eyes too, when on the fresher's day Kartik and Sunaina danced together... they performed on a romantic song.

Naina too wanted to dance with Sameer...but she could only wished. Watching other girls dancing with their love partners... made her sad. And looking at Sameer reaction... at Kartik and Sunaina dance... she felt her heart break.

That day she realised... Sameer loves Sunaina.
