 I nabbed third place in The Creative Cappuccino Awards. 

I would say that my novel, His Queen, is part of my life; I started it in early 2018 and completed it around the same time in 2020. It was a wild ride and it only grew as a result of the support that I gained from those around me. I have a lot of editing to do with it, but I am very proud of what I have done with it.

1 what inspired you to write?

An inspiration would have to be my best friend and the words of my teacher; they would be motivators, too. Writing is a way of escape for me as well—my life is cluttered and simply diving into a book that I have written is a way for me to release stress that has built up.

 2 what is one Wattpad goal? 

My main Wattpad goal is to become a famous writer. It is a dream of mine that I hope to accomplish one day.

3 who is your favorite author? 

My favorite author is Joseph Delaney who has written The Last Apprentice book series or The Wardstone Chronicles.

4 Are you still surprised when you get a new vote, follow or comment?

I am very surprised. Most of the time I feel as if I will never compare to true, full-fledged authors, but any vote and any comment that I receive means the absolute world to me. It shows me that I am not as bad as I think that I am. As for the follows? That shocks me too—I simply sit and wonder how I was found.

 5 what's the best way to handle a bully? 

The best way to handle a bully is to walk away and ignore. They feed off of the reactions of the person that they are poking fun of; dismissing them will not give them the satisfaction that they crave.

6 if you could hang out with your favorite celeb for a day, who would you choose and what would you do? 

I would choose Leonardo DiCaprio—he is my favorite actor and I love his films. But if I were to meet him I would most likely wish to have dinner with him, where we would simply talk about any of his upcoming works.

7 what's your favorite holiday and why? 

My favorite holiday is Christmas; it is a time where family can come together, where love is all around. It makes me happy.

8 what's your favorite snack? 

My favorite snack has got to be yogurt. I love yogurt; it doesn't matter what it is—though I prefer anything and everything vanilla.

9 what's your schedule regarding your writing? 

I update whenever I am able or whenever people ask me to write (which is never... unfortunately).

10 what's a song you enjoy? Who is the artist? 

A song that I enjoy is "High Hopes" by Panic! At The Disco. It is my go-to writing piece.

11 what's your favorite thing about Wattpad? 

The people. There may be a few bad apples here and there, but everyone on Wattpad can be so kind and compassionate and loving. It is very different than the real life that I live, and I have made such amazing companions who I wish to meet and sit down with one day.

But a book that I would consider having people check out is my novel, His Queen. It is unedited—it is a draft, and it is not very great in the beginning as a result (something I admit)—but it is very precious to me. It is over 100,000 words and I have spent over 2 years writing it; my hard work is poured into that single story, and I always light up when I see someone comment (though it does not happen very much anymore)
