"Doctor how is she?" Nandu asked the him.

"She is fine Nandini but need proper rest and soon she will gain her conscious" doctor said and went out.

"Thank you aiyappa for saving my ma. I am not a coward to let you alone ma" she saw her and went to home.

Afternoon Manik came home to pick Nandu. Today is her first ultra sound and they both gonna see their baby.

"Nandu ready na?" He asked keeping his bag aside.

"Yes Manik" she came getting her hand bag. Manik took the bag and helped her to walk.

"Manik you are behaving like i am sick. Pls leave my hand i can walk" she annoyed.

"Shh baby it's just for safety as my baby will always love to ran rather than walking" he teased her.

"Idiot" she murmured. Both drove to the hospital.

"Nandini so are you ready to see your baby?" Doctor asked her.

"Even i am too excited kavya. Can't you see me?" Manik mocked.

"See dear he is more excited than you! Desperate daddy" she mocked which made Nandu chuckled.

"Ms. kavya can your behave like a professional doctor?" Manik raised his eyebrows.

"Sure Mr.Malhotra" she giggled and applied the gel on Nandu's stomach.

Both saw the monitor slowly to witness their love of life. They could see two ball size figures in the screen. Nandu clutched Manik's hand in happiness.

"It's twins guys" doctor declared.

Manik's eyes became watering to see his blood and flesh in the screen. Doctor went out to give them space.

"Our babies Manik" she cried showing the screen.

"This the best ever moment of my life and thanks Nandu for giving me a reason to live for" he kissed her forehead with Love.

"You are the best man in my life Manik Malhotra" she hugged him.

"Ahem! If your hugging session over shall i come in?" Kavya chuckled from outside.

"Here came the drama queen, come na" he mocked.

"So how is the feeling to become a parent of two?" She giggled

"I am little nervous" Nandu whispered.

"Uff dear no need to worry. Just take all the medicines i have prescribed and keep your mind peaceful" she suggested.

"Manik come with me for a minute" she took him outside.

"Kavya anything serious?" Manik asked being worried.

"Not serious but you should take care of herself. It's tough for her body to carry two healthy babies in her womb, dnt make her worry for anything. Do whatever she wants and be her side" she suggested.

"Hmm you scared me yaar! Sure i will take care all my babies" he said and went out to see Nandu.

"Manik what she told?" She questioned.

"Nothing dear, just basic things only" he said and bith went to cafe.

"Manik i want to tell you something but promise me you won't get angry" Nandu asked being nervous.

"Acha see i won't get angry. Chill! Now tell me" he asked in a calm tone.

"I met my mom few months back Mani" she said keeping her head down.

"Mom? Tell me clearly" he asked

"One day i got a call from a random person stating she know about my mom ans dad. I met her and come to know my mom is in mental hospital after my father ditched her. Pls Manik dnt get angry on me i just did what came on my mind that time" she said being scare to witness his anger. Manik fisted his hands but composed himself not to shout on her.

"Nandini seriously you believed some random person but what if anything wrong happened? How can you lie to me na?" He asked in a plain voice

"Manik see if you know my dad for sure you won't let him live. I dnt want any mess in your life because of me Manik. I am really sry, i waited for crt time to tell you Manik. Not other intentions" she cupped his hands with tears.

"Shh dnt cry, you should not stress yourself. But promise me it will be the first and last lie between us. If anything happens to you i will die at that minute itself" he said looking at her wys deeply..

"Dnt!! Nothing will happen to all the babies of yours" she assured him

"Where is your mom now?" He asked.

"She is hospital only, today morning she got panic attack and doctors kept her under observation" she said.

"Tmrw we will go to meet her. Between who is the random person?" He asked her

"She is my school trustee Manik and vety sweet woman ever i have seen" she praised her.

"Then definitely you should invite her our home. Even i am glad to meet her" he said.

"Sure Manik, shall we leave home? I am feeling tiered" shs pouted.

"Uff sry baby, come let's go" he carefully took her hand and both left to home.

After freshen up Nandu slept being tiered. Manik sat near her caressing her hairs...

"I was hell angry Nandini, you know i hate liers but i cant get angry on you especially at this time. You shouldn't stress yourself but i wonder still you are not comfortable with me to share your pain. It's the time Nandu i should make you feel good and sure you will enjoy my surprise Mrs.Nandini Manik Malhotra" she pecked her head and slept.

Next day Nandu took Manik tto hospital. Still her mom is in unconscious state. Manik spoke with doctor about her treatment. He wanna take her home but as per hospital rules Mithra's guardian is her younger brother who is in America. Without his permission they can't take her anywhere.

"Soon she will be fine baby" Manik said to Nandu whi is seeing her sleeping mom.

"She needs to Manik. Even though she hated me and threw me out i need my answers Manik. Why they both made my childhood as a hell?" she kept her head on his shoulder.

"Hmm baby, tmrw you have a special surprise. So let's purchase some dress for you" he said

"Surprise? I am excited Mani" she giggled.

Neyonika was shocked to witness the love birds who are clinging to eachother arms.

"Why this dumb girl said about her mom to Manik. I thought to create a misunderstanding between them but plan flopped. I have to do anything to seperate them. Think Neyo" she was very much tensed.

The doctor and other nurse rushed inside Mithra's room who was shouting. Neyo also went along with them to get a golden opportunity.

"Mam are you fine?" Doctor asked her

"Yes doctor! But why i am here?" She questioned..

"You are under our treatment for more than 20 yrs. First let me check about your health" the doctors examined her fully.

"Ms.Kapoor you are pretty much fine now. Tell me about you" he asked.

"I am Mithra Kapoor, daughter of famous business man ram Kapoor and leading fashion designer, but what happened to me doctor?" she said   

"You are mentally disturbed for few years and projected this doll as your daughter but by god's grace your original daughter came into your life again. She is the one who calmed you with her love and care" doctor smiled.

"Daughter but where is she?" She questioned.

"She is busily roaming with her boy friend Ms.Kappor" Neyonika said smirking at her.

"What?" She gasped.

"Yes she is in a live in relationship with famous business tycoon Manik Malhotra and it's a secret affair i should say" she declared.

"God!! But who are you to them?" She questioned.

"Manik is my step son but he is not good for your daughter Nandini. She is a gem who deserves a perfect man for her" Neyonika acted being worried.

"But how you know everything?"

"I know about everything even Q buzz bar secrets too. You and your beloved boy friend siraj used to hook up. Haina Mithra ji?" Neyonika smirked.

"It's impossible, how you know about my past?" She questioned.

"I have my ways to know, i seriously pity on your daughter who chosen a player as her partner. He even dnt want to marry her and i must congratulate you for your promotion, soon to be grandma" Neyo smirked.

"Means?"

"Means your daughter Nandini is pregnant before marriage. Like mother like daughter. Haina Mithra ji?" She asked

"It's wrong she should not do mistakes. For my one mistake i got 20 yrs punishment. What if she became another Mithra. God no!!! I dnt know who are you?! But pls help be if you are concerned" she asked

"I will do it gladly but in return i want your daughter to bahu of my house. My son loves her more than anything in the world and he is the correct guy for her who will give respectable name in the society unlike your daughter's livin in boyfriend" she mocked.

"I just want my daughter's happiness. Pls Neyonika ji help me to get Nandini from your step son" she asked taking her hands and cried.

"You should not stress for anything. Just let me handle this, wait and watch" she assured her.

"Now your destruction is in the way Manik Malhotra" Neyonika thought and left to see his son.
