You woke up and from the moment you woke up you were determined that the world was against you today. Of all days for a a bad day it had to be Valentines Day. You got your period, your crush didn't ask you out, there was no food in the house, and it was raining.

"UGH!" You screamed as tears pricked your eyes. Damn these emotions.

A knock sounded at your door and at this point you were so done with life.

"GO AWAY!" You yelled through tears.

"Y/N?" Boromir asked "are you alright?"

You quickly stood and fixed your hair and tried to wipe your eyes from crying before answering the door, he was your crush after all.

"Boromir hey!"you tried to sound chirpy. "What can I do for you?"

"Can I come in? I'm kind of drowning in the rain right now. " he laughed as you let him in.

"Why were you yelling for people to go away?" Boromir asked as he took off his cloak. "Are you hurt?"

You sighed, "no it's just been a long day. And I'm not feeling the best."

He nodded before a grin plastered on his face "I might be able to cheer you up."

"With what?" You asked as he pulled out a bag of Lindirs Chocolate.

"CHOCOLATEEEEEEE." You spoke in a deep voice "my precious!"

"There's more." He smiled as he pulled out a beautiful wolf stuffed animal.

"Boromir you shouldn't have!" You grinned your mood taking a total 360 "your the best!"

He grinned as he hid one more item behind his back.

"There is one more thing I could give to you, but you would have to answer a question."

"What question is that?"

"Will you allow me to court you?" Boromir Asked nervously as you stared at him in shock.

"Really?"

He smiled as he pulled you to him. "Really really."

"Of course!" You spoke as you wrapped an arm around his waist.

The rest of the day was spent reading by the fire as the rain continued to pour. It was indeed a most unexpected Valentines Day....one you would never forget.
