"Nandu baby where are you?" Manik asked from the living room

"God I dnt know for what he is up to!" Nandu mentally prayed and went out

"What is my little wife doing inside?" He asked sarcastically

"Arranging the things in your room sir" she replied in low voice

"Did I asked you to do?" He questioned and she nodded no

"Then why you did? Are you annoying my words?" He shouted

"No sir sorry" she said appology

"Now like a good go and prepare lunch" he ordered

"Okay sir" she said and about to go he stopped

"Did I mentioned the receipe?" He smirked

"No sir" she shivered

"Nandu why are always love to make me angry!"

"No sir tell me what you want to have" she asked with a smile

"Butter chicken briyani and prawn fry" he smirked

"I am pure vegetarian sir and between I dnt know to prepare those items" she said with a pout

"It's your problem not mine" he said casually

"Please sir in future I will learn. Let me prepare the food I know. Atleast today?" she pleaded with a sad tone

"Fine, go but the lunch should be ready within 45 mints" he shouted

"But sir I think I can't prepare the lunch with the items you are having in the house!" She asked quickly

"So what ingredients madam wants?"

"I know sir because it's bachelor room and if you give money I will buy the things and prepare lunch" she said exicdedly

"What made you think that I will give you money?" He smirked

"Because you are also going to eat right and it's husband duty to feed his wife too" she raised her eyebrows with a smile

He twisted her hand and grabbed it towards him and his front his touching her back

"Nandini gowda, I think your little brain is thinking beyond limit. It's not good for you" he whispered in her ears

"If my husband holds me like this it will forget to function for sure. And it's Nandini Manik Malhotra sir" she said with a naughty grin

"You are such a drama queen and remember I will destroy you" he warned

"And you can try or destroy me sir. I will always ready for that"

"Take this money and come soon if you try to run away I won't spare you" he gave 2000rs

"I dnt know anyone except you in Mumbai, then how can I run away?"

"But I won't beleive you" he replied

"Sir bend down once. Please sir" she requested

Then she placed her hand on his head and said "it's Nandini promise sir I won't leave you till my dead"

"Argh stop these cheesy lines and get lost" he shouted and went to his room

"It's not cheesy sir it's my real promis" Nandini thought and went to buy the things

After 20 mints she brought all the products and paid the bill in the counter. Suddenly the things fell down from her hands as she slipped.

"May I help you miss?" She heated a voice and she nodded

"I hope you didn't get any wound" the person asked in concern

"Yes sir and thank you" she thanked him

"It's my pleasure and between I am smaran Gupta" he forwarded his hands

"Nandini" she said and joined her hands

"Nice name. I really surprised to see girl in such a traditional dress in a big city like Mumbai" he smiled

"I love to wear these clothes and i beleive people won't count you with clothes" she said with a small smile

"sorry if I conveyed my thoughts in wrong manner" he apologised and she nodded

"Hope will meet soon. Bye" he said and went

Nandu came to their house and started the cooking preparations... In another 45 mints she completed and kept all the dishes in the table

"God I hope sir will like all these foods" she thought and knocked his room door

"What?" Manik asked opened the door just in a towel

"Si..r foo..d pre...pared" she stammerred a like to see this naked body

"Dnt act like of you are seeing a man like this for first time. I know about you and your bawa vikram" he mocked

A tear drop came out from her eyes and left. In corner of his heart, he dnt like that tear but his mind want to see her sufferings to compensate his pain

He settled in the dinning table, she kept the food in the plate silently. But want to irritate her so starts the convo

"Nandini you are silent like seriously" he asked and she nodded

"This made my day. Nandini The silent killer right Nandu!" He asked

"Nothing sir" she replied in one word

"What is this?" He pointed the food

"It's mix vegetable briyani with garlic masala, chilli potato fries and banana lessi" she replied in a go

"I hate garlic" he mocked and took a bite. Literally he got surprised with the taste since he is eating daily which cabir made and for bachelor's they can't expect these types of spicy foods

"Fine good. But not up to the mark" he said with a plain face

Her smile dropped as she thought Manik will love her food and she managed to smile fakely

"Why you are watching me I will get stomach ache. Go and take the dried cloths and arrange it in my cupboard" he ordered. She nodded and went in

Once she went, Manik checked and started to eat the food like a hungry kid who didn't had food for ages

"This food is amazing and I think she started to do black magic to me like this. But she can't control Manik Malhotra. First I will complete this then will think about the torture" he said in between the food

After 30 mints Nandini came to the dinning hall and shocked to see the only one scoop of rice is left for her. Her mind jumped in happiness as he liked her food

"I am very hungry that's why had fully orelse who ll touch that food!" He made another face

"Yes sir I know" she laughed

"Dnt laugh. It's irritating me" he warned but she continued the smiling

"I said stop" he shouted and threw a jug full of water on her

"Sirrrr" she shouted

"This is what I can do if you not take my words. Now go and laugh in the washroom" he smirked

"God why he always loves to irritate me" she complained and went to have a shower

"Why this water is this much chill. Morning I managed some what but now I can bear this chilness" she thought to ask Manik's help

"Sir" she called him from stepping out
She is wearing her under skirt till her chest and Manik eyes got fill attention of his cleavage

"Dnt dare to seduce me now" he warned before she say further

"Sir not that. The water is very chill. How can I take bath now?" She asked innocently

"It's your problem not mine" he made is famous smirk

"Sir please I need to bath" she pleaded

"Fine switch on the heater. After 5 mints you will get the hot water in tap" he said

"Thank you sir" he said and went in

After exact 2 mints he heard her shout.

"God this girl eating my brain" HS cursed and got up

"Nandini open the door" he found the door locked but having no reply he broke the door with full force

He saw her lying unconscious in the floor with wet skirt. He took her in hands and placed her in the bed. He removed her short and covered with the sheet

"Nandini wake up" he tapped her. Cheeks. But no response form her. He checked her pulse and it's dropping slowly

"Nandini get up dnt play with me I will kill you" she said and pinged her waist but still no response

He got panic and rubbed her palms and feet. Even he pumped her chest a little but still no result

"God why you made me to do this. But really I don't want to do" he cursed

"Let her die like this Manik" his mind commanded

"No it's wrong even though she did some wrong but you shouldn't leave humanity" his heart ached

"Shit shit. You have to do this Manik" he said and placed his lips on her to give oxygen

For two mints he continued the same and once again pumped her chest Nandini he shouted

"Ahhh" she got with a jerk

She said Manik and collapsed in his arms and cried breathing heavily. he hugged her back to console her

" Fine nothing happened realx" he tapped her back light

"Thank you sir" she said tears

"It's okay take rest. I am going out will come late night" he said

She nodded and lied while crying

He took one pair of dress and got changed in washroom. When he came out he saw her crying still

"Nandini I said stop crying and sleep" he shouted

"Listen I ll lock the door outside. So dnt scare and take rest" he said and went out after locking the main door
