Hello hello! Welcome to my ONC 2025 entry!
I never thought I'd say this, but this is my 4th time competing, and
I am beyond excited to write again! I took a break last April,
writing fanfiction behind the scenes and 
caring for my health. Ofc, those fics will have to wait 🤭

Now that I am well-rested, I'm ready to get back into it!
This book is a spin-off of Rhazien and is meant to be read as a stand-alone.

You do not need to read the Rhazien to understand how each world connects as each world has there own characters, themes and settings.
With that said, I took down the Rhazien to expand it and pursue publishing it as a physical copy.

This story will have a mix of genres such as fantasy, gothic fiction, mystery/thriller, science fiction, vampire, etc.

I'm choosing to forgo writing a synopsis of this story, allowing my readers to uncover its mysteries on their own, and I don't want to spoil the background of our beloved zombie, Lysandre. 🤭

After seeing all of the prompts, I was inspired by two in particular,
the first being my main and the second as a sub-prompt.

I am altering the second one a bit by creating it as such:

❝Let's play the game of colours: they'll paint me red because
they love me, and I'll paint you black because
I want you gone.❞

This story will also have a mix of science fiction, magic, and gritty themes,
which is making my mind bloom with so many ideas for this story <3
As you can tell, I've been dying to write another gritty yet psychological thriller :3

With most -- or not all of my stories, I love adding symbolic pieces and a trail for my
readers to find! So there will be a trail left in my story for you to find :)

LYSANDRE blends a fantasy setting with gritty yet magical themes,
which will be purely fictitious to the author's imagination. Nothing will be entirely
based on a real-life timeline or 100% facts relating to medieval history. I shall bend
and shape this world with my will ;3

If I had it my way, this story's setting would be based on several shades of black, white, and greys, and adding certain colours such as reds and greens XD

Some parts will be labelled with the word count, for example: (2000 words), while others will have a bolded word stating at the end of the chapter where the word count is. 

The word Lysander (which I spelled differently) comes from the Greek
origin, meaning "liberator".
