"...And there." I finish totally embarrassing myself.

I immediately jump up back to my seat next to Peter who looks pained for me at the cringe-worthy saga that is called my life.

"I felt that." Peter mutters nudging me.

"Satan is laughing at me." I mumble back.

"That wasn't too bad..." Ned tries to save the situation from my right.

"Ned." "Come on man." Me and Peter says simultaneously.

I blush as I catch Peter's eyes. His face is so cute when he smiles. Peter has dimples and his eyes crinkle up when he smiles, giggles and laughs.

"Somebody got a crush..." Ned quietly singsongs in my ear.

"Somebody got to butt out." I whisper back in response.

"You know it."

"You need to shut up."

"What are you muttering about?" Peter asks me and Ned curiously.

"How Y/n's dad is on an extra late shift and although she won't admit it, she's scared of being in the apartment alone."

I send Ned a cold glare. With my reasons I specifically told just Ned this information. Not because I'm scared. Not for him to tell Peter.

"Ned's just being silly," I turn from glaring at Ned to softly smiling at Peter, "I'll be fine I know you're in a flat above."

Peter shakes his head and I know I've lost this battle. Yes, I am uncomfortable being home alone in a Queens apartment. But no I didn't need this sharing or Peter and Ned's pity.

"You're staying with me, aunt May and uncle Ben then. Simple." Peter states.

Ned just nods in agreement whilst Peter starts typing on his phone.

"Peter I-"

"-Already told aunt May and uncle Ben. Straight after school we grab you some stuff then you're coming to mine." I'm about to open my mouth but Peter keeps talking, "Aunt May and uncle Ben will be offended if you don't come, if you miss dinner."

I pout, "Fine."

Ned laughs at my behaviour as Peter chuckles.

"That's my girl." Peter smiles.

"That's his girl." Ned says to Betty, nodding to me and then Peter.
