Talia could hear her sister's voice as the doors to the cafeteria opened she was asking questions about who the Cullens were.

Rosalie and Emmett walked in first and Talia looked over at the table her sister was at and she noticed that the girl Jessica Stanley was looking back since her back was to them before she turned back to answer Bella.

Talia knew that she had to talk to Edward about her sister and she had planned to do it during lunch. She knew her sister was asking questions and being nosy. Alice nudged Talia to get her attention "you can walk in with Liam and I."

Talia smiled at the vampire "okay thanks Alice," that being said Liam opened the door again and held it open for the two girls as they walked in Liam spun his girlfriend around and then Alice linked her arm with Talia. They walked past the table Bella was at and were close enough to hear Jessica say "I don't know how your sister managed that Bella, they usually keep to themselves and don't interact with anyone else." the envy was clear in the brunette's voice as she spoke. Then she went back to talking about the Cullens.

The two sat at the table while Talia went to get some food, then she took the empty seat to the left of Alice. A few minutes later Edward and Jasper had joined them, Jasper sat in the seat next to Talia, she smiled at him and Alice gave the two a knowing look.

Edward had glanced over at Bella and Talia noticed so she looked down and closed her eyes dropping her shield just a little bit to where he could hear what she was thinking at that moment but he couldn't read what she didn't want him to. She had closed her eyes to ensure no one else saw her eyes since they glowed red when she used her powers and that was included in dropping her mental shield. Once it was down though she opened her eyes and looked at Edward he was surprised that he could suddenly read some of her thoughts but the rest was still surrounded by the red mist.

"I wouldn't bother getting involved with my sister, she is annoyingly persistent when she wants to know something and you've already piqued an interest in her not that she would admit it out loud though. She knows that something is different and she won't stop until she knows what it is, there is also the fact that it will turn into a big mess... just trust me on this one you don't want that, it's not worth it, it will turn toxic and that is not healthy for anyone. Just don't give her a reason to be more curious about you."

Edward just stared at Talia for a few moments before she glanced back at Bella. he was curious as to how the redhead knew that. Then she looked back down and popped her shield back up completely and Edward could no longer read her mind at all he was once again fully met with red mist surrounding her mind.

That made the telepath even more curious about Talia, she had just talked directly to him through her mind like she knew he could read it, she just smirked at him noticing the look he was giving her then she turned and started talking to Jasper.

The empath was looking at her "so Talia what do you have after lunch?"

"Biology is right after, then PE, and my last class is Art."

Alice leaned over joining in the conversation "Edward and I are in your Biology class, Emmett, Rose, and Jasper are in your PE class and Liam, Jasper, and I are in your art class."

Talia smiled at her "okay that this is nice to know." So the rest of their lunch period was spent with the Cullens getting to know a little more about Talia.

Talia was met with her sister at her locker after lunch and she rolled her eyes at the look on Bella's face "how did you manage to get the most closed-off people in this school to invite you of all people to sit with them at lunch."

Talia rolled her eyes "Bella, I don't see how that is any of your business..." then Talia grabbed her stuff and closed her locker walking away from her sister, following the directions that Alice had given her to get to the Biology classroom.

She walked in before her sister and smiled at Mr. Molina handing him her slip to be signed he nodded at her "here are your books and why don't you have a seat beside Ms. Cullen?" Talia nodded and walked towards Alice.

The vampire smiled at her "Hi Talia."

"Hey, Alice."

"So Rose and I are planning a shopping trip to Port Angeles soon, you should come it will be fun."

Talia shrugged "sure I'd love to just let me know when so I can tell my dad about it beforehand."

"Of course as soon as we decided on when I'll let you know." they talked a little while longer before Bella walked into the classroom she stopped right in front of the fan sending her scent right towards Edward making him go rigid at the scent of her blood.

Talia rolled her eyes and muttered knowing that he would hear her "just remember what I said earlier... don't act so suspicious it's only going to fuel her curiosity."

Alice looked at Talia curiously not knowing what she was talking about but she didn't say anything about it. Edwards glanced back at Talia as Bella took her seat beside Edward, who did the opposite of what Talia said and slide as far away from Bella as he could.

Talia rolled her eyes again and she held her hand over her mouth so it didn't seem like she was talking to herself and muttered "dumbass, that is exactly what I said not to do." He didn't look at her this time.

Alice looked at her even more curious because from where she sat it looked like Talia was talking to Edward but it was so low that you'd have to have enhanced hearing to even understand it was like she knew that he would hear her.

Edward had been the first one to leave the classroom at the end of class making Talia roll her eyes again he was doing the exact opposite of what she said.

Alice smiled at her "Jasper is going to meet you at your locker and take you to the gym I am going to see what's wrong with Edward." Talia nodded at her.

"Okay, I will see you in Art then."

Alice smiled at her again "bye Talia."

The redhead made her way to her locker and sure enough, Jasper was there waiting for her, she smiled at him "Hi."

"Hi." Talia put her stuff in her locker and then the two made their way to the gym.

Alice caught up with Edward "what happened?"

Edward gritted his teeth looking at Alice "Bella is my blood singer."

Alice nodded "what was that thing with Talia in class what did she mean?"

He sighed "at lunch I tried to read her mind and all I saw was a red mist surrounding her mind like it was protecting it, then suddenly I could read just one part of her mind what she was thinking at the moment and the rest was once again protected by the red mist. It was like she knew that I could read minds, she was talking right to me in her mind, she warned me about getting involved with her sister and to not give Bella a reason to be more curious about us."

Alice nodded at him "but your reaction to the scent of her blood had the opposite effect to what Talia had said."

He nodded "it caught me off guard... but how did Talia know and in Biology she was talking at barely a whisper like she knew I would hear it, does she know about us? and if she does then how does she know?"

Alice sighed this time "I don't know you know as well as I do that the only clear thing in my visions about her is that she's Jaspers mate and that's why her scent overrides everyone else's when he's near her."
