Chapter Twenty-Five

Jungkook

I bit my lip as I hurried down the road, wanting to get home as soon as possible. Things changed when I kissed Yoongi. I thought I was doing it as payback, and I was, but during my payback I ended up going too far. I went too far but I really liked it.

The feeling of his lips on mine, licking my bottom lip as his hands went through my hair. That scent of his being closer than ever before and his soft skin with my tongue against it..

I liked it a lot.

When I finally pulled in the driveway, I noticed another car. My eyes widened as I realized who's car it was. I stepped out of my car and walked inside the house. "Mom? Dad?" I questioned. Jin came walking through a door with a smile on his face, talking to my mom.

"They are such a nice couple. You should've seen them the other day when Mr. Min—"

"Mom?" I stepped in front of her. She looked up at me with surprise in her eyes. Her lips formed a familiar smile. "Kookie!" She cheered.

My mom wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tightly. "I haven't seen you in weeks. How are you doing? I hear you and Yoongi are doing very nice." She smiled a creepy smile before wiggling her eyebrows.

"Mom, no!" I groaned. Jin tilted his head and furrowed his eyebrows. "I mean- I don't want to talk about those things with you." I said.

Mom rolled her eyes at me. "Show me your room, Kookie. I've never been here before."

I bit my lip as I looked up the stairs. Honestly, I wanted to go up to my room and lock myself in there for forever because of the Yoongi thing, but I didn't want to reject my mother.

  "Okay." I gave in.

Mom smiled as I grabbed her hand and led her up the stairs. She looked back to see if anyone was following us, and when she realized nobody was, she smiled. "So, you and Yoongi, huh?" She laughed. "Should've known you were easy to fall for someone. I'm the same exact way. Your father caught me easily."

I rolled my eyes as we stepped into my room. "Mom, I'm not falling for anyone. And speaking of dad, where is he?" I asked her.

"He's at work. He actually had a meeting with Yoongi today." She said as she started fixing my bed so it would be more fancy to look at. "I could've sworn I saw maids in this house, why isn't your bed fixed?" She shook her head.

I stopped her from fixing my bed. "I told them I'd fix it when I got back home." I said. She realized what I said and smiled up at me.

"Yeah! Seokjin told me that you were going to give your husband his lunch." She said. "Did you give him a special treat before you left?" She said in a jokingly way, but I almost fell to the ground once I realized I sort of did.

"W-What? No, mom. I- what do you mean?"

Mom stopped laughing as she looked into my eyes. I looked away from her, not wanting the eye contact. "So you did?" Her mouth opened. "Jeon Jungkook! I thought you were waiting until marriage!" She said disappointingly.

"Mom! No! Nothing like that happened.." I pouted. "Besides.. I am married." I smiled.

She chuckled and hit my arm. "Then what did you do to the boy?" She asked me. I fiddled with my blanket and sighed.

  "It's a long story.." I said.

"I've got time." She sat down.

——

After a long day of explaining my situation to my mom, we were finally just sitting in my room and talking about types of foods instead.

Weird, I know, but Mom loves food.

I told her all of the nice meals that everyone, especially Jin, has made me while I'm here. She nodded her head and smiled. "Seokjin is a very nice man. I want to taste his food." She said. I smiled and pointed at the door.

"I'm sure he's making dinner now."

Mom's eyes widened. "I want to see how he cooks!" She stood up and headed for my door. As she was about to open it, it already did.

Yoongi was now in front of my mom with wide eyes. "Oh, um, Hello." He said awkwardly. Mom smiled up at him and then looked at me.

"I was just going downstairs." She winked.

I bit my lip as she walked away, not sure as to what Yoongi was going to do. He walked towards me after Mom closed the door.

  "Jeon." He said sternly.

"Hello to you too, my love." I smiled weakly. Yoongi's eyes darkened "I thought we had a deal? Everyone in the office fucking talked about what you did." He walked towards me.

My body suddenly became stiff as his eyes were staring hard into mine. "I- I was just caught in the moment.. I—"

"Shut up, Jeon." He cut me off.

He placed his hand on the bed next to me and looked into my eyes with no expression. "Since we're breaking so many rules today.." He slowly slid his hand up my waist. The closer his face got to mine, the more anxious I felt.

"Y-Yoongi.." I looked up into his eyes.

His lips brushed against mine and he smirked. "I know, baby boy." He said, making my heart skip a beat at the name. "Trust me. Next time you break a rule, it'll be worse."

Yoongi backed away from me and gave me a pointed look before he stepped out of my room. I sat there like an idiot for the longest time, trying to calm my breathing and heart beat.

I laid back completely on my bed, closing my eyes as I tried to think. "My Kookie did what?!" I heard my mom yell from downstairs.

I shot up from my bed and furrowed my eyebrows.

What the hell did Yoongi do?

I ran down the stairs with a frown on my face. "Mom?" I questioned as I almost tripped over the dining room table. She was sitting at the table across from Yoongi with a surprised look.

