"Bhaiya theek se utarna saman glass ka ha kahi tut na jae" a man in his mid thirties shouted while getting his things out of the truck.

"Haan bhaiya bas yahi rakho do, ha bas yahi" he directed the workers.

"Ye lijiye apka payment " he gave the workers went after taking their payments.

"Rajesh" a lady called.

"Aya shreya" the man said while moving inside.

"Sara saman rakh valiya na apne theek se" she asked.

"Haan sab hogaya tum tension nahi lo maine baat karli h abhi thodi der m ek maid ajaege to help theek h." He said.

"Ok ap thak gae honge m chai banate hu" she said and moved towards the kitchen.

"Yo toh theek h par ye hamare princess kaha h, kahi dikhai nahi de rahi" he asked.

"Puchiye mat jab se ae h tabse bas garden m hi ha ptani kya krne m lagi h" the lady complained making the man smile.

"M dekta hu" saying this he came in the garden where he saw his princes busy in collecting some things.

"Nandu" the man called making the girl immediately turn towards him.

Yes the girl is non other than nandini, the man is his father rajesh and the women is her mother shreya.

"Appa dekho maine kya banaya" she said while showing him a garland that she had made using different flowers.

"Arre vaah, bhut sunder h ab chalo andar chalo jldi nahi toh amma gussa karege" he said while holding her hand and binging her inside.

"Amma, see" she ran towards her amma showing her the garland with a never ending grin on her face.

"Wow..... My baby is so talented." Shreya said while cleaning the soil from her hands.

"Now go and quickly wash your hands. We will have your favourite dumpling ok" she said making her run towards the washroom.

After that they had there snacks and started arranging their furniture while nandini being a good girl sat in one corner with her colouring book.

It was night now whole they rajesh and shreya were busy setting the house. Being all tired rajesh ordered for food from outside and after having their dinner they all slept.

Next morning....

"Nandu beta jaldi brush karo u will get late beta" shreya shouted as nandini was standing in the washroom with brush in her mouth with eyes closed being sleepy.

"Nandu"  as soon as she heard shreya's angry voice she hurriedly completed her brush and went to get bath.

"Good morning appa" nandini came running down the stairs and hugged rajesh who was sitting on the sofa with his tea.

"Good morning princess" rajesh wished her back while picking her up and making her comfortable on his lap.

"All ready for school" rajesh asked making nandini grin.

"Yes appa, I m so excited."she said excited while showing her pearl white teeth.

"Great, my princess I looking so beautiful " rajesh said while kissing her cheeks and pulled her pony playfully.

"Appa no" she whinced making him smile.

"Rajesh ajaege breakfast ready h" shreya called. Rajesh got up holding nandini's hand and went for breakfast.

"Nandu no sharani school m" shreya said while feeding her.

"Ok amma" she replied.

"Ache se padhai karna" she again instructed her making her nod her head.

"Chalo shreya m nikalta hu, m Nandu ko school drop kardunga aur lene bhi chala jaunga, ajj first day h mera toh I will be free" rajesh said while picking up his bag and car keys.

"Ji, nandu mera bacha all the best." Saying this shreya kissed her cheeks making her grin.

"Thanku amma" in return she also kissed her cheek and with this the father daughter duo left.

Soon they both were outside nandini's school i.e St Joseph school.  Rajesh came out of the car and moved towards the school gate.

"Nandu appa will pick u up when the school will be over theek h" rajesh said making her nod her head.

"All the best take care" saying this he hugged her.

"Appa all the best to you too, apka bhi first day hana" she said making rajesh smile at her daughter.

"Thanku my princess, now go n rock your first day of school" rajesh said and with this she went in the school premises while rajesh left for his office.

Nandini was walking in the corridor finding her class room when she saw a lot of children's standing in a circle.

"Oh my god dekha isha arav ne kaise usse push kiya" a girl said to her friend in a scared fill tone grabbing nandini's attention.

Nandini's pro

"Ye sab yaha kyo khade h aise " i thought and moved towards them to see what is happening.

"How dare you" voice of a boy came.

"Sorry Arav" another boy apologized.

I moved further in the crowd and saw a tall boy standing holding the collar of another boy. The tall boy was looking at him angrily while the another boy was continuously apologizing.

"Wat do you think of yourself jante nahi ho kya mujhe how dare u stand infront of us"  the tall boy said and raised his hand to punch the boy.

"Stop" i shouted not being able to take it any more. I rushed towards them and stood infront of the tall guy shielding the other guy.

"Wohhhoooo......a saviour ha" the tall guy laughed while clapping his hands making all the students laugh.

"Move away ......uspe phle ki u regret it." He added further trying to scare me.

"Wats happening here kids??" A teacher came making every one quiet.

"Arav wat are u doing here??? Go back to your class and others you all also disperse" the teacher said.

The tall guy I guess Arav glared at me and left from there without saying anything.

"N u go to your class" the teacher said while looking at me.

"Mam I m new here. Can u please help me with my class" I asked.

"Ohh ok...u are in which class" she asked.

"Mam ninth B" I said.

"Ohh are u the new admission nandini Murty" she asked making me grin.

"Yes mam....came with me then. I m ur class teacher." She informed making me smile as she looked like a humble and sweet women. She took me to my class and introduced me to everyone. Then she made me sit beside a girl.

Our class teacher's name was mrs kapoor, she is our English teacher. The first two periods were of english only.

"Hello" the girl beside me said.

"Hi" i said and smiled at her.

"My name is kavya singh" she said.

"I m nandini Murty" i said and with this we shaked hands.

Now I have my first friend in school yeee.

It was lunch time and we both went to the canteen together.

"Tumhara lunch kaha h" I asked as she didnt had an lunch with her.

"M .....m lunch nahi latte...I eat from canteen daily." She said with a hint of sadness.

"Ohk .... Koi baat nahi m na ajj idle sambar lae hu.....mere amma ki favourite recipe. Toh we will share." I said.

With this she ordered her lunch and we both occupied a table for us.

We both were happily chatting and having our lunch when suddenly the tall boy ya Arav came in the canteen with another boy. They both were laughing on something but stopped seeing me.

"Ohhh look who is here" he said loudly and came toward us.

"Bhai" suddenly kavya came to my side.

"Bhai ye tumhara bhai h kya" i asked in disbelief as she is so nice and he is so bad.

"Hi sissy, let me talk to your friend." He said while glaring at me.

"Bhai leave us alone" kavya said while standing infront of me but stops seeing her brother angry.

"Kavya let me handle it" i said not wanting her to get involved in anything.

"Ohh....brave ha" he mocked me.

"Tum kya samjhte ho apne ap ko ha. Don't you know us" he roared making everyone quiet in the canteen.

"Don't mess with us" saying this he turned to leave but stops hearing me.

"Excuse me mister frankly I don't know you and neither I wish to know you" I said in full attitude.

"Miss little birdie got a big mouth ha" suddenly a voice came from somewhere startling us.

I looked at the gate and saw a very tall boy (aiyappa itna tall bhi koi hota h kya" I thought in my mind). Don't know when he came towards us as now he was standing infront of me with hands in his pocket. He was so handsome with brown orbs and pointed nose.

"Ohh hello" suddenly he clicked his fingers infront of my eyes bringing me back to reality.

"Abhi se bolti band" he mocked making everyone laugh at me.

"Manik did u heard wat was she saying" Arav said.

"Ohh toh the boys name I manik..." I thought.

"So kya kaha re thi tum ki u don't know us.....so sad let us tell you who I m " he said and grabbed my lunch from the table making me look at him with wide eyes.

"Lunch time bahut bhook lagi hana wait" he said while smelling my food.

"Mera lunch vapas karo" I said getting angry now.

"Ohh angry" he said ina mocking tone.

"Give it back" I said again while gritting my teeths.

"Acha lo" he said while forwarding my box back to me. I was about to grab it but suddenly he left it midway making it fall straightaway on the floor making me gasp.

"Opps sorry gir gaya... " Saying this he moved away from their laughing with his friends leaving me shocked.

I glared at him with all hatred and angrily marched towards him. I angrily held his hand tightly turning him towards me and punched him right below his lips making him gasp.