  "Kookie!" Mom looked at me.

Yoongi smiled happily as he looked up at me. "Mom, why did you scream?" I asked her.

Mom looked at Yoongi and smiled. "Yoongi was just telling me about how—"

"Wait!" Yoongi stopped her. She was startled, but stopped for him anyways. "I didn't want him to know about that yet." Yoongi said. Mom nodded at him and smiled. "Okay." She said.

I furrowed my eyebrows and tried to pull out a chair next to my mom, but she insisted that I sit next to my husband instead. "Yoongi," I said slowly as I sat down next to him. "What is it? What were you telling my mom?" I asked him.

"Oh, nothing." He sipped his water and my mom smiled up at him.

"Mom, I don't know what he said, but—" I stopped myself as Seokjin walked in the room. "Mr. Min, your guests will be arriving soon." Jin said as he clapped his hands together.

I looked at Yoongi and tilted my head. "Guests? Why are we having guests?" I asked.

Yoongi merely snapped his fingers and furrowed his eyebrows. "Jin, take Mom and show her to the guest room. The women's one. Help her find a dress to wear." He said. "We already had the discussion, just listen to her."

Jin nodded as my mom stood up.

"See you in a little bit, Kookie." She said.

I waved bye to her and waited until they left to turn back to Yoongi. "Don't ever call her 'Mom' again." I said sternly. Yoongi raised his eyebrow and leaned back in his chair.

"Yes sir." He chuckled. "You need to go get dressed. We're having a small party. Formal."

I stuck my lip out and looked at the ground.

I don't like parties or being formal.

"Stop sulking and go. I know you're introverted, but a little party never hurt anyone." Yoongi said as he stood up.

——

  This party is so lame.

There was classical music and boring greetings all night long. I was about to fall asleep as Yoongi introduced me to people.

So.. I decided to spice it up.

  My goal: Make Yoongi mad.

I'm a brat, yes, but he dragged me into this stupid party and so I'm going to get revenge. I put my chin on his shoulder, making him look smaller than he already was, and smiled at all of the people who were talking to him.

"Baby, do you want me to go get us a drink?" I asked loud enough for the people to hear. Yoongi twisted his head to look at me. "Sure."

I smiled as I made my way to the drinks, getting fruit punch for the both of us. The house was now covered with tables and people who were either taking the little sandwiches or slow dancing and talking to others.

When I made my way back to Yoongi, he sighed quietly. "Here you go sweetie. Enjoy your drink. I made sure to not get alcohol. I know how much that gets to you." I smiled.

I knew I was lying about the alcohol part, but then again, I still didn't know because of the last time he got drunk. Oh yeah..

Maybe I should've got him alcohol.

"Thanks." Yoongi said between gritted teeth. The people finally left us alone and Yoongi turned back to me. "You're asking for it." He said as he grabbed my hand and started leading me to the stairs. Before he could take me up, a person stopped us.

  "Jungkook?" The person said.

I turned around at the familiar voice, making Yoongi stop with me. Surprise filled my face as I realized Jay was here, dressed well and smile planted on his face as he saw me.

"Hello again, Jay." I said blankly.

Jay walked towards me and Yoongi with his drink in his hand. "Hello to you again." He said to Yoongi. Yoongi just stood there and stared up at him with no emotion. "Where are you guys headed to?" Jay asked us.

I clenched my hand, but realized that Yoongi was still holding my hand, so I let go of it.

Holy shit. Where are we going?

"Uh, we were just—"

"I was taking my husband upstairs." Yoongi smiled and placed his hand on my waist. "Guess I couldn't contain myself any longer, if you know what I mean." Yoongi laughed the fakest laugh I had ever heard.

Jay looked uncomfortable as he realized what Yoongi had said. "Looks kind of like you were forcing JK up the stairs." He laughed too. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were." He said. My eyes widened as I looked at Jay. He looked back at me and smirked. "I bet I wouldn't have to force you up those stairs." He got closer to me. I could smell the alcohol in his breath and I scrunched up my nose.

"I bet you will fucking get your ass beat if you tried it." Yoongi stepped in front of me. "Jungkook is my husband, so back the fuck off of him or I'll kick you out myself." He said.

My eyes squinted up and a smile formed on my face as I thought about how funny Yoongi's jealously is. I'm not even his real husband, but he sure is a good actor when it comes to it.

Jay backed away from Yoongi and shrugged.

"It was worth the shot." He said.

After that, Yoongi and I went back to our normal state, greeting people and boring ourselves to death. Even he was tired.

"Let's get this damn party started!" I heard Jimin yell from across the room. I smiled and face palmed as he hooked up his phone to a speaker and started playing music.

"What the—"

A ton of cheers stopped Yoongi from getting Jimin down off of a table. "Whatever." Yoongi smiled and set his drink down to pick up a glass of alcohol instead. "Yeah! Mr. Min!" Someone from the crowd yelled over the music.

I smiled as I watched Yoongi start to actually party like a real party should be treated.

Thank God. I was falling asleep.
